Dr. Hirt is beyond understanding and caring. He does some special testing to find out the root cause of any symptoms you experienced. Its not about covering it with a mask called "meds" but truly healing so you feel better later on. I have had multiple issues throughout my life and no doctor ever mentioned to me that my immune system is below average. No one has ever tested that specific to find out the details but Dr Hirt at the very first appointment after talking to me figured that he needs to find out the underlying cause for my various health issues. Also had some severe GI problems that no one was understanding. I visited all sorts of specialists and all they did testing and the results were all clear. Even when I fainted and went to the hospital they couldn't tell why that happened to me. Until I saw Dr. Hirt and he figured it all out. I praise this doctor because my experience with him has been nothing but great! My family goes to him now and they all feel the same. Oh one last note ! Gary takes amazing blood at the back office ! If you don't like needles or have anxiety to do blood work just like me, go see him!

Text received in August 2021 from Dr. Hirt. Utter insanity.

Went to him a number of years ago. His prices were through the roof and he did nothing for me. Thank goodness I stopped. This quack was telling his patients to use Ivermectin for Covid. Good lord.

if i could give them a -1 star i would! where do i even…read morebegin this has become a SAGA? 2 bad experiences within a year is NOT OK! i had a nightmare situation occur where my mid ear was infected 1 yr ago. this ER dr who seemed rushed & impersonal then put a tiny cotton piece the size of rice in my ear to keep my ear open for medication to ease in. but then RED ALERT he says "keep it in the ear for 2 weeks" i thought to myself that sounds filthy, but i listened & he put it in there. 2 days later i was in excruciating pain. My ear kept swelling internally and it was suddenly beyond unbearable. i could hear my heartbeat in my ear, i swear! yet i called the er explaining that something wasn't right. i told them "the dr said 2 weeks leave it in what should i dooo?"- nurse on the phone said "hmm that doesn't sound right, please come in." My mom rushed me back there again. At that point i was crying non stop and in pain I cant even explain. The new ER DR i had ALSO SAID "WHY WOULD HE SAY TO KEEP IT IN THERE FOR 2 WEEKS?" he couldn't find the mini cotton-my ear was too swollen . he said i will now need an ENT because they don't want to rupture my ear drum, and prescribed me pain meds and stronger antibiotics. i was not able to see my primary for at least 1 month so wtf was i supposed to do? fast forward i end up going to an urgent care 1 week later on a weekend and their specialist looked in my ear. they also didn't get why dr#1 said that stupid thing. they gave me more medication & checked my ear in my follow up. the lil thing must have finally fallen out. i thought i'd be deaf. a few weeks went by and cedar reached out to me -or was it my insurance? i cant recall but when asked if i wanted to file grievance hell yes i did! like i said that was 1+ year ago. Pt2: a few months ago I had some weird allergic reaction - i never had allergies before - my lips swelled up about to burst off my face. I rushed to this ER again (forgetting about the previous experience) as i was sitting in fast track er seats (they don't get a room even.) MY ENTIRE BODY FROZE WHEN I SAW THAT DR WORKING THERE. I understand mistakes happen & he probably got talked to back then.. that is fine by me... however HE WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE MYYY DR EVER! I was wearing a mask to cover this crazy looking swollen lip. I start trying to quietly get the nurses desk attention without notifying him. 1 nurse seemed to not care. SO i said "is this the dr you are giving me? i can not see him. he MAY NOT touch me. i don't care if i have to wait an additional 2-4 hours. i will see someone else." They made me wait to even be heard by the nurse about 45 mins but i could feel my lip splitting at the skin. so i got up again. i then rapidly explain out the side of my swollen lip. they look like She must be ok:: so i remove the mask so they can see I'm in real pain but I wont see this dr. - my mouth looked like LOLA that red hair fish from shark tales x6. THEY FINALLY LISTEN TO ME. (or so i thought) they told me to wait and they will see what they can do- they will get me to see the other dr. about 1 hour + goes by. THEY THEN SIT ME IN A ROOM ALONE I SAT around another HOUR but relived id see anyon else. BOOM THAT NO GOOD DR. CAME IN TO MY ROOM! I JUMPED UP SO FAST & WALKED OUT CRYING."WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!?" I asked them. IS HE THE ONLY DAMN DR THERE? What part of patient care do they not get? I CRIED SO BAD- i left, drove myself to WEST HILLS HOSPITAL ER INSTEAD- THERES FREE PARKING & GUESS WHAT HAPPENED THERE? I WAS DOING THE INTAKE THEY SAW MY MOUTH & THEN IMMEDIATLY SAT ME INSIDE TO SEE A DR. THEY DONT KNOW WHY TARZANA HAD ME WAITING AS I WAS APPARENTLY ALLERGIC TO SOMETHING. THEY GAVE ME ADRENALINE SHOT, PESCRIBED STEROIDS & SAID THIS WAS A SERIOUS THING AND TO FOLLOW UP WITH AN ALLERGIST. I WANT TO CUSS SO BAD RN THINKIN about this long experience with Providence Tarzana Cedar Sinai Medical. Whatever! i need to put it in writing not to EVER TAKE ME THERE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO ME. I FEEL THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT IT. I cant recall that dr name my mind bleeped out the negative experience. CEDAR SINAI HAS FALLEN OFF EVEN BEFORE THIS FREAK STORY OF MINE. I THOUGHT IT HAD BECOME A LIL OFFPUTTING there ever since after the new construction. There wasn't enough bed space but all these renovations, no free parking ANYWHERE always sucked but at least they used to have top notch care. like what kind of place is this? beware their ER is terrible and SOME of the nurses don't care. I want to thank the nurse who did listen to me though and she TRIED to get me a different dr. it just makes me feel like: did they not take me seriously because i am a very tall, very big woman, and a woman of color or did they see my ethnic background & decide lets ignore her needs? i rarely call upon a discrimination card but what the heck is goin on here? pt 1 was sheer mistake of bad doctoring pt 2 was a completely triggering 3 hour waste of my time + DISASTER.

Great nurses at Labor and delivery! They're all amazing people…read more The cafeteria could be open longer hours.

I truly want to say from the bottom of my heart that the doctor and the entire team are absolutely…read morerare and special. In today's world, honesty, kindness, and genuine care are so hard to find, and this team is truly amazing. From the wonderful girls who help schedule appointments, to the incredible nurse practitioner Lin Min, to Rena, who performs the ultrasound with such warmth and professionalism, and of course Dr. Armin Arashbin. God bless him I honestly have not come across people this warm, kind, sensitive, and caring toward their patients in a very long time. They make you feel truly seen, heard, and cared for. I am truly, truly grateful to God that I found them. Thank you !!!!

Dr. Arasheben was okay over the 7+ years that I utilized him as my primary physician. However, I…read morefound his portal to be largely dysfunctional and administration often lacking. Regularly, I would order refills using the portal only to end up calling the doctor's office to get things done after days passed with nothing happening. (The outgoing message for the doctor encouraged using the portal for refills.) Communications to Dr. A via the portal would often lack a proper response, too. I became tired wasting time having to repeat communications. Also, at times, Dr. A appeared hurried -- not a calming, relaxed bedside manner typical of physicians I see. I had enough and changed doctors at the beginning of this year. Some post favorable reviews here, so ... good luck.
