Every hospital system in Chicago has my allergy to penicillin in their records. I asked him to contact my dentist, Nate Hoffman, but he refused. I had major implant surgery with Chicago Dental Studio and never had a problem with antibiotics. When I had a reaction to the antibiotic, I basically got the middle finger. Olguin is a quack.

Dr. Tadros said he could do the root canal on that tooth, but advised against it because he didn't think (not his area of expertise) that tooth would support a crown for very long. For this he charged me $400 and called it a consultation. He had no right to charge me $400 for his five minute opinion. I talked to my dentist later the same day and he disagrees with Dr. Tadros' advice. But I'm still out $400. Losing that kind of money is devastating to me. I wouldn't feel any worse if I had been robbed on the street.
