If you're getting implants from him you're in great hands! Yelp reviews for doctors are a mixed bag. A lot of times patients don't understand the quality of work that's being done in their mouth and make judgment based on the superficial. Update: Kim from…read moremanagement called me last week on July 7th with her deepest apologies, stating that she had not been able to get back to me due to an injury to one of her hands. I gave her my sincerest condolences, and she accepted them. She asked me how I would like to receive my refund, and I let her know by check. Kim then informed me that she would need to coordinate with another gentleman to clear the check so it could be sent out by Friday July 10th. Today is July 17th, and there wasn't a refund check in today's mail. These are reasons why I try to hold all reviews, and updates until you either actually know or things are finalized. Waited 25 minutes with no acknowledgment from the receptionist or doctor. 2. I then asked the receptionist how much longer and she said maybe 5-10 minutes, umm...we do not have an open room. She did not sound truthful. 3. Her rationale was because I was early and that they don't normally have patient coming in early. Prior to my appointment, I received several text reminders which I confirmed via the link in the text. They should send appointment reminders to themselves! Dr. Kim was a referral from my dentist and it was a disappointment before it even started.

I had scheduled an appointment for a check up/xrays later in the week, but woke up today and couldn't handle the pain. I did not call. I just showed up to this office on a Saturday as a brand new patient. They really welcomed me. Since it was an emergency I just paid a small co pay. Located on Western and Lincoln in Anaheim. From the outside it looks like a boring office. On the inside they have state of the art x-ray machines cameras, computer screens, ect. The entire staff was very nice. Unfortunately, I was referred to a specialist. Then once treatment is completed I will return here to finish the work. Luckily he did give me some Antibiotics to help. Dr Le is nice. I heard him drilling on someone who didn't make a noise. He kept asking them if they were okay and to raise their hand if they had pain. Everything is black and white. He points out everything on a screen so you can see where the problem is. He uses X- Ray's and a little pen to take photographs. Prices? Meh.....I have HMO so it is not the best insurance. I guess my new exhaust for my car has to wait. Teeth are more important.

I've been seeing Dr. Le now for a few months and have been satisfied with all the work he's done…read more Not only did he fix a bad filling done by another dentist, he did a wonderful job with my root canal, and all fillings he's performed thus far have been done professionally and pain-free (or as pain-free as fillings can get). His prices are reasonable, a porcelain crown on my bottom, back right molar costing me $750 (the RTC itself was covered by my state insurance) and so far it's been a beautiful, snug fit and performed flawlessly--I even forget I have a crown, it feels just that natural. He answers all questions you have and does his best to explain things if you don't understand. He works with you to find a suitable solution. And before any work is done, you sign paperwork to consent to it first. Don't want a root canal due to the cost? Don't want to pay for the more expensive crown? Then don't sign the paper and he won't do it. Only sign what you agree to pay for. As for insurance prices, that can be out of his control--insurance companies can state one price, then decide not to cover the full amount, in which case the patient has signed a paper stating they will pay the difference--this is not the fault of the dentist, that is just how insurance companies run. When it doubt, call your insurance to see what your coverage is BEFORE getting work done, so you save yourself and the dentist time and money. I called my state insurance to go over what is and isn't covered, so I could make the best decision for myself in my dental treatment. I would also like to add that I have terrible anxiety that requires medication and continued psychiatric care. And Dr. Le is wonderful with anxious patients. I still am afraid when I sit in the chair, but I don't have panic attacks anymore, just general anxiety. You're allowed to wear earbuds, hold a small stuffed animal, do almost anything that will help you relax. Earbuds and upbeat music help drown out the drill for me and keep me calm, and I can't thank Dr. Le enough for accommodating me and my anxiety. So if you have anxiety, or have children with anxiety, you're in good hands. I still have more work to be done, so I'll be continuing to come to this establishment. Already have another appointment booked. Thank you so much, Dr. Le!

My teeth look horrible, uneven and larger than the original (bugs bunny looking) color does not match my other teeth. I had two other dentist look at his work and both said it was sloppy and cheap materials. I need to pay (again) out of my pocket in order to have them fixed. Also, The office is filthy! Dr Bishay worked on a patient, called me in and did not clean up after the other patient. I asked them to clean the chair as their was blood and tooth dust everywhere. Dr Bishay laughed and I then found my own cleaning rag and cleaned up before sitting down. I should have just left, but I started the process the week before and crowns were ordered. He has lawsuits and hidden reviews, please do your research. I wish i would have researched deeper prior to going to this dentist.

Had to make a post about this because I genuinely had such a great experience…read more Long story short, my wisdom teeth have been growing in and the pain got progressively worse, but today it became absolutely unbearable. I ended up having to schedule a last-minute emergency procedure to get them removed because I just couldn't take the pain anymore. Not only did California Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center get me in on such short notice, but the entire team was incredible. This was my first surgery ever, and even though it was a relatively minor procedure, I was honestly pretty nervous. Everyone was so kind, patient, and reassuring, and they made the whole experience feel so seamless. Thank you to the doctors and staff for taking such great care of me and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciate it more than you know. If you're looking for an oral surgeon, I can't recommend them enough. My doctor was Dr. Arcan and she was wonderful!

The teeth that she was shown as the example of what she would be getting is NOTHING like what she got! And she was supposed to be put to "sleep" during the surgery which she wasn't! My mom paid $50,000 cash which shes worked so hard for! We had such high hopes that this was going to be a wonderful experience that would give her the confidence she deserves after struggling with her teeth for years. So the outcome was disappointing to say the least. I dropped her off on her surgery day and when they called to tell me she was ready they informed me that they were only able to do her top portion because her blood pressure was going dangerously high. And as they explained that she was asleep, my mom started to signal that she wasn't, she could hear everyone! And new exactly was going on! How scary! No wonder her blood pressure was rising. They had to schedule a second visit to finish the lower parts. Then, her "temporary" teeth were so big! Clown teeth, they should never let their patients walk out with teeth like that! When she finally got her permanent teeth, they were still big, aesthetically, and the fit. She went back twice and they sanded a couple parts down, but they are still so uncomfortable and clearly don't fit right. And she never got a call asking how her experience was, or how her teeth are doing. Her mouth is always dry, she's constantly biting her lips, the sides of her mouth, and is always grinding them. My mom is too nice to complain about it. It's been 3 years now and she still regrets going here. They robbed her of her money, comfort and confidence. I hope people do their research, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

From start to finish, the care I received here was exceptional. I've had a lot of dental trauma in the past, and walking into a dentist's office usually fills me with anxiety and tears. But the team here showed so much compassion and gentleness that I actually felt comfortable throughout the process. There were a few bumps along the way, which is to be expected with any procedure, but every concern was handled with professionalism and kindness. I always felt like I was in good hands.
