Had couple root canals here in the past and used to be easy going just pay your ct scan and consultation. Unfortunately this time around i showed up knowing i need a root canal and paid the ct scan and consultation thinking they would start and to my surprise they now charge extra 400 for the gentle wave machine which was anoption to choose before and now feels like its just a money grab from insured customers... they should have told me this new charge and might of just saved my time and money for paying a ct scan smh watch out if you come here they will take advantage of you and take your money read more

She was clearly having a bad day and doesn't know how to regulate her emotions and be professional in her job . She screamed at me and wouldn't listen to me when I was explaining my health problems . After she screamed at me and I told her I was going to reschedule, she angrily told me she was happy I rescheduled and stormed off . My experience with the clinic in Orange County was a total nightmare. They canceled my appointment 1 and then 2 hours before appointment 2 times in a row. Both times I had to take hours off work because I needed to travel 2 hours from San Diego and lost my money. The first time, I was halfway there, driving for 1 hour, when they called to cancel it. Both times, it was some kind of emergency that a doctor had, and they knew we were not local. Are you serious? Is it the right way to treat your patients??!! Irresponsible and totally selfish attitude. On top of that, they didn't send a prescription for a medicine that a patient was supposed to take 1 hour before a procedure 1st time, so I kept it in mind and called before the 2nd appointment to remind them of that. A receptionist didn't let me speak either to the doctor or to the manager, making up excuses. We spent $300 on the exam to get the treatment that can not be done. read more

So because of the COVID vaccine, I developed Shingles on the right side of my head. It cause's intense pain. Unfortunately I cracked my tooth on that side. And it set off my shingles. The tooth is basically a shell. I wanted it removed as I have not had any good experience with root canals. So i had wanted to get tooth extraction. So my dentist sends me here. FIRST they REQUIRE you to get a CTScan that cost you $219 out of pocket. Which meant I had to spend my grocery money! Then come to find out they don't do extractions!! If someone had paid attention, because I kept questioning the reason for a ctscan in the first place. Maybe the Endo should talk with Patients BEFORE your start charging for unnecessary procedures! AND OF COURSE THEY KEPT MY MONEY, but yay I got a useless CTScan. read more

This is a scam. Would not do anything for us unless we pay $300 for CT scan. After scan, they said there was nothing they could do for us because they saw in the x-ray that my son needed a special root canal that they don't do. If they saw that in the x-ray, why did they need to do a ct scan? The dentist didn't know how to answer this, left the room, and sent in an account manager. The more obvious scam involved them trying to push a "special" root canal add-on procedure that "...is much better than a normal root canal...", however no insurance covers it, and they are the only ones in the country that do it. I had an emergency infected tooth and agreed to the horrendous $220 REQUIRED fee for CT scan because I was in so much pain. After reviewing the scan, the doctor says it is too infected for a root canal and I need emergency extraction. And no one was able to do that! He referred me to the ER, WHICH ARE ALSO NOT ABLE TO DO THAT. I wasted 4 hours, $220 and I still need care! This is the most horrible unethical office I have ever visited. read more

This place is AMAZING! I struggle with anxiety surrounding dental work and they were so empathetic and compassionate. The receptionist staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The dental assistant was very compassionate and repetitively checked in with me to make sure I was feeling okay. The doctor was informative, empathetic and funny, which definitely helped calm my nerves. They sat with me for a little bit before the procedure to ensure that I was calm enough to begin and talked me through the whole thing. I knew exactly what they were doing, when they were doing it.. even though I couldn't feel a thing! I couldn't recommend this place enough! Best experience ever My doctor sent me to Dr Vahdati's office at Orange as an emergency root canal issues with a lot of pain around 11 am and Dr Vahdati's staff schedule me for 1:30, and amazingly I was out of there with no leftovers steps for next appointment! All done in one visit. Dr Vahdati had to skip lunch in order to fix my root canal. I like to also mention the machine called GentleWave, you can go the manufacture website and see how it is working. It uses the latest technologies to clean out your root canal and speed up the process of healing. Thanks to Dr. Vahdati for offering such an amazing service for almost no charge. Office staff are so friendly and helpful so they make you feel welcome. Of course I will go back here again and I'll highly recommend them to anyone who might have root canal issues. read more

3 retreat root canals... what a nightmare right? I sure was lucky to find this place!!! So I had 3 root canals that had to be redone and this was accomplished over the span of 6 days. My case was more complicated than usual and I am sooooo fortunate to have Dr. Roshi care for me. The doctor made sure to address all of my concerns and ensured that I got the best possible care. During my time I never felt rushed and always felt like I was the priority during my time there. As many of you unfortunate souls know... root canals aren't always fun but I am happy to admit, on several occasions during my visits I would actually fall asleep during the procedure. Of course my own snoring would wake myself up sometimes but that just goes to show how much care was taken. I have had root canals in the past and I have never had this rubber dam thing they placed in my mouth to separate the operation area from the rest of my mouth. I do have to admit, I 100000% prefer this. At other dental offices portions of chipped tooth or fillings or whatever would litter my mouth, but with this "dental dam," it localized the operation area and kept the rest of my mouth to myself. hehe. During my several visits I NEVER had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I was there 5-10 min before my appointment time, and I was seen at my appointment time. That is one my biggest pet peeves and they ensured that my time was not wasted. My time is very important to me so I was very pleased with this. The staff at this facility are extremely approachable and make sure you are well taken care of. Jessica ensured that I had the proper appointments and scheduled me perfectly. The staff was always polite, courteous and professional. A+ The office is upstairs and may be difficult to find the first time, but once you know where it is, it is not a problem. The facility is clean and well taken care of. If I had one complaint it would be that I had to pay $200 out of pocket because I have Dent-Cal for a complete 360 CT scan. Besides that, I have no complaints. Do I recommend this place? 100% without a doubt. I already told my family that if they ever need an root canal, I recommend they come here. read more

I had tough time finding great Endodontics offices that provide great customer service and maintain professionalism at the same time. I believe my case is a hard one, and most of other Endodontics offices that I quoted, their dentist all said I had to lose my tooth. I was very worried, but then I found SoCal Micro Endodontics and they were able to save my tooth. The dentist knew I was nervous about procedures so she kept calming me and asking me questions along the ways to make sure I felt comfortable. I went in the Orange location for a Root canal and had horrible anxiety and let one of the ladies at the front desk know and she was so nice and spoke to me about the Dr experience and told me I was in good hands. All the ladies were so nice. Dr. Ana was so patient and kind with me knowing I was so nervous she stopped many times without getting annoyed and still got it done within an hour. I will go back. I'm so thankful for her gentleness & professionalism. I never went to the dentist and left feeling so calm & relaxed. If I could give more stars I would. Location was clean, they are doing remodeling outside to the building so it was a little confusing finding the office but had no impact on my thoughts on the actual business, I'm sure once remodeling is done it will look amazing.. If I can leave, no stars, I would, I was told to go to an endodontist because I needed work done in an area that my dentist cannot get to, I booked an appointment with SoCal micro endodontics, got to my appointment they were friendly they were great, I was told that they were going to send my information to my insurance and let me know so they can book an appointment. This was back in September, by November I did not hear anything from my insurance nor them, I called them and asked what was going on, they said it was denied and they would resubmit. I asked why they didn't reach out to me just to let me know since I have been in pain with my tooth. I know that there are certain protocols, but why not let me know that it was denied and they were going to resubmit it so I could try to call the insurance company to see why and what was going on. In the meantime, my tooth broke in half, I went to my dentist and they were in awe that I did not get any communication back from SoCal, and now I'm gonna be spending thousands of dollars for an implant. All I wanted was this work done. I had to pay $220 nonrefundable for an x-ray that I no longer need because now I can't get that work done because now I need a new tooth. I called the office and asked for an office manager they were not present. They end up calling today and kept talking over me, and would not let me speak, and when I did they just kept talking. Not even listening to a word I am saying. Then I asked to speak to someone else who actually cared about what I was trying to say, or letting me speak, I wasn't nice toward the end of the conversation, and I was hung up on. Not once did she tell me not to talk to her in any certain way, nothing just hung up. This is the service you get. Do not go there stay away. If she would've communicated to me in a different town and manner and let me speak, I would not have gotten so upset towards the end of my conversation. I am the customer. read more
