The first antibiotic I was prescribed wasn't working well for me, so I sent Dr. Pak a text. He responded immediately, followed with a phone call by Hector indicating that my new antibiotic prescription was sent to my pharmacy. That kind of responsiveness and personal attention is rare these days and showed me how much Dr Pak and his team truly care about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Pak and his team!

Kim then informed me that she would need to coordinate with another gentleman to clear the check so it could be sent out by Friday July 10th. We agreed we will discuss a resolution at a future date after we exchange additional documentation with each other. I will update this post when appropriate based on new information. ORIGINAL REIVEW: I got my root canal here before my general dentist could place the crown. After the root canal I went back to the general dentist and upon taking X-rays told me the root canal was done improperly and was incomplete. I had to back to Dr. Lin for a second root canal on the same tooth. Upon going back the GP he said it's a little better but he's still not completely satisfied but would "probably be ok". Facing the reality of having to do a third root canal on the same tooth for "probably" not necessary, I did the crown after the 2nd root canal and hoped for the best. Flash forward about six years later and the same tooth got an abscess bleeding out to the gum. Ended up losing the tooth and had to get an implant suffering through more dental procedures and will end up costing almost $9,000 out of my own pocket for all the work to be done diagnosing and treating the problem with three different specialties and doctors. If the tooth couldn't be saved by Dr. Lin he had a duty to tell me that and then I could have gone to a different doctor or had the tooth pulled. Obviously I couldn't go back to Dr. Lin and this practice because he had already proven to me he is incompetent and can't be trusted. I would advise you to avoid this practice based on incompetence, failure at duty of care and the dangerously poor skill of the doctor. I'm filing the appropriate complaints with the licensing and insurance company. If it were up to me, this doctor would have his license revoked.

I work in medical field, but so far she has the worst customer service ever.! My husband's got a referral from our primary dentist to see Dr. Baba for a root canal. I called the office and tried to schedule him for an evaluation. She asked me the basics and asked about our insurance card or number (which I can't provide for some reason) I even told her that the office already sent them a referral email but she kept saying she didn't receive anything so I had to call them back and re-send it to her. She told me she'll follow-up within the next day but I never recieved any call. Then I had to call again and she scheduled us to see the doctor (just in case) in a certain date this month and that she will try to see the benefits of our insurance -- AGAIN. Which only means until now she didn't do anything about it. She told me she'll call me before the scheduled appointment, but then again, WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL. So I called her last minute and ask about our scheduled appointment for tomorrow and she said that she's glad that I called becoz it's almost time for her to go home. (Dafuq do I care? (For those like me who need to know these things: they are taking Covid seriously: masks, gloves, plexiglass around the receptionist area, Covid questions when you book the appt, temperature check, & a peroxide mouth rinse upon arrival......so don't put off your root canal!!!) A little background: Now, I've had numerous fillings, crowns, root canals over the years. But, the nearby dr in Orange that I was sent to (& his aggressive, angry staff) was so dreadful on my first visit, that I had to bring a friend to sit in the room & advocate for me.....as I was sobbing with fear as I went back for the second half of the procedure! So, I called my dentist & asked for someone else! He referred me to Dr. Baba!!! From the moment I called Julie to set up the appt, I relaxed. She was so cheerful, understanding, and helpful. Once I arrived, I knew I was in good hands. Not only was Julie nice.....the whole office was!!! Ashley took great care of me....& Dr. Baba is both great at what he does....but also explained everything completely, & was joking with me & his staff. We often say, "It's what's on the inside that counts," and while that's certainly true, the reality is that our smile affects how we feel about ourselves, too. For years, I avoided some social activities because I was missing a premolar, which left a noticeable gap in my smile. Beyond appearance, that missing tooth affected my ability to chew properly. With my history of lupus and gastrointestinal issues, being able to thoroughly chew my food is important for digestion, gut health, and overall wellness. Replacing that tooth with an implant has made a remarkable difference in my life--not only improving my smile, but also enhancing my confidence, emotional well-being, and physical health. I'm incredibly grateful to this wonderful practice and to the kind, talented, and caring Dr. Seini. Thanks to them, I'm truly smiling from the inside out!
