My experiences here have been more positive than any other dental experience in my life. (Almost 50 yrs.) Michael, Holly, Cindy, Doris, Dr. Lorenze, Dr. Nonahal & the others in the team have always been so professional, respectful and kind. My dental adventure began in May 2018 with an emergency visit to extract a split tooth. A split tooth caused by an unfortunate breakfast date whereby my morning cheese enchilada included a vary hard glasslike shard. (I suppose that'll be a negative foodie review for another day) Regardless, my otherwise perfectly healthy tooth had to be extracted. Followed by bone graphing, implanting a screw and ultimately adding a new tooth. The three step process has gone just as Michael, Dr. Nonahal & Dr. Lorenze prepared me for. No surprises. No financial trickery. No hard sales tactics. Not once have I been pressed to do dental work I don't want. Even if it's obvious I need it (i.e. Deep teeth cleaning, whitening, straightening or whatever). The team & I are working together on a dental plan that is best for me & my situation & as I decide, no pressure. A healthy copacetic relationship for both parties. I really appreciate how well things have gone. Truly, great peace-of-mind. Such a relief. I cannot imagine going elsewhere. Disclaimer: they are expanding their offices to provide more extended services to their patient's. That being said, they are undergoing construction. It's not presently a day spa environment. If your ongoing dental care is more important to you, this is definitely the place to be. Final word: though others may not leave a review, every time I have been here myself & with a loved one, they are ALWAYS busy. The other patients seem to be as satisfied as myself & my loved one. I have only heard one complaint, one time and that was from someone who was waiting a long time for scheduled work to be done. If I could I would add 10 more Stars!!! My name is Patrick and I had my teeth wired shut for 10 weeks, due to a broken jaw, which 30 years later has resulted in numerous root canals and the need to visit many dentists. Without question, Dr. Nonahal, has been the BEST DENTIST I have ever come across. I work over nights in the hospitality industry, so my availability is limited, and I am a professional in guest/customer service. 1. I just had work done today, on Sunday, Mother's Day!!! Dr. Nonahal and her staff work weekends, nights, and Holidays!! A++ on Availability. 2. I have 3 children and am on an extremely tight budget. Dr. Nonahal and team are a Perfect example of "Paying it Forward", focusing on helping as many people as possible, instead of gouging people in their time of need. They go above and beyond to provide affordable dental work!! A++ on Affordability 3. Dr. Nonahal is a "One-Stop Shop"!!! Normally, I would have to go to a dentist, pay a lot of money, get sent to an endodontist, pay more money, and then go back to the original dentist, paying yet again. Here, Dr. Nonahal does everything herself, right in the same chair!! I have had a root canal go bad, turn into a nightmare abscess, and not only was Dr. Nonahal the most affordable option, she was the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever seen. Probably because she has helped and worked on more patients than any other dentist. A++ on Knowledge and Expertise. Finally, the office is always busy, and you may have to be patient to see her. However, they provide you with your own individual tv, with the clicker to change channels and adjust the volume. Thus, wait time flies by. Well.... So much hate on this place i really dont see what the problem is. This place is the only dentist office that i ever feelt comfortable with,if i dont say the doctor there is very nice and with so much scare they really calm you down. As a friday night came to and end and so did my food i noticed that one of my tooth had chiped off!!!!!! What dentist office is going to be open at 11 pm?? Thats right this one but any who i found them, my husband called and we were there in less than 30 min. The wait is as long as you take to get your papers filled out. They called me in did the ex-rays, then the doctor examened me told me i had other problems. OF COURS nobodys perfect they when over to what i need to be done i said thats fine but what i want done at this moment is my tooth that chiped. Maybe for some people its hard to speak out to what they really came in for. But any who my husband and i told her all we want at this moment is my tooth chiped fixed . Not a problem they did as told. Not to say i dont have insurance it was cash even better for us they accept payments. Now am going in for a tooth to be taken out accuatelly looking foward to it . I wanted to like them and didn't want to believe all the negative reviews but they are all true. The pros: The dentists that did the work were great, the staff that helped were great. The cons: There is a guy there (you will know him immediately). He would make a great used car salesman somewhere on Beach Blvd. He will try to upsell you, he will try to scare you. Slimy. You will sit there, it's true. It was only after sitting an hour that I was walking out when they suddenly took care of me. The tech put the topical for the shots 45 minutes prior so when they stabbed me 10 times with a needle it was already worn off. The crowns I got are 'you get what you pay for'. They're basically recreations of my old teeth, the lab didn't even level them out. My wife went there and they 'charged' her for service that was scheduled later that week. The slimy dude told me because they gave her a prescription they charged her for service. He also told my wife not to talk about the money, and don't tell your husband. They made her physically bring her prescription back for a refund on services never delivered. Also (insurance companies, listen up). They commit fraud by trying to submit claims for cosmetic dentistry. They wanted to submit a claim for crowns I had done. Completely cosmetic. Do yourself a favor and try another place. Hey, Anaheim Dentist, do yourself an even bigger favor and get rid of that snake oil salesman. The rest of the staff are fine. read more

This office was recommended to me by a friend and am glad I took his advice. It's a 30 minute drive for me but this dental office is worth it. I genetically inherited crooked teeth and i got lots of cavities. I need braces and this office doesn't do braces yet so for braces I went somewhere else. My orthodontist told me I needed to remove my wisdom teeth all removed, take care of all cavities and then he will put braces on me. The orthodontist showed me my x-ray and he told me how my wisdom teeth were impacted fully so it wasn't an easy pull. So, I went to back to Anaheim Dentist. Dr. Lorenz removed all my wisdom teeth and I kid you not I did not feel anything when he was pulling them out. The next day i was sore. After having my wisdom teeth removed step by step they took care of all my cavities. the filling looked so good i had them remove my old metal fillings and replace them with tooth color fillings. Yes i got a big mouth so when I laugh in-front of anyone everybody could see my metal fillings. Now when I laugh no one can tell i have fillings. I talk a lot now I can really talk to show off my pearly whites. I asked my orthodontist what he thought of my fillings and they were so well done that he had to ask me which teeth were the fillings done one. This office better keep Dr. Nonahal she knows her stuff. See you folks on my next cleaning. read more

BEST DENTIST in Orange County no question about it been there a few times over the past 12 mo. first time last year i was at work my and a broken tooth finally gave me the signal i had to go left work they took me in immediatly and i was done in about 45 mins quick and painless .....last night my tooth was killing me so this afternoon i walked in to the office without an appointment and was greeted very politely by Katerine shes great and i was taken in as soon as i got there again they already had my records so there was no paperwork to deal with i was xrayed and watched tv for a few mins while Dr.Nonal finished up another patient within a few mins after i was all numbed the doctor extracted my tooth now im home resting comfortably Thank you Dr and all your staff you guys are the best i would definatly recommend Anaheim dentist to all my friends and family lets not forget to mention theyre just about the only dentist open til midnight and most affordable i would also like to extend a thank you to Michael who i had a great brief conversation with about my experience Execellence thank you all read more

FANTASTIC establishment! I've been going there for two years and have received nothing but the best care from front office staff, assistants and three dentists, most notably Dr.Nonahal. I used to live right down the street, but moved to the San Bernardino mtns. two years ago. I make the trek to Anaheim Dentist because I know I will receive quality, painless care by a perfectionist dentist. The front office is friendly and really knows their stuff! They always come to me, to keep me informed of insurance and procedure matters. They answer my questions before I've had a chance to ask them. The assistants are gentle and friendly as well. I've had two root canals and crowns done by Dr. Nonahal. All painless and quick. I was happily surprised at how quickly and expertly Dr. Nonahal installed the crowns. The first one, she nailed on the first try. The second one was a little trickier, but she wasn't satisfied until I was satisfied with the fit. She's very skilled and nice. Everyone at that office treats me with care and respect, and the results are outstanding. read more

Very Helpful people who work here! I was about to purchase a HMO insurance package until I found this great dental practice. They charge the same price as most HMOs plans, and even some PPO plans. If you need a low cost, affordable dentist, and have no insurance, this is the place to go. Staff really cares about your dental needs. They also practice my philosophy in business, which is: "Give the best prices (with highest quality) in town, So that everyone will want to come back, and can truly can refer friends/family to your business" - I have an appointment set up for tomorrow, and will RE-RATE and ADD to my post. They answered so many of my questions over the phone, while other dentists were rude and not helpful. 5 stars for Anaheim Dentist ! UPDATE: I will be back for all my dentistry needs. You really epitomize the phrase "Quality Customer Service" I think if someone looked in the dictionary under the word dedication all of your pictures would be there! First off I would like to say that it has been a very long time since I had any dental work done. The staff @ Anaheim dental are very friendly, the nurses are always ready to answer any type of questions regarding your oral health, perhaps even about your x-rays. I found myself relaxed when Dr. Kim did my root canal. He was very verbal in asking if I was alright, he was concerned about my well being. We really treated me good, very friendly. I also enjoyed talking to Mike. Really friendly, always asked me how I was doing, if I enjoyed my stay @ Anaheim dental. let's talk about how unprofessional the front Staff is ! they talk in spanish about other employees and their work drama they talk about the patients coming in . As i was sitting in the waiting room filled with dust and dead roaches i got an inside scoop of all the drama going on who don't like who , they took about 2 hours to finally bring me to a room with an additional 30min wait . As i was sitting waiting I witnessed some very inappropriate behavior a employee their slapped another Assistants ass!! I don't think it's ever okay to put your hands another person especially at work ! I went to this Dentist because I had not been in 15 years. The staff is very kind. The affordability is phenomenal. And you can't beat their hours of availability. I do not have insurance, so they were able to work with me on paying them. I have read one or two of the reviews for this Dentist and they sound harsh. Not this review though. I am giving it FIVE stars. I didn't expect Anaheim Dentist to give me a new smile in a day. And I don't expect them to come to my house to brush and floss my teeth for me. What I did expect is to have my teeth properly taken care of... which they did and will continue to do. I have gone through two root canals. Anaheim Dentist got my business. I like good deals. I was told about this dental office from my sister. My sister lives 35 minutes from Anaheim dentist but she says she saves a lot of money so its worth the drive. When I compared Anaheim dentist prices to our family dentist, i felt like our family dentist was overcharging us. I'm not going back to my family dentist and if his office ever calls me back to ask why am not coming back and am gonna tell him am not gonna pay for his BMW anymore! Pros: Their prices were a lot lower then other dental offices. The dentist was nice and she took her time with me. She made me feel comfortable.
