Disorganized. Deceptive information provided by tour "guide" Riley. Says one thing, something else happens. The tour is actually 7-8 hours but they don't tell you this. Had to rebook our flight and spend another night in Miami. We were held hostage on what was supposed to be a three-hour tour that turned into a 7 1/2 hr. ride with minimal tour operator giving city history and landmark information. His eyes were glazed suggesting THC intoxication. He was late, jumping onto the bus while it started from its 305 Lincoln location, down the street. His mic kept going out and he kept putting double A batteries into it. He said alot that did not come true. He said that there are other busses on the route but there was only one, old bus from the Cold War era (no AC). So we headed through Wynwood district, lots of construction, heavy traffic, and condo apt. buildings. The man on the microphone, Riley made many references about the Miami River being made up of sweet water and seawater. So we get down to Little Havana and Riley promises us a stop to stretch our legs, get a Cuban coffee, and take photos of the murals. Well, it did not happen. Riley said stopping was prohibited due to an event (DJ). We did stop at Little Havana Visitor's Center - NO EL BANO! It is located at SW 16 AVE and 8th ST. Some guy on the bus peed in a bottle and chucked it out. Riley's next promise was that we were going to the Seaside Bay pier to catch a boat tour that runs 90 minutes. Nope, we stopped for Mojitos. Riley kept trying to sell us on the mojitos made by a DJ / bartender. We ordered food and luckily, there was a restroom. We waited over 40 mins for a pizza, only to find that it was the wrong pizza ordered! I demanded a refund but they said they would make it right. Riley said we weren't going anywhere. Oh yeah, he said another bus would be picking us up to take us to the boat tour. Sketchy. Again, he pushed the mojitos. Well, they wrapped that frozen pizza fast. and got it cooked. We got onto the same bus, same driver and there were now more people on the bus! Where did these people come from? So after waiting for the bridge to come back down, and after sitting in traffic, we made it down to Seaside Bay. Save yourself some time and just Uber down to Seaside Bay. There are shops and restaurants. It appears that there are available boat tours. We left the decrepit bus for a decrepit boat! There were alot of people already waiting for this boat tour so naturally, all the seats were taken by the time we got on. Another low budget experience. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the restrooms, this appears to be the issue throughout Miami. Miami isn't an ADA friendly city. The tour's website says 100% ADA accessible. BS! The ramp doesn't even work to allow someone in a wheelchair to get on. People will barely give up the seniors/handicapped two seats at the front of the bus. This boat had a horrible ramp getting on. Forget getting anyone in a wheelchair onto the boat operated by Bayside Breeze, I'm not sure because I didn't take photos of their two boats. The websites show beautiful boats but they were ugly. Again, don't go by the photos on the miami double decker bus tour sites, those red busses aren't theirs. After the bi-lingual tour of D-list actors' homes, we get back to land. At this time I am dreading the bus tour because I don't know if we are headed back to Little Havana or not. If you take this bus and get off, good luck, you are on your own. Riley is high as a kite and so don't bother him with anything. We got back to the start okay. Why we tipped Riley I don't know.

Had a great time here. Note that there is almost no air conditioning, it's mostly a fan, and it's pretty warm inside the bus. They got the upper floor where you get to watch the city and roads without being under a glass (remember to dodge the trees, or even traffic lights) great thing that they took us to a boat and the tour guide was hilarious! His name was God, (obviously not,) he didn't know any English so he placed his phone to the microphone and played translation speech, with some funny mistakes along with the notification noises. And the second tour guide, didn't got his name, was also very helpful and explained everything going on in our tour. We stopped at Wynwood Walls on our first stop for 10 minutes, then stopped at Little Havana for 40 minutes, then brought us to Bayside Marketplace and boarded a ferry to explore the islands right around Miami. Thankfully our tour guide was helpful and it was easy to follow them. We finally went back to 305 Lincoln Road after that, along with multiple stops around Washington Avenue. Overall, this was a great tour agency, however my suggestion would be improving the air conditioning inside the bus in the hot days of Miami Beach.

Originally buying tickets, our salesman was great and had us excited however once on the actual double decker it was typical tourist shops 1. A souvenir shop 2. Cigar shop 3. Mojito bar which was all fine and typical tourist attractions but then they proceed to give us a half hour lunch break before the boat tour where they left us for over an hour. A small shuttle that only carried a fourth of the group came and then left everyone else waiting for even longer. Called in to ask about what was going on and was met with AWFUL costumer service. Do not recommend please go take your vacation elsewhere it is more worth it to just walk around and organically explore Miami. (Also refused a partial refund in a very rude manner!)

I've attached a picture to save you the time and money with this company (there is only one because that was all that was worth taking). Had an amazing site seeing tour in the morning with another company, seeing the sites Miami had to offer from a double decker bus and a boat. Then it all went down hill from there! First off, the bus to the Everglades was an hour late. We called and they notified us there was only one bus operating and it would be there shortly. Once we got on the bus, it was packed.... When I say packed, I mean there were people standing and sitting on the stairs. I guess safety is not considered with this company. When individuals told the driver there were no more seats, he politely stated, "you either stand or you can get off the bus." I was lucky enough to get a seat on the top section of the bus. Lucky is a word I will use loosely, since there was no A/C and we had over an hour drive to the Everglades. When we arrived a family explained the A/C was not working on the bus to the driver, who again politely replied, "There was too many people on the bus and the A/C could not keep up. But it works!" YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Now to the tour... Not sure if it was because we were already an hour late but the tour was; how do I say this nicely... GARBAGE! We left the dock into the Everglades, went about 15-20 minutes out, saw a gator and then pretty much turned around and went back to the dock. There was an exhibit advertised but we decided to go with our comfort and safety and get in line immediately for the bus so that we were guaranteed a seat. When we made it back to Miami Beach in stead of an apology for the discomfort of the ride we were told by the bus driver, "I do not make a salary and my only wages are based on tips, so please tip well." Our day would have been amazing if we just never got on the bus to the Everglades. This company needs a lot of work on their processes and customer service.

Our view while waiting on the bus to leave. Don't worry it has a bathroom on it with no toilet paper or sanitizer.

Let me start this with I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and ignore the bad reviews But this time shame on me. Completely unimpressed with the airboat tour we booked through this company. We did not get to walk around and see the exhibits. We did not get to see an alligator show. We did not get a photo with an alligator. We did get to go on the airboat We did get to stop and pick up another group which was not advertised on the itinerary. We did get to get on the bus early and wait 40 min to leave the park for timing. We also got to go to a strip mall to pick up more people before heading back. So all in all. We paid to drive in traffic and ride in the rain. I also found out from our driver during the drive out to the Everglades that Cheesecake Factory is really great. And that there are a bunch of cities other than Miami Beach in Florida and he named them off.

What an incredible value! We spent the whole day with these folks, touring Miami atop the double-decker bus, exploring Calle Ocho in Little Havana, sampling coffees, drinking mojitos and enjoying hilarious commentary in both English and Spanish. After lunch, we all boarded a tour boat to enjoy a cruise around Biscayne Bay and a peek at the amazing homes of the rich and famous. Then off to the Everglades to skim fast and low across the water and through the grass. The tour was crowned with a visit to an alligator rescue reserve then a quick snack at a huge outdoor biker bar where we sampled fried alligator! (It was pretty darn good!) All this for only $60 a person! We honestly spent more in tips! Everyone working this tour was fantastic and well worth our cash!

The best part of the trip was how we had the boat exclusively to ourselves! I didn't know it'd be a private tour until the day I came. So, the boat was just a total of 3 people (captain included). The water temperature was great and the clarity was decent. We even saw two dolphins! You meetup at Whiskey Joe's at the marina and you can start your excursion immediately. I liked that you didn't need to wait around much. I was able to see some cool looking fish, a bottom feeder and a crab. You get 2 hours for the snorkeling and you're not required to wear any life vests (in fact, we weren't offered any and I didn't see any). The water is super shallow so it didn't seem dangerous at all. The water is also salty and easy to float in. The boat was nearby the main snorkeling area. The bad: The area for snorkeling was pretty small. It was an artificial reef where the fish were but outside of that area there is just seagrass and there's no living things to observe. The website says snorkeling starts at $75/pp and up but that's misleading b/c that's only the price if you have 8+ people. When I came to the marina, the worker who had me sign paperwork said that "$25/hour tip is required" when I got an email saying 15% tip is optional. My husband clarified and he said "yes, it's required" but later retracted his statement after I clarified that it was strange to give tip upfront before we even went on the excursion. However, I did already give 15% tip upfront on 50% of the value and then Zelled an additional $25 tip to the captain himself afterward. The cost for snorkeling ended up being $407 for 2 people (pricey). The interesting: The captain swam with us to lead us to the reef and then swam back and was mostly on his phone.

I think it was a really good range of drinks, desserts, and food. Even though that coffee cup looks small, that's a full serving size and it was strong! I really really appreciate that this tour not only accommodated for vegetarians but also chose options for me that were realllllly good. Instead of the cubano, I had these fried plantain cups stuffed with veggies. They were SO good and seasoned well! And the spinach and cheese empanada was also amazing. My friend who got the meat options also loved her food. I'm so glad we booked online because it seems like if you book in person they upsell you like crazy. I saw people with "VIP" stickers - VIP means nothing. At best dishonest and at worst, predatory. Once you book they tell you that you'll need to pay in person a half hour before your trip, which for us was 8:30. Once we paid, we were on the bus and moving AT 9 am, so make sure you are punctual. When we arrived to pay 8:30 am, the people at the counter were annoyed that we were there (we must have interrupted their social hour) and told us at their systems were down so we HAD to pay by cash. Ok, sure. It ended up being $65 instead of $58. Keep in mind that every driver and tour guide you have with this company will be aggressively nudging you for tips. The bus seats are very dirty and the stairs are narrow as heck. I saw this tour was advertised as completely accessible. This is not true. If you are a wheelchair user, do not book this tour. The ride wasn't very educational (you can learn more by Wikipedia), but it would have cost us more in car rental or Ubers to explore the city ourselves, so it gains one star for that. The tour guide was also pausing his "tour" to yell at every single person who looked to be a tourist that we were on a tour and they should join us. We were told this tour would be 2.5 hours with an hour lunch break. We were at the office at 8:30 to check in like they requested, and didn't get back to our starting point until 1:30 pm. The only way we could've gotten back earlier would've been to ditch the bus and get an uber or Lyft. At about 11 am, the driver and tour guide dropped us at a glorified bus station (fake turf, 2 toilets, 2 food trucks, a bar, and cornhole) for over an hour, after promising we'd be gone in a half hour and vaguely threatening us to be on time. We did not leave that bus station until 12:30. I called the main office twice to check where our bus was and if they were even still coming to pick us up. An hour and a half wait is insane especially when you expect a half hour. We also did not purchase a boat tour (thank god) so we had to wait on the bus as they tried to get more customers and stopped at every bus stop between the Marina and their office on Lincoln. We didn't get off the bus from 12:30-1:30, and were vaguely laughed at when we asked the ETA. IDK, we had some good points of this tour, but we were not expecting for a FIVE HOUR expedition where they tried to upsell us at every turn, and then treated us like nothing when we didn't pay more or didn't have extra cash to tip since we didn't know we had to pay in cash for the tickets. We lucked out by booking the 9 am otherwise our entire day would've been wasted by being held hostage by this tour company. We were lucky to have the rest of the day after we were finally dropped off at 1:30.
