Excellent brunch spot. We were a group of 6 and I expected a long wait because this is a small restaurant, but we were only outside for 5 to 10 minutes. The staff even brought out small cups of orange juice for everyone since it was very hot out. I ordered the French Toast which came with berries, bananas and a lot of berry compote. Miam is a cute cafe down the street from Sagrada Familia. There are a couple of other Miam locations around the city. Be aware it is kind of a tourist trap. Our tip amount was chosen for us... But on the bright side the servers are nice and the food was actually good too. I had a breakfast sandwich with egg, jamon, cheese, and pesto cream. Husband had a avocado salmon toast with salad. Both of us had hot lattes. Price was decent, food was good, cafe was busy but clean. I would recommend if you want to eat something close to a big tourist attraction. Went into this cafe waiting for our designated entry time for Basilica de la Sagrada Familia. It is around the corner from the Basilica. It is very small. However if you need a place for a quick espresso and/or snack in that area, this is the place for you. The employees are very friendly. They only speak a little English which is enough to get your order. They have several breakfast options even though we didn't order any food. Nice, cozy spot for a quick brunch before heading off to La Sagrada Familia. Not a ton of space, but the service is fast enough for just enough churn. Amazing breakfast spot in Barcelona and it is perfect if you are heading to La Sagrada Familia! It is not the largest cafe but tables do free up pretty quickly and it is worth the wait. There are plenty of options if you are looking for a more hearty breakfast than just a pastry, especially if you like savory food. I had the Iberian Grill sandwich which was recently introduced as part of their winter menu. It was a nice hot sandwich with melted cheese and I loved all of the flavors that were included. I had a try of the Miam pancake and the Warmiam bowl and thought that they were all equally as delicious. The service was great out here and it was a nice and cozy cafe. Although the wait was about 20-30 minutes due to the small size of the cafe, the food was absolutely delicious. The lemon blueberry cream "pancakes" were extremely moist and flavorful. The consistency, along with the sweetness of the pancake, made these "pancakes" taste more like real cake, which is probably why I liked them so much for breakfast. Great family restaurant near Sagrada Familia. If you are craving a wonderful "American" breakfast this is your place! The lemon cream pancakes were super for my 17 year old son and my husband loved the Nutella banana pancakes. They were stacked and barely finished. I had the avocado toast with egg and bacon--outstanding! They also have traditional cafe and croissants. The owner and his wife are wonderful and took great care of our party of 5.
