Being new to espresso making at home I fully understand the 1:2 ratio in a specific amount of time for making espresso. I took their advice and went with another bean selection. My iced cafe latte was for take away and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors. One thing to note for any Americans that expect sweetener, there is none here.
