Okay. So imma give a brutally honest review because I read so many different ones. I am 3 days post op from a breast augmentation 560 ccs. And I am doing well. I was never able to "try on the boobs", to see which implant size I wanted. Which is a bit strange to me. The overall price was 4900$. With Dr. Sisto. Setting up the appointment was easy, as well as all of the pre surgical checks. They do actually test you for nicotine, so be sure to stop smoking when they tell you to. There is a little bit of a communication gap in person so make sure you clarify your questions when you have them. As for Dr. Sisto. Honestly he is a very nice surgeon. Seems rushed but he is nice and a smart guy and will answer your questions if you ask them, he's not a mind reader so just ask up front. The entirety of the staff is nice, although on the phone they can harass you a bit with the calling before surgery. I am happy with my results. And I am healing well. I will update this as I can but, I genuinely see no reason to not go here. If you can advocate for yourself and be vocal about your wants, you'll end up with good results. My scars are short maybe an inch and a half, and I have mostly been taking Tylenol for the pain. Overall 4.5/5 read more

You're really better off paying a bit more for a clinic that provides with the full en-suite care. I had really HIGH respect for this place because of the pictures they post on Instagram were similar to my shape and results I was looking for. But YOU DONT GET TO TALK TO YOUR SURGEN to address your concerns until THE DAY OF SURGERY! What surprised me the most were the surgeons stacking multiple procedures within the same day like some assembly line. I had documented my journey with pictures of day-of and post op, noticing hardly any difference. (Not sure if i can post them here) They quoted it was supposed to be a 3-4hr surgery yet they called my driver within 2hrs, further indicating it was a very choppy, rushed job. Their manner of how they needed me to wake up and get me out the door is what got me to wish that I had gone somewhere else. Here I am from the surgery room, aching, trembling from the cold sensation and I'm practically being kicked off of their wheelchair while still struggling to wake up from the anesthesia. I was confident they would take care of me but the overall procedure felt "drive through" quality. I've been mentally prepared for this for years now, doing all the steps on my end about obtaining the best results and having all the healing materials. And at EVERY follow-up, I ended up crying in the patient room because they didn't address my main concerns THAT I KEPT EMPHASIZING throughout every step of this journey and they had all reassured me before the surgery. I wasn't asking for an obnoxious Kardashian body, I asked to "even out" a part of my body that Ive always had insecurities. Its still there. Im confident its not body dysmorphia because I loved my body before but now I am embarrassed to admit I got work done from this place. When the whole point is to end up feeling more empowered in your skin. I gave them months to rectify the situation. They did a lot of backpedaling to shift the blame saying theres still swelling, to waiting for the "fluff" period, going from needing a touchup that the doctor only considered doing after 6months post op, to now I have to do a Round 2 BBL (which is conveniently more $$$$ for them). Mia is quick to take your money and process you and move on to the next person in line. I would NOT recommend this place. Save your money and go on a nice vacation instead. read more

Dr. BRONSTEIN!!!!!!!! Bad BREAST AUGMENTATION.. don't look as good as the photo they published without my authorization. know that the touch-up clause is a lie. After 5 months I saw that something was not right, I followed the process but they asked me to do things that would not solve so that time would pass and then they evaded the touch-up clause saying "The time has already passed if you want you must pay for a new surgery." not to resolve my results. I have to say my experience with the Chicago office was immaculate. Dr.Bronstein is absolutely amazing. His bedside manner is superb. The nurses, I remember one being Maribel and there's another nurse (I'm so sorry I forgot her name), they were incredible. I had an ett on Monday, I came in Tuesday for my postop and the pain was so unbearable. I received pain meds and directions on what to do. Today I feel so much better. The pain is more dull but I can walk by myself now etc. I can't say enough how amazing this office is. I have nothing bad to say at all. As a medical professional myself, I must say that this is how you run an office. Thank you guys so much and Dr.Bronstein, you are absolutely THE MAN read more

This place is completely and utterly unprofessional. To start with I had a appointment I made a week and a half in advance and I show up and the lobby is visibly dirty. They have all the covid protocol stuff out and the receptionist Jackie isn't wearing a mask she told me that the doctor was in surgery so I need to come back in a hour which was crazy because my time is very valuable and I scheduled a a week and a half in advance. The doctor was super nice but the entire staff is rude and not informed on anything. They told me not to bring money and then expected me to put down 500$ after telling me not to bring any money. The doctor Bronstien told me to come back and see him after I gain 15-20 pounds then I can pay the 5000$ for the surgery which is fine. They told me to speak with a women named Mallory and Naomi who basically told me that I absolutely had to pay 500$ and if I was to come back and see the doctor like he said that I'd hafto pay a extra 150$. I'm transgender and alls I wanted was a feminine form I explained that to the people in charge. Naomi told me that I was swearing and that I'd be escorted out if I keep swearing even though I didn't and I said "feminine." And she obviously couldn't understand me. I was 1000% going to bring money in full amount today but they told me not to now I don't have enough weight to come in and the doctor wants to see me 4 weeks from now to gain weight And they expect the 500 plus another 150 for the doctor to tell me if it's enough weight or not. I feel like the staff and the doctors are not on the same page which raises a lot of red flags. Mallory the finance girl had a attitude the entire time she was speaking to me sarcastically and was saying rolling her eyes and not taking my questions and concerns seriously she even told me to write a bad review which is what I'm doing now then got mad when I said I would. I also have bad tonsils which makes my voice loud I find it very disrespectful and very unprofessional when I have one lady giving me attitude and Naomi the manager telling me to keep my voice down when I medically can't. To top it all off apparently a person died of a fat embolism at this office which isnt surprising based off of this interaction. When I mentioned that I would write a review Mallory raised her voice and told me that I was threatening the business and it wouldn't be tolerated even though she told me to review in the first place which I thought was very strange. But yeah reading through most of these google reviews you can clearly tell they are fake or bought but don't worry I'm here to set the story straight. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish! I knew that when I turned forty, I wanted to get rid of the belly fat that working out wouldn't remove, and I am SO glad that I went to Dr. Sisto for my Lipo 360. He is direct, professional, and funny. I originally scheduled a tummy tuck, but upon examination, he told me that although he was willing to perform my requested surgical procedure, he wouldn't recommend it based on several factors. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he gave me options based on my body type and not based on which surgery would give him the most monetary gain. I am only four days post-op, but even with the swelling, my tummy looks AMAZING. Additionally, the Chicago staff was so great! The anesthesiologists recognized my nervousness based on my heart rate and were intentional about encouraging me. The nurses were kind and down to earth. My massage therapist was mindful and empathetic. This was a GREAT decision and a GOOD investment read more

I would give zero stars if I could, he botched my surgery! I noticed it immediatel! called them and they told me to wait and it would shape out well it never did 2 years later, did a consultation with a different doctor and was confirmed it was a botched surgery. I contacted Mia multiple times and. they are only interested in more money not making it right. he has ton of patients with the exact same issues which means this is a doctor error. So this is my own darn fault. This review is about their ridged non-refund deposit policy. During a manic episode, I called and made an appointment last year. I was on mental health leave and made an impulsive decision to contact these people. I wanted the surgery so bad. I have waited 20 years for it. I didn't even pay attention to what was being said. I made a down payment and proceeded to make payments. I went to my doctor, and they did all the tests. It turned out I wasn't healthy enough (Iron) physically (on top of the mental health stuff). They canceled my surgery and told me to work on my iron, not even offering the cell saver option, so I knew it must be bad. I'm anemic. I have spent all these months trying to change my iron levels. I was told it still wasn't a good idea. This company has zero empathy, which is to be expected. I would encourage anyone to read all the fine print before you say yes to a date versus letting them tell you you have to choose before you get off the phone. read more

I have been trying to make an appointment for about 3 months now. I sent in photos and did the intake with someone who notified me that I was a candidate for a tummy tuck and someone would be reaching out. When I did receive a call, I was unable to speak with them . I have called and left messages and even emailed with no response from my surgical coordinator. This does not make me confident that I would be able to reach anyone after surgery if any issues occur, so I will be finding another surgical center. read more

I would like to hear by file a formal complaint against Doctor Todd Sisto of Mia Aesthetics Chicago. On June 2, 2021 he performed an abdominoplasty, liposuction of the chin and according to him liposuction of the flanks which I am disputing and a Breast augmentation. One of my largest complaints would be that upon returning home , in an effort to eat soup my tooth was loosened, cracked and broke in my mouth. In the post op check up , I informed the doctor nurse and office manager of the incident. The office visit was about discussing the mishaps and resolutions. The office manager adviseD me to see a dentist and we will go from there. After see a general dentist and oral surgeon, it was recommended that a complete extraction and implant. When I called the office in regards to the refund for the dentist, they are refusing to speak with me . I had PDS suture sticking out of both sides of my incision. I was also informed that the liposuction of my flanks was done through the tummy tuck incision. Upon further investigation that is not recommended and now I'm left with no proof that the liposuction on my flanks even happened. Next I would like to talk about the incision made for my tummy tuck it is not a pfannenstiel incision it is almost 5 to 6 cm too high or even about 5 inches too high and cannot be hidden in clothes or anything that I wear. I was told that I will be able to hide my incision in a bikini line and I cannot. Lastly I am not completely satisfied with my belly button it does not look like it is centered at all and he has butchered it and it doesn't even look the same to me anymore. Ask for the final pacific procedure that he performed was my breast augmentation I'm completely fine with those results. But I do not recommend Dr. Sisto to be operating in the Chicago area any longer. He makes the procedures his own and he does not go by evidence studied practices. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They're so janky for the lack of better words. They continuously inconvenienced me and refuses to provide me a full refund. Furthermore, they also tried to charge me a cancel and fee for a procedure that they canceled. I'm so fed up with this company and I hate that I ever contacted them for my procedure. read more

SCAMMERS. This place is full of con artists who add extra charges the day before and day of surgery. The manager who name is Ali is incompetent and lacks professionalism. She clearly knows the extra charges are no where stated on the contract but yet she won't take them off. She's a scam artist like the rest. They pull you in with promises of a BBL for only $5,000 but by the time it's over your surgery comes out to well over $8,000. The try to charge everyone $500 for a "cell saver" they say you need even if you don't. The also tell you they can't use your compression garment so your forced to buy theirs which is really expensive. I highly recommend everyone staying away from this place. read more

I received the body of my nightmares from Mia. I went for a Mommy Makeover in November 2022. The procedure took 3.5 hours with Dr Raine. We were told when leaving that this was one of the best Mommy Makeovers the staff had seen...then came the next day. I started having discoloration on the front stiches. Was told when I went in for a post op the following day that it was no big deal, they gave me some ointment and asked that I come in again the next day. The next day it seemed to be a bigger concern but nothing major, just that I would need a little revision. The doctor even requested to talk to my husband. On the next post op appointment, Dr Raine said we would schedule the revision in a couple weeks because he was going to be out. I never received a call when I was told I would and the necrotic tissue was spreading like wildfire. I finally was able to get help from the main number that put me through to the Chicago office. It seemed that the office was oblivious to my situation. There were calls back & forth for them to make decision on what should be done since I live 5 hours from Chicago. It seemed that Dr Sisto was forced to do the correction surgery since Dr Raine went MIA with no explanation to me other than he was on leave and not back till January (he is no longer with the practice and doesn't appear to have ever returned...lots of questions there). The correction surgery left me with a hole in my stomach of about 5 x 9 inches and 1 inch deep. I endured over 4 months of healing with gauze packing, a wound vac and way too many visits to count to a local wound clinic. I was finally able to get a skin graft at 4.5 months and have spent over the last 6 months healing emotionally and physically. My scar is huge, my whole stomach is deformed, and my mental health is a wreck. Beware and do your research. read more

My surgery was cancelled by Mia Aesthetics Chicago after paying in full, submitting their medical questionnaire, submitting excellent labs and an approved medical clearance from my PCP...supposedly due to my "medical history". I was previously approved and had a successful cosmetic procedure completed in Chicago by a reputable board certified surgeon approximately 6 months ago, therefore I'm uncertain as to why Mia Aesthetics was unable to approve me. They informed me that they will refund my money ($6,800) minus the booking fee ($600). All of my money should be refunded INCLUDING the booking fee. I'm beginning to believe that they are in the business of profiting on potential clients deposits (booking fees). I can't wait to see how long it takes for them to refund my money; seriously thinking that this will be a problem also. read more

I contacted this business via their website to inquire about the skinnier shot. 3 days later after not receiving a call as the inquiry form stated I would, I called and was placed on hold without speaking with anyone then disconnected upon the call being answered. I called back three times on the same day and got the same result. I called back the next day and the person who answered my call took my information and said she would have someone contact me within 48 hours. Another 4 days later and no call, I called their office back and after and extended hold spoke with someone. She started to say she would take my information to have someone call me back; however, I insisted she do the basic intake with me. At this time, I found out that a past surgery disqualified me from being a candidate for the skinnier shot, however, I was unformed that I qualify for a SURGERY CONSULTATION. My BMI is 34. I asked if this would preclude me from surgery and the receptionist confirmed which left me baffled as to her suggestion I schedule a surgical consultation if I currently don't qualify for surgery either. This place is all sales and poor customer service. I was looking forward to one day having a mommy makeover here but the customer service alone has deterred me. read more
