I went in looking for symmetry and fullness where I lost it when I lost weight in my boobs and I came out looking fantastic and FEELING even better. I was up and moving around genuinely 2 days later. I will start with making an appt for consultation. I believe i spoke with Ashley, correct me if i wrong. She was so kind, answered all my question and find the perfect time for my consultation. Consultation day. I managed to find parking in garage in building, went on 3rd floor, took other elevator to enter the building, then went thru hallway, find another elevator and took 6th floor. Its was so easy to find everything. I spoke first Linda Zamora, she is Patient Coordinator. She is the sweetest person ever! She explained everything to me. I was looking for right size of breast implant for me. She went thru every information, even take a photos of me to see how i look even if they have tall mirror on the wall. She was so patient with me since i was so confused and insecure about the size. Later, I meet dr Iteld. He is awesome as well. So confident, professional and most of all a true gentleman. I like how he made a jokes with me, made me relaxed. He was so honest and found a true size for my body, since i didn't want them too small or too big. He also answered all of my questions, as well, spent enough time with me, he didn't rushed me at all. Also, he told me all about the risks and benefits, which helped a lot. You can find a lot of unreliable informations on google and so untrue 'facts'. Final consultation day. I saw nurse Kimmy. She spent one hour explaining everything to me. She did so good that i left building feeling like i was employee there, full on knowledge. She was explaining to me like i was 5 yo, which i liked. Everything wrote down don't so i don't forget anything. And she was right!! I forgot couple of things and luckily i had everything on paper! Dr Iteld made a final decision about breast lift and implants. Left clinic really happy! Surgery day. Everything went smoothly. Checking in, i didn't wait too long since i came 30 min earlier. Nurses were so kind and gentle. I meet dr Iteld again for marking. He was so positive and informed my husband once he was done with surgery. Anesthesiologist was very professional as well. I was so confident and ready for procedure, cause they made me feel safe and all those information they provided to me made me feel secure. The only thing i 'didn't like' is that my procedure was scheduled at 10am, but they were little bit late (like 20 min or so, not a big deal at all!!) just i was so impatient to get them done lol. I can even address as a complain. I was woken up from anesthesia, nurse was so gentle. I had the best nap every, but it felt like asleep for 15 min, not 2 hours. Nurse (sorry i forgot her name) was so gentle and helpful. Dr Iteld uses narcotics free recovery. So far i had 0 pain and just a little bit of pressure. Breastfeeding mom will understand that, pressure feels like i have to pump out big amount of milk. Tomorrow is my check up. Can't wait! You will make no mistake if you choose Dr Iteld! My primary physican advised me to see a plastic surgeon to remove lipoma on my foreward (a bump) to ensure it's not cancerous (probably not) and also because it's a large, visible lump on my forehead. His office checked with my insurance company and advised me that the surgery was covered and I need to schedule an appointment to have it done. Ok, that's fine, but HOW MUCH DOES IT COST??? My insurance company says I haven't reached the deductible so I will have to pay for the surgery. I sent his office an email last week asking how much it would cost. NO RESPONSE. Exceptional clinician. Visited Dr. Iteld after a previously botched botox job by an inexperienced injector which further exacerbated my headaches. I had visited a different plastics office to redress the dilemma: they recommended additional botox in an area that would have aggravated the complication, and would have entailed my assuming risk of possible negative outcomes. I subsequently visited Dr. Iteld. His solution was elegant, and included a stepwise, conservative approach to injecting a single set of muscles, and thereafter an additional group if need be -- ensuring that the facial musculature would not be further overwhelmed by excess botox. Our treatment plan effectively mitigated all risk, while ideally positioning me to recover from the mishap I experienced. It is now nearly a week after treatment: headaches relieved, I now wonder how best I can express my gratitude. He is **talented** -- with a thoughtful, systematic approach to problem-solving. This later became all the more apparent, when I came to learn that he had trained at some of the most prestigious institutions in the country for plastics. I was a case in which I had gotten breast augmentation a few years prior and through my gender journey realized that it had been the wrong choice for me. Had an appointment for a consult which I paid for. Not feeling well today and asked to rechedule out of an abundance of caution in light of Covid. Was told I would have to pay another $250 to reschedule as I had already rescheduled once, which I hadn't. I simply moved the appointment to a later time in the day. I have been in healthcare for over 40 years. How many times have you had an appointment cancelled by a doc or sat in a waiting room for over an hour?? Have you been paid for your time. I not sure if I can completely capture how amazing this place is so let me start by saying...just go there because they really are amazing. From the moment you walk in, its an experience. Both of the front desk staff are so friendly and sweet. I don't even know how much time I spent just having random conversations with Carol because she is so pleasant to talk with. Then there is Desire who does injections. Not only is she AMAZING at face sculpting, she is one of the nicest people i have met. This woman is a master in her craft. I went in wanting to correct my hollow eyes from previous eye troughs from another doctor. She told me I would look over done and instead suggested cheek injections. I really appreciate her honesty and expertise because my results are AMAZING! I left the office with years taken off my face. She is very conservative with injections so she does a little at a time and carefully looks at results. I also tried Botox for the first time. I made a poor choice of having pectoral implants after gynecomastia surgery back January 2015. Thought it would be a great idea so I would have the pecs I always wanted but wasn't willing to work for through exercise. Why work for something that you can pay for right? Horrible decision. My previous surgeon said the implants would drop into their rightful place but they didn't. They stayed up, in my armpits and well above my nipples...even after a second surgery to have some of the issues corrected. I was in pain for well over 2 1/2 years! Found Dr. Iteld after many Google and Yelp searches. I was nervous for my consult but after speaking with Caryle I was at ease. She is the best! You know she cares about you and how you are feeling in the first few minutes. (Thank you Caryle for everything!) Dr. Iteld was equally as caring. He listened to my concernes and answered my questions. I was totally at ease and ready to have him take these implants out. Surgery day, Dr. Iteld came and talked with me, marked me up and told me what he was going to do. I wasn't anxious nor was I nervous. I was looking forward to having these darn things out and being out of pain. The one thing that I was weirded out about is the lack of pain medication. Dr. Iteld doesn't prescribe pain meds but he does give you a few inflammatories. I was skeptical but let me tell you, I didn't need any!!! It was very surprising but great!
