Tip curves to the right, slope and bridge are uneven and crooked
    Elizabeth Q.

Do not go to Dr. Galiano for a rhinoplasty. After an initial rhinoplasty in 2019 that turned out awful, I had a revision in March 2023 that has turned out even worse. I cannot express enough how unbelievably unhappy I am with my nose. I fell like Dr. Galiano completely ruined my looks and I would do absolutely anything to have my old nose back. My nose was large, but it was a perfectly shaped nose. I paid $10,000 for a deformed nose and I hate being talked down to in that office like I don't have eyes and can't see how deformed it is. In EVERY WAY! It is warped, the tip turned to the side, it is uneven, it is misshapen. It is so awful. How could I have a revision and have it turn out worse I will never understand. I was told in the single consultation I had for the revision that he would be removing cartilage from my rib, and I woke up with half of my left ear missing! NEVER EVER did anyone suggest that they might take cartilage from my ear. I was absolutely livid, but when can I do? A plastic surgeon is NOT supposed to leave you with a result that is far, far worse than the original nose. Twice I paid him to mutilate me. And I did EVERYTHING they told me to do after my initial rhinoplasty in 2019. I taped it at the tip, I pushed on it where they told me to push, and it has been an absolute nightmare. I know that it is not my fault because you can see from the many, many pics I have taken that it started to turn crooked and warp just days after my surgery. This is one of the worst experiences of my life and I'm exploring my options. I'm very, very angry that they took cartilage from my ear after never ever mentioning that and I'm extremely upset that they never told me it would look so bad. I wish to heck I had chosen a different doctor, I have seen hundred of photos of other doctors doing good work. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I'll post pics.

11/8/2021 - Well.....it's been a few yrs and I have learned not to go to a teaching hospital ever again. I can't wear shirts like I want to. It's either black or padded for the right boob. I hate how noticeable the different sizes are. It breaks my heart. It is what it is, I'll have to find a different Dr to help fix it now.

I seen Dr Galiano back in 2018 and just happened to come his name at my highest i weighed 670 pds and at my lowest i weighed 260 pds so as you can tell there was a lot going on .... If you are looking for someone who knows what they are doing and confident in there skill set Dr galiano is the way to go . The first surgery was for Gynecomastia and went well few months later did a tummy tuck ( probably a lot more but at least that's what was on the sheet) .... there were some side effects with fluids and Seromas but with the amount of skin that was taken off i new it wasn't going to be a walk in the park .... i honestly ( think about it everyday ) wish i did this at 20 instead of 30 and while i wish i listened to Drs advice on don't gain any weight back it might not fill in right not all stories end great .... Who knows maybe Dr Galiano will see this i still need to get the skin off my legs ( thank you blue cross for not covering that ) and do some touch ups after gaining a few pds back The Guy can work miracles...... shoutout to I'm bad with names Sarah and Megan they were great with helping me from billing to hearing me complain to should of gotten hazard pay for having to take some photos

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Galliano in August 2020. Dr. Galiano answered all of my questions and made me feel very informed about everything. I went through with the surgery and got the splint off August 11th. I went back a week later for a check up and he told me that my left side was asymmetrical to my right. I followed up another week later for an office revision. It was a very uncomfortable and painful procedure while I was awake. I was obviously given medication, but having your nose re-broken while being awake is still going to not be fun. On top of the pain, I had to wear the splint on my nose for another week, and I was back to work at that point (even more frustrating). Then after the second splint came off, my nose was still obviously crooked. My tip deviates to the right and my left nostril is very uneven. I did not expect a perfect nose, and I understand it takes over a year to see results, but I am not pleased with this entire experience at all. Along with being crooked, I can hardly breathe out of my left nostril. It's so uncomfortable that it wakes me up (I've never had breathing problems before). When I went back for my following appointment Dr. Galliano agreed that it was crooked and my left nostril is practically collapsing, and told me I would have to have another surgery. He said that since I was having trouble breathing we would probably be able to go through insurance so I don't have to pay another $10,000 (which I don't think I would have another operation done by him in general). But his office does not except my BCBS insurance so now I am stuck with this nose and difficulty breathing. He was very nice, and his nurses were amazing, but I had a poor experience overall. I am almost 9 months post op now and nothing has changed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Galiano in July 2019 and I'll be now getting a revision with a different doctor after a lot of tears and regret. If you are not happy with any aspect of your surgery expect a lot of gaslighting, even when your issues are obvious. I have external valve collapse, soft triangle damage, alar retraction, and wonky nostrils, all of which were clear to me after the surgery but Dr Galiano kept insisting that my nose looked great and I was purposely trying to find issues to be upset about. I don't know how anyone could look at my nostrils and honestly say they look good - they are so completely botched they don't even look like they belong on the same nose. If this is the kind of work that he finds aesthetically pleasing then future patients should be warned. Galiano kept insisting that my nostrils were asymmetrical before the surgery, but in my before picture my nostrils look normal and nothing like now, so that's just more dishonesty on his part. Every doctor I've consulted with has said that it's impossible to create the same nostrils as before the initial rhinoplasty, so I'm absolutely gutted now that my nostrils look like this and will be practically impossible to fix. Do not go to Galiano unless you have the funds to get a revision.

He was very attentive during my office visits--made helpful suggestions while also listening to my concerns. Very professional, also!

I would not return. I wonder if he is son of Dr. Jaime Galiano who was also a bad dr. I would not recommend.

This is the first time I'm writing a review on my procedure. Six years ago I had a skinny bbl done…read moreby Dr Lorri Cobbins. I was naive at the time but I really wanted a little bit added to my bottom so I went in for a consult. I was also really skinny (like model skinny) so even then she told me oh yeah I've had patients your size or smaller do procedures by me, I wish she rejected me or at least did a less risky procedure since her skills didn't match the words I heard. My body was so perfect in every way before this procedure (just wanted a little boost on my bottom). I remember I said "I heard some peoples shoulders get bigger she was like "Oh no that's not true at all." She did Lipo to my stomach which barely had much fat, inner thighs, and back. Anyways 6 yrs later and I'm struggling with my body image. I've lost my confidence, my skinny bbl doesn't look great, can't find a solution because I have skin laxity on my back and stomach, scarring/tethering (again this is from the aggressive lipo she did and how she used the surgical tools), Lipo fibrosis on stomach and back and yes the upper back looks bigger. I followed all the instructions of wearing the compression garment and everything. The problem wasn't the aftercare instructions I perfectly followed, the problem was the poor surgical technique. She did aggressive lipo on me, took out too much fat because I was thin and ruined the look of my skin. I now have 2 rolls on my back that I never had before my procedure and I feel always bloated for some odd reason no matter what I eat healthy or not even though my diet didn't change. I only gained about 10 pounds (still at a weight women would love) but even with that if the surgical skills were good the body would grow out nice and even, it wouldn't look botched. I wish she rejected me and told me to come back in a year or 2 if I want something permanent after I try something temporary. I wish she told me thoroughly and openly what kind of problems can come up (this was only briefly discussed and none of the problems I have now were discussed as potential issues after surgery). I wish she gave me a temporary option or smaller procedure not as damaging as a first solution to see what it would look like. I didn't receive any other options. I think plastic surgeons (especially ones who've had botched outcomes from their work) need to give a couple options and really think about if the contouring will look nice with each option so the patient can have a good long term outcome and more people will trust them for procedures. Dr. Cobbins took away the most thing that made me confident back then and damaged my body. I am struggling in every way imaginable because of this procedure done by Dr. Lorri Cobbins. The most perfect parts of my body were ruined because of horrible surgical technique and now I am left grieving it. I struggle every day to look for a way to fix it and I'm too afraid to go to someone else that may further damage me. I don't take photos anymore like I used to, I don't try on clothes when I shop like I want to. I can't look at myself in the mirror the same way. Please if you want a better/different look try temporary cosmetic things first so they go away if you don't like them and you don't have to live with the permanent result of a botched procedure.

Everything from my first consultation through the procedure and follow-up was smooth sailing. All of my questions, no matter how small, were answered with thorough explanations to help me get the best result... and I truly believe I did. I waited a long time to get this surgery (probably longer than I should have, but that's a 'me' thing), and I couldn't be happier with my experience all-around. From the kind and knowledgeable staff, to the amazing on-site surgical center, right down to Dr. Cobbins' brilliant expertise and joyful spirit... My experience at the Aesthetic Institute was everything I wanted. The best part: it all fell within my budget. Dr. Cobbins, I can't thank you enough for giving me my self-confidence back.

I am 76 years old. I had a turkey neck, marionette lines, deep nasal labial folds, bags under my…read moreeyes, and earlobes that drooped.. Dr. Sidle did a face lift on me that covered all those areas and made me look at least 20 years younger. The process was smooth. Dr. SIdle took the time to explain and inform me what he could and could not accomplish. He set very realistic expectations. He informed me of what the possible adverse consequences could be including facial nerve damage, which did NOT happen. I expected to look bruised for a few weeks after the procedure, and even that wasn't as bad as I expected. But he made sure I knew and agreed to it. I know medicine is an art as well as a science, and that you have to be in the hands of a good artist to expect great outcomes. That is who Dr. SIdle is. He also has a Certified Physicians Assistant, Erin Hoke, who is very efficient. She is the one who sent me a detailed email reviewing the surgery in advance along with all of the potential complications, and what to expect after the surgery. In the first days after the procedure, she was the one whom I saw twice for suture removal and she spent considerable time with me answering all questions and giving advice on how to best care for my skin. I saw Dr. Sidle after two weeks, and he too was very happy with my result. It is now 5 weeks since my procedure. I couldn't be more pleased witih my results. I still have areas of numbness, which I was told about in advance, and that the feeling will return over time. All the suture lines are virtually invisible. I know I am still healing and expect the results to continue to improve, but frankly I am already thrilled with the results. And what really is great is that people I know don't realize what I did. I got a new haircut right after the procedure (I highly recommend this) and everyone says how great I look and they love my new hair style.
