He brought the sangria in a small pitcher and put the final touches (mixing in some mint) at the table, then poured her glass. We've had sangria all over Spain and Portugal, and this may be the best I've ever tasted (yes, she let me taste). The service was friendly, the pace relaxed, and the energy great. Food prices were fine. 43.40€ for two pizzas, one foccacia, three draft beer, a Coke and an orange juice. Yeah, I know we're in a tourist area, but it was pretty expensive compared to other places we've eaten/drunk. The ambience is hipster, with reclaimed wood tables and cloth utensil holders that double as your napkins. There is indoor and outdoor seating. We decided to keep it simple, ordering a couple "Big Boy" beef burgers (€5.90) with cheese (€1), an orders of fries (chips - €1.50) and potato wedges (€2.50) as well as a side salad (€2.50). The burgers were good with large, flavorful beef patties (250g) on a tasty roll, similar to a ciabatta, that was crusty outside and soft and warm inside. The only thing I did not particularly like was the seasoning in the burger, tasting similar to spices I ate while in India, but I could not quite put my finger on which one it was. All I know is that it probably does not belong in a hamburger patty. The potatoes were also pretty darn good as was the salad, coming with lettuce, tomato, red and green bell pepper, onion and cucumber. At less than $40 (€35) for two beers, a pitcher of sangria, a liter of sparkling water, two cheese burgers, two fries, and a salad, this place was a very good value.
