Fighting over the last few chips... sooo yummy!
    Donna V.

"Next time just tell me we are heading to the place with the Best Salsa in Yuma!" That's what hubby said! LMBO (Their chips are the BEST chips too but that's my take on it) He loved the Chicken Chimi and I Loved my tamale, and Relleno. The taquito as most are was .... Typical and unremarkable except as it served as another vehicle for the delicious salsa and the refried beans! Loved our mature no nonsense server! Great smile! Barrellback chairs could use a deep crease cleaning! Other than that we like the decor and the music was t so loud that conversation was difficult! W love Mi Rancho in Yuma!

Wow! My husband and I loved our dinner and margaritas this Monday night. We got the Mucho Cadillacs since we were celebrating something and they were perfect AND only $14!! Great taste and size. He had two burritos (carne asada, al pastor) and I had the shrimp enchiladas with verde salsa. Neither salsa was hot which was nice and the verde had great flavor. Our booth was nice, plenty of other seating options too. We were sat by a new staff member, so after our drinks came out another staff member came out to check that she verified our IDs and then took our orders. She was friendly and attentive. When my enchiladas came out she even had me check that they were shrimp since it was busy (and it was Monday!).

First time here last night and we loved it. We had the menudo and it was one of the best I've had. I had amazing service by everyone from the hostess to our waiter. The place was super cute and clean. I'd like to say im so sorry because yell says they close at 9 but they actually close at 8 and we were there until 8:30 and I feel terrible. Everyone was still so kind and helpful. Anyways I will be coming back soon but definitely not there past closing. Our waiter was amazing. I wish I would have gotten his name !

Love Mi Rancho! The restaurant has been around for about 30 years. Great food, service and atmosphere!

Red Menudo soup ordered to go! Delicious!

Super easy to call in and place any order for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised to find some delicious menudo that has just the right balance of savory and plenty of tripe. You can eat inside as well with plenty of tables.

Visited 2/20/2024 Nice little local favorite Mexican Restaurant. Nice ambience lots of inside seating. Service was friendly by a staff that looked like they have been there for many years. Food was good from what we tried. The Goat Birria was rich in flavor and generous in serving size. The Beef Chimichanga had a fantastic Shredded Beef flavored. The Beef Flantas were also excellent. The Chile Relleno was tasty and worth a try. The beans and rice were average but still tasty. All in All this place is not bad.

Menudo with cilantro and chopped onions and a slice of buttered toasted bread which hit the spot! Best menudo in town!

The Menudo here is so good and plentiful. There is also cilantro and onions for it too tbatcomes with it.

Wow! What an amazing find! This place was found on our way from Tucson to San Diego, in Yuma. We weee looking for a great authentic Mexican restaurant for lunch and boy did we nail it. The decor takes you right to Mexico, the aroma is incredible, the service is nice and super efficient... The food was so delicious. Amazing carnitas tacos, cheese enchiladas, and top-notched chile verde!! Their salsa is awesome, as well! I highly recommend this place! It is so good!!

The restaurant was quiet enough with maybe 15 tables. I was, however, disappointed in the staff. The ladies were very nice but they seemed short staffed. They had (1) forgotten our silverware when asked for it, (2) never same back to check on us to see how we were doing, (3) didn't offer refills on drinks, (4) I was the last to get my food after everyone had finished - I had to ask for it and (5) they reuse glass sparkling water bottles for the sangria and then poured it into a plastic coke cup. (Maybe they don't have nice glasses for sangria like they have glasses for beer). The sangria must be premade and then poured into these bottles. The bottle came open but was it sealed or not. Seems odd yet I get why they reuse the bottles. It's just a bit unsettling because you don't know where that unopened bottle has been. For me and being cautious I wouldn't order sangria there again. And the taste, well it could have been better. It was just ok. When I finally got my one spicy taco it was so greasy I could not even eat it all. It upset my stomach. Just a disappointment all in all for me really. Though I will say the group we went with were happy with their food but as well disappointed in the staff. Do I recommend, for the most part which is the food yes. Just don't go expecting great customer service.

Our party of 12 placed our orders together; however, the delivery of food was highly inconsistent and significantly delayed. Approximately 20 minutes after ordering, only a few members of our group began receiving their meals. Another portion of the group was served roughly 10 minutes later. Even after one hour, several of us had still not received our food. In my case, I ordered three tacos (shrimp, fish, and birria). The shrimp taco arrived first, followed by the fish taco approximately 15 minutes later. The remainder of my order was delayed further. When I inquired about the staggered service--both across our table and within individual orders--the server explained that the kitchen operates with only two cooks: one assigned to cold items and the other to hot items. This explanation did not align with our order, as very few cold items had been requested. After approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, one member of our party had yet to receive his entrée (octopus), despite ordering at the same time as the rest of the group. At that point, he chose to cancel his order. Given the extended delays and lack of coordination, our group ultimately decided to leave the restaurant. We subsequently chose to dine elsewhere. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative dining options unless they are prepared for prolonged wait times and inconsistent service. And the food taste also missed the mark, the food was bland and not very appetizing.

I reviewed the menu and everything sounded good. The Siete Mares soup stood out. We weren't very hungry so my friend and I ordered a fish taco each. Being there for the first time, I also ordered some rice and beans to complement the taco. We also ordered a sweetened ice tea each. It was early in the evening so there were not too many people. The service was fast. Within less than ten minutes we were served. Im sorry to say, the food was not so enjoyable. The fish taco was a bit spicy for my taste. I guess i should have asked before ordering. I tried removing some of what looked like jalapeño and/or serrano chile pieces but I didn't succeed in getting enough chile pieces to make the tacos edible for my taste. I thought i would ease then burning sensation in my mouth with a drink of the tea, but the sweetend tea was entirely too sweet for me to enjoy it, even though it soothed my mouth. I ordered a glass of water. I took s spoonful of the beans, and they were cold. Not sure if the mashed beans are placed on a dish, then warmed up before serving, but these beans were definitely not warmed up. Then the Spanish rice. They were nice and warm but a bit dry and not very soft. A bit of a disappointment. Will I go back? Definitely yes. Now I think I know better. Or At least, what to expect. Maybe la Sopa de siete mares, and a beer, will be better.

But what you'll find is a 5 star restaurant once you step inside. They have patio dining as well as tables inside. Each meal is prepared and plated with culinary skill. On this day, I had the curry shrimp and veggies. A sort of deconstructed Thai yellow curry dish. The plating made all the difference. The plate was served with a shaped mound of rice in the middle, with sauteed vegetables around the edges, green beans, carrots, zucchinis, onions, peppers and 8 shrimp placed around the plate on top of the veggies. The Yellow curry was poured over the rice for a unique plating. The shrimp were cooked nicely and everything was delicious. I have never had a disappointing meal in this place. I sat near the front door and had a duel with a relentless fly for a while that was a little annoying. But hey, sometime we deal with things in life for the greater good. A top notch , do not miss restaurant in my book and I recommend to everyone I know. This day I purposely left my phone in the car so I could take a real break on my drive from San Diego to Tucson.

The hubs had the "steak special" and it was SO HUGE that he could have easily had 2 full meals of pasta. Since we were traveling, we did not take our leftovers home, but they were worth it if we had been traveling back home that night. The ambience and service was on par with a nice upscale restaurant. I gave all of my leftover salmon to the local kitty cat that hangs out there at our table. Some people might not have liked it but he wasn't bothering anyone..... and loved the fish!

Our waiter, Raul, came to the table, and the birthday guest ordered a glass of wine and water. We placed appetizer and dinner orders and waited with high expectations based on previous positive experiences. The fish tacos were flavorful, but the salsa was extremely spicy. My mother-in-law asked if there was a mild salsa option, and we were told no, but pico de gallo could be brought instead. However, another staff member later returned and said pico had already been added to the tacos. I ordered the pork chops, which were overly salted. Another guest ordered a medium-rare steak, but the steak arrived looking well done and charred on the edges. When cut into, it was completely brown inside and difficult to chew. Waiter Raul took the plate to the back, then returned with the steak already cut and stated that the chef said it was cooked correctly and still a small shade of pink. He also said that if another steak was made, we would need to pay for it. I was very disappointed by how this was handled. My father-in-law chose to keep a positive attitude for the birthday celebration and tried to eat the steak anyway. Unfortunately, nothing was done regarding the overly salted pork chops either. The fish and chips were tasty, but when vinegar was requested, it was brought to the table and later added as an extra charge. Dessert was brought to the birthday guest, but we had to flag down the waiter again to request dessert for another guest at the table. Overall, this celebration was disappointing due to poor food quality, lack of accommodation with issues brought to staff attention, and unsatisfactory customer service. approached waiter Raul and mentioned that he could have been more attentive and courteous to our table. We still left the same tip we usually do 20%, although, based on the service we received, it was not deserved.
