They give you a number and they are pretty quick to get it. I really didn't know how things flowed here so I took my time and got some pan dulce which you are able to pick out yourself and put it on a pan with tongs. There are a ton of selections which included Conchas, pineapple upside cake, and cream cheese strawberry filled pastries. I asked about what came with the barbacoa and was surprised that only a half container of red salsa comes with it. Corn tortillas and cilantro/onion were extra?? Oh well lol. I didn't get a chance to glance the menu but did see beef tongue (lengua) and tripas were visibly being packed for others. Said and done paid $14.99 a pound for barbacoa and $36 for 3 bag fulls of pan dulce and extra hot green salsa and cilantro/onion. My only gripes were that the barbacoa was a bit greasy and the typical included things like tortillas and onion/cilantro were not included in the price.
