I Came for the first time, left to order across the street at Wendy's, came back and my food still wasn't ready. I only ordered 1 Gordita, and 1 torta de fajita. Nothing fancy. They had 1 vehicle in the parking lot. So, I doubt they were slammed, she suggested that I should have called over the phone, but took way too long for me. The waitress also decided to act like i was bothering her by asking how much longer I should expect to wait on my order, an attitude on top of slow service. Ordené un caldo de pollo y me dijeron que se tardaría entre 15 y 20 minutos, entonces les volví a llamar para cancelarlo y ordenarlo en otro lugar más rápido ya que mi esposo no se sentía bien, la señorita me dijo que ya estaba listo entonces mi esposo se bajó del carro y fue por el. Serví el caldo en casa y al servir me encontré con una mosca de las grandes muerta en el caldo. Los llamé para decirles y la señorita Nayeli me dijo que si yo era la misma que había llamado para cancelar y le dije que si, alo que me contestó que entonces esa era la razón por la cual yo encontré la mosca en mi caldo. No la entendí bien perdón le contesté? Y ella dijo que yo solamente estaba buscando una excusa, asumiendo que yo estaba montando. No tengo la necesidad de hacer eso gracias a Dios y menos por 13 dollares. Pero si me pareció muy desagradable la forma inadecuada de tratar a un cliente. I was hoping the food was going to be good since I waited 25 minutes for my order after being told it would only take 10. The Chicharrón taco had a weird flavor and texture and the pastor tacos had big clumps of chewy fat and hardly any meat. The fajita torta also had meat that was just tough and chewing along with the fact that it is way too much bread for the amount of meat that they put on it. The food at this place is phenomenal we will definitely be coming back!! This is true Mexican food this isn't Tex-Mex crap I hate going to Mexican restaurants because I never like the food but this place is amazing! My husband asked them to play the Texans game and they weren't sure what channel it was on so they gladly handed over the remote to him and he was able to find it which he loved. The Chilaquiles are the best chilaquiles that I have ever ate at a Mexican restaurant the pozole was flavored so perfect that you don't need a lime. They brought me chiles on the side we will actually be back soon read more

Yo empecé a ir a este restaurante desde que abrieron, pero después deje de ir por dos malas experiencias que tube con la mesera que atiende la ventanilla. Esta mañana, 9 de abril de 2022, decidí volver a ir y resulta que vuelvo a tener una mala experiencia con la señora que atiende la ventanilla. Le pedí unos chilaquiles(los que son con chile guajillo). Me entrega mi orden en bolsa y todo. Abro la bolsa para ver que todo esta bien antes de irme y veo que no hay salsa (los pomitos que usualmente dan). Le timbro para pedirle una salsa y me dice que no dan salsa con los chilaquiles porque ya vienen en salsa. Le dije a okay pues entonces cobramela. Me dice que tamaño quieres, la grande? Le dije no. Solo quiero la pequeñita que dan con ordenes. Me da la salsita y le dije cuanto es. Y me dice esta vez nada pero la proxima vez ocupas decirme cuando estes ordenando que quieres salsa y que no se que mas. La verdad no vuelvo a regresar a la casita. read more
