Food was great we had ceviche de shrimp & fish as well as raw oysters and limeade mineral water...all was delicious. Waitress was nice and food was served quickly with high quality standards. Music and lightning inside was great although it doesn't seem like it from the outside. This is my first time hear and love the impression they left and will definitely come again with my date. :)

Very colorful place with many live bands coming in and out. When no musicians are present Banda music is played from the boombox complemented with singing waitresses and customers. The place has plenty of ambiance and culture that feels like a big party. As for the food a great broth of seafood caldo is served with chips and salsa. Amazing tostada de auguachile. The auguachile here is very fine. Big menu with great variety. Friendly staff and very attentive. The pride of Nayarit!

Just in town for the day. I was looking for something unique to eat besides the regular burgers and fries. Came across this restaurant and was not disappointed. They bring you chips and consomé to start. The consomé is fire. I ordered a tostada marisol and a mixta and was not let down. Amazing. I also enjoyed that on a Monday night they had live music. Definitely coming here every time I'm in town.

This is our new favorite seafood restaurant, they have a great variety in the menu, I recommend the tostada chuvy duvi (I think that's the name) that was so delicious, one of my kids ordered tacos gobernador and of course I had to take a bite, they were delicious as well, live music and micheladas.... what else can you ask for? Next time I'm having the camarones chelin, the table next to us ordered it and they looked boom!

This place use to be a gem! Now honestly not the best place to be at. Waitresses take forever once you arrive and they don't greet you.

It's so good, everything seems fresh. Service was okay, maybe because they were a little busy but I know why now.

Awesome food, good service, and reasonably priced. Only regret not trying the chuvi duvi.

The waitress was attentive the whole time, bathrooms were clean, and I really appreciated how mindful the staff was with my deaf friend. That always stands out to me. The calamari was okay. I liked it, but my friend said she's definitely had better. I also had to ask for lemon with the calamari. Last time I came with a friend they were completely out of lemons, so I was glad that wasn't an issue this time. I'd probably try something different instead of the calamari next visit though. We got the Pier 88 combo crab boil with the "All of the Above" seasoning in mild. It came out super quick and was very well seasoned. I personally thought it leaned a little salty, but I also saw other tables adding extra salt to their food, so I guess it just depends on your taste. Portions were good and everything tasted delicious. Very kid-friendly spot, pretty loud and lively inside, and honestly a great place for hosting bigger groups, family get-togethers, or even just catching up with a friend over drinks and seafood. I've been here before and would definitely come back again.

We started with the clam chowder, which was extremely watered down and completely lacking in flavor. It tasted more like soup that had been diluted than a proper chowder. We also ordered shrimp with the Pier 88 seasoning, but the spices were barely noticeable--there was almost no seasoning at all, which is pretty disappointing for a place that markets itself around bold flavors. The service was just okay--nothing terrible, but nothing that made up for the food. Overall, the experience didn't live up to the hype, and we won't be returning.

This is one of the best or the best Mexican seafood meals I have ever had. As a spicy lover I was over the moon with the ceviche, torre, and tacos durados. Two wimps in our group were not into seafood or not into spicy so they had quesadilla with fries or chicken tenders with fries. If this is you, just order a kids meal like a boss! One person had the soup and loved that as well. Maybe ask for your fries unseasoned if you don't want too much flavor. Can't wait to come back soon with friends because of the fun atmosphere and inventive salsas. A mariachi band might even make the rounds so bring your appetite, dancing shoes and a little cash.

Just good enough but no intentions to return…read more Service: lacks urgency and attentiveness. Friendly but unaware and unchecked which tells me this is how they always operate. The restaurant was half full (5 tables) 3 servers mostly inside of the kitchen area the whole time. Our drinks came after the food order was taken which took a while for how simple their menu is. The food took about 30 minutes to come out and was delivered by another server. Our server (blonde hair) never returned, no refills, and our dirty dishes were not picked up. Basically she came by when we were done eating. All servers seemed extra attentive to the tables with only men. A lot of socializing going on in the back. The food: -The aguachile tostada was the best dish. -The shrimp crunchy taco was okay, the sauce on top seemed more fitting for a sushi plate than a shrimp taco. Something about the flavor didn't make a lot of sense. -the breaded fish and shrimp tacos okay, they're doing way too much with the seasonings in the breading. -out of oysters at 1 pm on a Friday. Overall not too authentic compared to other seafood restaurants. Trying too hard with the flavors. Uninviting experience. If service had pep in their step I would give more grace.
