I got the Guava Sunset and it was so refreshing (pictured). We also got the ceviche which tasted very fresh and was a good portion for an appetizer. The filet was perfectly cooked and the chimichurri sauce was to die for. I forgot to take a picture of it because we dug in as soon as it landed on the table. Service felt very personable which I enjoyed. They also gave my date a rose at the end of our meal to give to me which I thought was a nice touch. Almost like they receive it frozen and heat it up before serving. Out of all the 4 dishes, only the lamb chops were really good. One of my friends got the chicken Alfredo and said it taste like warmed up Olive Garden. My other friend got the Carne de Fuego which is suppose to be Waygu beef and wasn't. This is the course we liked the best, the large number of small plates really made the meal feel lavish and each dish was high quality and made with care. I loved the grilled cheese and the spiced apple sauce served with the chicken was delicious. The third course was the entree course, consisting of a number of grilled steaks, poultry, and pasta dishes. The chicken was a bit salty for my tastes but the pasta and the steaks were competently prepared. Lastly, the fourth course was a delightful dessert consisting of flan, chocolate mousse, and a passion fruit mousse. The passion fruit mousse was especially good, but I think each of the desserts worked well to balance each other out. I would like to see dessert with some more variety of texture. The service was perfect, our waiters came around at just the right times and took care to tell us about the dishes on offer. I was equally impressed with the atmosphere.
