Lovely little hidden gem. Clean and updated interior. Not too spacious but a few spots in the corner near the entrance. Lots and lots of options! Pandan waffles are delicious treat! I've bought pâté and butter here before to make my banh mi board and it's fantastic qualify. Love the sandwiches -- some places skimp out on the meats but not here. There is an ordering kiosk which is new from when I was here last but you can still order at the counter. They've catered to our company before and it has not disappointed. I recommend this great banh mi spot (that has way more than just banh mi)! Maybe I should try the ube coffee next time.

I went here for the first time, and that sandwich was delicious. The staff members were also really sweet and helpful. Will definitely come back.

A truly excellent banh mi. Light and crusty bread, great ratio of ingredients, and meat is perfectly seasoned and delicious. Definitely will be ordering again!

Just picked up the most beautiful party trays ever to take to Thanksgiving dinner! Service here is always impeccable, and the presentation of the trays- oh my! I'm sure every dish is delicious!

New banh mi spot in Crunch Fitness / Walmart plaza on West and Hammer! A bit hard to find since it is tucked on the tail end of the plaza away from all the shops (further down past Little Caesars and around the corner). Nice addition to the area, and pretty affordable at about $8 a sandwich. Both the combo as well as the grilled pork sandwiches were good meals. Would come back to try fried egg rolls as well!

Yummy paté

The pate and the combination banh mi was delicious. The pate chaud was full of meat and the baguette for the banh mi was nice and fresh. The owner also came out and greeted us and was the most humble dude ever. Thats the way business ownership is supposed to be. We also tried the ube and egg coffee. The egg coffee was definitely my favorite and I can see why it is their most popular drink. This establishment is well taken care of and very clean. I will definitely eat here any time Im in Stockton area.

Cute packaging, big sandwich that tastes delicious!

This is dare I say it, the BEST bahn mi in Stockton! The value and flavor is unmatched. The sandwiches were the size of my forearm, it was epic. Most of the sandwiches are only $6.50, besides the crispy pork belly which is $8.50. I am a vegetarian so I chose the vegan sandwich and it really is packed with what I think is veggie meat, lemongrass tofu, and veggies. They give you a delicious sauce to put onto the sandwich as well which tasted like lemongrass, garlic, and chili; chef's kiss! My fiance tried the crispy pork belly sandwich and the chargrilled pork and said they were delicious as well! They also stuffed his sandwich full of meat which is awesome to see as it is priced very affordably. Vietnamese coffee was strong and sweet as it is meant to be & are the same size as a large if one was ordering at many boba places. The inside of the shop is very small so I wouldn't eat in there only because there are maybe 5 seats, so unless you are passing through, it makes more sense to take your sandwiches to go. It is decorated really cute inside and is clean. The family who I assume run the shop were very nice and offered great customer service.

Still a 5 star. The food and drinks here are very good and better for you than some other popular fast food restaurants. The service is always welcoming and friendly. It's a very cute spot. I love it.

Went there this Saturday morning with my wife. We ordered the Crispy pork belly sandwich. It was fantastic. Glad we found this spot. Will come back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The inside is a little small but the decorations are so cute! I grabbed a variety of sandwiches for my little family. The bags that the sandwiches were in ripped on the bottom but it wasn't a big deal since we ate at home.

Tucked away in the corner of the Crunch Fitness/Walmart shopping center, this little Vietnamese shop serves up some fairly authentic Vietnamese food. We tried both the Bahn Mi and the Bun (Vermicelli bowl) with grilled pork. Both were decent. The Bahn Mi had an ample balance of fillings , good amount of meat with hot sauce on the side. The Bun (Vermicelli bowl), though small, was packed with ample meat and vermicelli noodles. Of the two, we felt that the Bun was the better of the two. Both were reasonably priced. For a take out place, service was fast and efficient. Ambiance - though this was primarily a take out place, there is a small, decorated seating area inside and a few tables outside.

Food: I ordered the char siu pork and pork belly banh mi. The portion of the meat was very generous, however neither sandwiches had pate or butter (I looked). I'm not sure if they forgot or what, but my sandwiches were very plain. I was given a hot sauce to pair with the banh mi and it was a nice touch. It helped a lot since I didn't have any butter or pate in my banh mi's. 2/5 stars. I also ordered the pork spring roll and it was pleasant. They did not add the mint in the spring roll and instead had it on the side, which I appreciate because sometimes the mint is a bit overpowering IMO. It came with some crushed peanuts and the usual peanut sauce. This was great, 5/5 stars. They had some pre packaged food as well, in which I picked up their banh cuon. This was pretty standard but I felt like there wasn't really much meat. 4/5 stars. Service was nice. The young lady took my order and was pleasant. Nothing really stood out. 5/5 stars. The inside of the establishment was very clean and had some interesting art as well as the history of the banh mi up on the walls. There is a very small dining table for two inside but they also had outdoor seating arrangements as well. There is also seating arrangements for those waiting for their to-go orders. 5/5 stars. Overall, I'm giving this place 3/5 because the banh mi sandwiches had no pate or butter. I'll give them another try and will remember to ask if I need to add it on or something.

What wasn't on the plan was getting food and taking it home or cooking. So luckily for us it wasn't too busy inside for dinning. Yes there were a lot of Togo orders. But nobody but us for the dine in order. So, I took that as a Major win for us. The menus on the back wall are kinda far to read, for me that is. But they also menus for you. This is our second time dinning in. We did last summer and ordered take out for the sandwiches on another visit. The place is pretty chill and the AC works pretty good, especially how hot Stockton gets during the Summer. There's tables and a large Tv for you. While we ate , I was watching the FIFA World Cup on the big screen. Cool that they had it on. The what time was non-existent, like boom Bam. We said our order sat down and the food was right there, hella fast. I had the no#51 Bun Thit Nuong, Tom (Grilled Pork, Shrimp of vermicelli Noodle bowl) $14.55 My daughter's food no#55 Com Teri Bo ( teriyaki beef over rice) $14.55 and a Strawberry smoothie $7.28 How was the food? We both loved the food. Zero complaints from us. I actually got pretty freaking full. My daughter couldn't finish up her plate. So I did help out the cause by eating some of her rice. I just added it to my vermicelli bowl. So, yeah we'll definitely be back. Probably for some Banh Mi sandwiches they are hella good her BTW. Id say like my favorite in the 209. Well that's all folks. I am Mexican with 1st generation parents we only ate Mexican food and some Filipino food because my grandpa had a lot of Filipino friends. Over the years I had the pleasure of eating this dish from many Vietnamese families and as I got older I've gone to restaurants from here in the Central Valley all the way to the bay. THIS PLACE hands down is 100% the best pho I've ever had in my life! I didn't have a go to spot as every place I had been to is inconsistent or just falls short. I've been going here for almost a year now. I have brought over everyone I possibly could to try this place and they are all singing while they eat. ITS THAT GOOD! The broth is absolute heaven!!! I would buy just the broth if I could. I always ask for extra noodles because I'm a noodle head lol and the meat portions they give are perfect! All my friends I have brought have switched to only buy Pho here. They always tell me they can't wait to bring their loved ones as well. The host is always amazing and he always shows out for his guest which I really appreciate. Easy to talk to, and even when the place is packed I don't feel short handed by him. I've had their spring rolls and egg rolls and they are also very delicious. I've also ordered their coffee Carmel boba I believe it's called and oh my lanta. I may just have to get one every time I come as my sweet treat. I'm not a sweets girls unless it comes to a sweet coffee or bread. The only thing I've ordered from here that I didn't like were their fruit flavored smoothies. I had ordered the watermelon and strawberry my kids didn't finish them and when I tasted them they seemed very artificial. We ended up tossing which I felt very bad for. The ambiance is a bit outdated but I don't care. It makes me feel like the food just speaks for itself and the decor itself is just going to be what it is. Overall this place is a HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO GET PHO! I'll come here even on hot summer days for their pho! Props to the chef, may your hands always be blessed to keep feeding the community, thank you!

I've had plenty of similar dishes from different places and this one just hits different. I must say it's always on point. Very similar to kapoon and other curry noodle dishes. Love the crunch they have in the center of the spring roll so you get different textures and I love that. Lad na combination was delicious also, very flavorful. The server was a sweet young man.
