Lovely little hidden gem. Clean and updated interior. Not too spacious but a few spots in the corner near the entrance. Lots and lots of options! Pandan waffles are delicious treat! I've bought pâté and butter here before to make my banh mi board and it's fantastic qualify. Love the sandwiches -- some places skimp out on the meats but not here. There is an ordering kiosk which is new from when I was here last but you can still order at the counter. They've catered to our company before and it has not disappointed. I recommend this great banh mi spot (that has way more than just banh mi)! Maybe I should try the ube coffee next time.

I went here for the first time, and that sandwich was delicious. The staff members were also really sweet and helpful. Will definitely come back.

Just picked up the most beautiful party trays ever to take to Thanksgiving dinner! Service here is always impeccable, and the presentation of the trays- oh my! I'm sure every dish is delicious!

New banh mi spot in Crunch Fitness / Walmart plaza on West and Hammer! A bit hard to find since it is tucked on the tail end of the plaza away from all the shops (further down past Little Caesars and around the corner). Nice addition to the area, and pretty affordable at about $8 a sandwich. Both the combo as well as the grilled pork sandwiches were good meals. Would come back to try fried egg rolls as well!

A truly excellent banh mi. Light and crusty bread, great ratio of ingredients, and meat is perfectly seasoned and delicious. Definitely will be ordering again!

The pate and the combination banh mi was delicious. The pate chaud was full of meat and the baguette for the banh mi was nice and fresh. The owner also came out and greeted us and was the most humble dude ever. Thats the way business ownership is supposed to be. We also tried the ube and egg coffee. The egg coffee was definitely my favorite and I can see why it is their most popular drink. This establishment is well taken care of and very clean. I will definitely eat here any time Im in Stockton area.

A coworker of mine found this café near another restaurant we go to often, so I had to try it. As soon as I walked in it smelled like fresh bread. I grabbed one of their meat pockets to-go along with a Vietnamese iced coffee, and it was strong (perfect for me). The shop was clean, the display case had a good selection, and the staff was quick and friendly. Easy in and out I'll be back to try more.

Cute packaging, big sandwich that tastes delicious!

This is dare I say it, the BEST bahn mi in Stockton! The value and flavor is unmatched. The sandwiches were the size of my forearm, it was epic. Most of the sandwiches are only $6.50, besides the crispy pork belly which is $8.50. I am a vegetarian so I chose the vegan sandwich and it really is packed with what I think is veggie meat, lemongrass tofu, and veggies. They give you a delicious sauce to put onto the sandwich as well which tasted like lemongrass, garlic, and chili; chef's kiss! My fiance tried the crispy pork belly sandwich and the chargrilled pork and said they were delicious as well! They also stuffed his sandwich full of meat which is awesome to see as it is priced very affordably. Vietnamese coffee was strong and sweet as it is meant to be & are the same size as a large if one was ordering at many boba places. The inside of the shop is very small so I wouldn't eat in there only because there are maybe 5 seats, so unless you are passing through, it makes more sense to take your sandwiches to go. It is decorated really cute inside and is clean. The family who I assume run the shop were very nice and offered great customer service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The inside is a little small but the decorations are so cute! I grabbed a variety of sandwiches for my little family. The bags that the sandwiches were in ripped on the bottom but it wasn't a big deal since we ate at home.

Still a 5 star. The food and drinks here are very good and better for you than some other popular fast food restaurants. The service is always welcoming and friendly. It's a very cute spot. I love it.

Tucked away in the corner of the Crunch Fitness/Walmart shopping center, this little Vietnamese shop serves up some fairly authentic Vietnamese food. We tried both the Bahn Mi and the Bun (Vermicelli bowl) with grilled pork. Both were decent. The Bahn Mi had an ample balance of fillings , good amount of meat with hot sauce on the side. The Bun (Vermicelli bowl), though small, was packed with ample meat and vermicelli noodles. Of the two, we felt that the Bun was the better of the two. Both were reasonably priced. For a take out place, service was fast and efficient. Ambiance - though this was primarily a take out place, there is a small, decorated seating area inside and a few tables outside.

Went there this Saturday morning with my wife. We ordered the Crispy pork belly sandwich. It was fantastic. Glad we found this spot. Will come back!

Food: I ordered the char siu pork and pork belly banh mi. The portion of the meat was very generous, however neither sandwiches had pate or butter (I looked). I'm not sure if they forgot or what, but my sandwiches were very plain. I was given a hot sauce to pair with the banh mi and it was a nice touch. It helped a lot since I didn't have any butter or pate in my banh mi's. 2/5 stars. I also ordered the pork spring roll and it was pleasant. They did not add the mint in the spring roll and instead had it on the side, which I appreciate because sometimes the mint is a bit overpowering IMO. It came with some crushed peanuts and the usual peanut sauce. This was great, 5/5 stars. They had some pre packaged food as well, in which I picked up their banh cuon. This was pretty standard but I felt like there wasn't really much meat. 4/5 stars. Service was nice. The young lady took my order and was pleasant. Nothing really stood out. 5/5 stars. The inside of the establishment was very clean and had some interesting art as well as the history of the banh mi up on the walls. There is a very small dining table for two inside but they also had outdoor seating arrangements as well. There is also seating arrangements for those waiting for their to-go orders. 5/5 stars. Overall, I'm giving this place 3/5 because the banh mi sandwiches had no pate or butter. I'll give them another try and will remember to ask if I need to add it on or something.

I'd been wanting to try this place for a while now, based on word of mouth. In order for the 2 of…read moreus to get maximum exposure to Fork It's quality, ordered 1 12" Cowboy with BBQ sauce on the side; 1 12" Clucking Bacon Ranch, 1 chocolate cream pie, 1 coconut cream pie and a single order of onion rings. My husband called in the order and I advised him to get there early as things have a tendency to sell out. 15 minutes later he arrived in the small strip mall off Don & Hammer, happy to find a disabled spot almost right in front. The area itself is a bit sketchy but okay during the abbreviated hours, mostly 11AM-4PM.. Closed Saturdays and most Sundays. The two big bags of wonderful smelling food cost $70, and I will describe and show photos of just what you will receive. A special note for the owner's son, Big D. The fact you noticed my guy was both elderly and disabled and offering help with the bags was beyond and above. He doesn't mention it but he's still a bit unsteady after hip surgery. My food rating is 4.5 but genuine kindness bumps it to a full 5! We started in splitting the chicken sandwich. I loved the fresh, lightly toasted bread and the fact this small business father and son team source locally. The roll was dressed with shredded lettuce and a couple ripe tomato slices. Two meaty slices of bacon added to the enjoyment, but what really knocked me out and made this such a fine value, 2 huge, (about the size of your palm and fingers), slices of breast with another half thrown in for good measure. The chicken benefitted from marinating then grilling just right. Missing in action? Any and all ranch dressing-I even looked for to-go containers but none to be found. Comparing notes with DH he said his bread was dripping with sauce to the point of being soggy...I guessed when the sandwich was upright on the drive home everything wet rushed to one side! Stuff happens. The size of these sandwiches is huge but we moved on to the Cowboy for dinner. Cut in two, I took the smaller side, closer to 5". I've deconstructed down to the point of separating out onions, mushroom and tri tip. We opted for Provolone for more of a cheesesteak vibe. Generous slabs of mild cheese helped hold the whole thing together. DH grilled tri tip and ribs for the Stockton Ports game for several years and knew what to look for. The consensus, fair amount of meat, cooked medium well, tender with good flavor. I specified BBQ sauce on the side, which was no problem. That way I could deconstruct my half Cowboy, could be a nurse thing! DH thought too many onions while I thought the ratio to meat was spot on. Sadly the mushrooms turned out to be 3/4ths of one button mushroom thinly sliced for my share. Both grilled onions and mushrooms add additional moisture and flavor. Adding the sauce, a molasses tomato blend with a small peppery kick made for a very enjoyable meal. The onion rings were about 1/2" thick and plentiful. Crispy on the outside while still being moist on the inside with sweet onion. The coconut pie was creamy with toasted coconut sprinkled over the whipped topping. The crust was of interest, buttery cookie instead of graham cracker or standard pie crust. Our chocolate cream pie was a chocolate lover's dream. A light mousse touch to the filling with heavier ganache brownie crust. We're still working on that one. So 4 meals, 2 happy campers and even our dogs give 4 paws up.

1st time stopping in and OMG!!!! The service was great!…read moreWhen you walk in the door the smell of the Tri tip makes your mouth water! Once a month, they have pastrami sandwiches! Everything was delicious, will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
