Ordered through a food delivery service so I can't give any ratings on the actual service at this restaurant. My fiance and I both got Bahn Mi and drinks to try. He had the Bahn Mi Ga and I had the Bahn Mi Chay. For drinks we got the Thai Milk Tea and Coconut Slush. The food here is solid. I would like to try more food options eventually to give a more all encompassing review. Loved that the vegetarian bahn mi came with veggie ham on it! read more

I was looking forward to this order all week. I had ordered it in advance to be delivered yesterday! I ordered the shrimp spring roll and the pork spring roll on DoorDash. The pork spring roll was amazing! It was so good! And then I opened the box with the shrimp spring roll, and there was a very pungent smell... I unwrapped the spring rolls and ripped it in half and it smelled really bad. I took a bite of one of the shrimps and it did not taste good.... Very disappointed. read more

Weekly lunch with my dad, and pho spots are always a dangerous game because he's the "we make it better at home" type. Tough critic. Very tough. Quick Categories FOOD: The Large Pho Combination was solid and comforting, while the Pork Chop Rice Plate looked great but didn't fully win over my father on value. SERVICE: Extremely attentive, almost the kind where you just make eye contact and suddenly someone is at your table. AMBIANCE: Spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of booth seating, easy for a relaxed lunch without feeling rushed. PARKING: Big win here, plenty of parking and no circling around like you're competing in the Hunger Games. Here's What We Had Large Pho Combination / Pho Dac Biet (3.5/5) The broth was clean and light, not overly salty or heavy, which I actually prefer as a starting point. Rule of pho, always taste the broth first before touching the sauces. I did end up adding sriracha and hoisin to bring a little more depth and richness, and after that it hit the spot. Good portion size, though I wished there was a bit more meat for a large. Pork Chop Rice Plate / Com Suon Heo Nuong (3.5/5) Nicely grilled with good char on the edges and served with rice, fresh vegetables, and dipping sauce. Presentation was strong and the pork looked great, but my father felt the value wasn't fully there for the portion. His official review was basically, "we make it better at home," which, if you know dads, is both criticism and a compliment. Overall The vibe here made the experience better. Spacious seating, comfortable booths, and a relaxed atmosphere made it feel like a good weekly lunch spot rather than a quick in-and-out pho run. Service was probably the standout, fast, attentive, and always nearby without hovering. This may not have been the kind of meal that converts my father into a lifelong regular, but it was still a solid lunch with good service and an easy, comfortable experience. Sometimes that matters just as much as the broth. Final Thoughts If you want a casual pho spot in Stockton with easy parking, strong service, and a comfortable dine-in setup, this is a good choice. Just remember, taste the broth first, your ancestors are watching. read more

The Pho - Short rib rice plate - Vietnamese Near Me - Stockton, California

Whenever we crave Vietnamese food, The Pho is our absolute go-to. The atmosphere is warm and cozy--Whether it's a rainy day or just a Tuesday craving, they never miss. Here's the "must-order" lineup: * Goi Cuon Tom: These fresh shrimp spring rolls are the ultimate palate cleanser. Pro tip: The peanut sauce is addicting--we literally order extra every single time! * #5 Pho Filet Mignon (Tai): The broth is pure comfort and pairs perfectly with the tender, thinly sliced beef. It's a bowl of soul-warming goodness. * Com Bo Luc Lac: The "shaking beef" is the move if you aren't feeling soup. The meat is tender, and the flavors are bold, peppery and perfectly balanced Beyond the food, the service is consistently good. A true Stockton gem. read more

This place was very busy when we arrived here around lunch time. We were seated as soon as a spot was available which didnt take too long. As for the food, it was decent. I feel like the dish was well portioned and worth the price. The is a typical restaurant feel, not somewhere you would want to relax at and no where youd want to dress up to eat at. Just go, enjoy some good food and be on your way. Overall pretty decent. read more

The Pho - Chicken pho add tendon with a side of vinegar onion. - Vietnamese Near Me - Stockton, California

I would definitely order differently - the combo vermicelli bowl had what appeared to be bacon and shrimp although I ordered chicken & pork. Super greasy, oily, a big old fatty piece of chicken, just kinda blah. Veggies were the best part! read more

Came in and was waiting for the hostess to seat us. It took for awhile for US to get seated. Some tables was not clean. Then about 5 - 10 mins later we got seated. Then took another 30 mins for our waiter to take our order. And about 20 more mins for our food to be served. Food was good. Overall costumer service was no that great. read more

My second time dining inside and once was a pick up meal to go. I enjoy the food here and the ambiance of the decor. There are always people dining when I visit here. This time around was also a dine in experience with overhead music that started out great and then kind of made a turn with slow, possible "I have a crush on you" melodies.,which with having a hot bowl of Pho and that music, was making me sleepy lol. By the end of our meal the remaining 5 visitors had already left. I tend to try something different or at least try to each time I come here. The food is tasteful, the vibes for the most part is subtle and inviting. Located in a busy parking lot, so prepare to search for parking or walk a little before entering. read more

First time here and it will be our last. Walked in, no one greeted us. Table they sat us in was still dirty with a high chair that was absolutely filthy. Took awhile for someone to finally take our order. Both servers who were working that evening looked irritated that they had to be there. We had to ask for everything, again they acted like we were a bother since no one asked how we were doing after we got our meals. Fried tofu and fried chicken wings had way too much batter. Would not recommend ordering. One girl who had a resting bitch face alllll night was on her phone behind the counter when the restaurant finally got busy. Service was horrible, food was luke warm, broth was not even HOT. Won't be coming back. read more

*** Vegetarian Review *** This is my 3rd time here. If I took the time to write a review after my 1st or 2nd visits, it would have been a solid 4 stars. Vegan Pho ($14, Grade C) - Unfortunately, their vegan pho is no longer something to drive 40 minutes to get. During my first 2 visits, it was loaded with vegan meats. Sliced ham and vegan meatballs. Easily a 4-star pho that was worth the drive. I thought it was just an overlook, but when I asked, they said they no longer include the vegan meatballs. And it turns out they don't add more vegan sliced ham to make up for the change. In fact, I only had 3 pieces of ham and 6 cubes of tofu. They apparently try to hide the fact they took a lot of the good stuff out by adding so many button mushrooms. Disappointing. The broth is still vegan so that's ultimately why this still gets a 3-star rating. But beyond that and the Scroogelike portion of sliced ham, this pho does not satisfy. If they start to make it like it was during my 2 previous visits, I will update my review accordingly. In the meantime, if you are craving the best vegan pho in the area, visit Huong Sen Tofu, 6830 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento. Packed full of vegan meats - I order it without lemon grass because it tends to take over all flavors. Bottom line. The service is super quick and they are very friendly. Parking is easy. But until they bring back the satisfying vegan pho with generous portions of vegan meats, I'll just take my pho needs to Huong Sen in Sacramento read more

My daughter and I visited The Pho after finishing up some early morning errands and our experience was just, ok. The girls and the service were fantastic. Our server was very nice, although she seemed new and was still learning the menu, but STILL! She was very nice. The restaurant itself was modern and clean. So we sat down at a booth and I ordered spring rolls, BBH, and a kid's egg noodle pho with chicken for my daughter. Spring rolls were good - can't really mess those up. The egg noodle pho was good and just the right size for my toddler. BUT! When the BBH came out the broth was dang near clear. Even when I stirred the broth to spread the sauce and spices it was pretty bland. I had to scoop some chili oil and add tons of fish sauce to get some flavor out of it. Overall, the staff is nice and the place is clean. But I was pretty disappointed by the BBH. read more

Just as good as the first time I came here. The service was quick and effortless. I get the kids meek chicken pho since I am very small it is just enough to fill me up :) the ambiance is super chill; no loud people just comfort and good conversation. I came here alone this time and I felt super comfortable. I got the booth to myself which was nice. You pay after at the kiosks with the lady that rings you up; it's super fast and convenient! I'm definitely becoming a regular here :) read more

Dropped by here randomly for convenience. Seems like there was only one hostess and she was eating or on break when we walked in. We ordered the Chicken Wings and Two Special Pho's. I had this place a few weeks ago and their service is so sweet! When we came they just had their POS system stolen for the FOURTH time! I decided to try a pho and Banh mi sandwich. The pho was pretty good and only needed a few ingredients to make the way I liked it. I like mine super hot, and their chili isn't that spicy. I ordered beef on the side and the selections came out fresh. There was enough noodles for me and my niece to a eat a small and share a Banh mi. The Banh mi was ok. Not the best but it was decent . My niece really liked it . I like more pate personally because I like that deep rich pate flavor. All in all it is a good place to eat! Nice food selections and in a cool area. read more

Fast and friendly customer service. Wider space than Pho Island, pho filet mignon is top tier.

Solid vietnamese food here. Usually for a place called The Pho, you would order the Pho lol. But I got a little bit curious and tried out the rice dishes. They weren't too bad! The pork meat was saucey and grilled nicely. The Pho Special is standard pho, nothing too special about it. More meatballs than I expected. Theres a good amount of seating inside. Quick service. Recommend the rice dishes here if you're feeling something a lil different. read more

Great Pho and Fantastic Service! I recently visited The Pho with my husband and son. While I've been here before, it was my husband's first time. We live a bit far from the restaurant, but my husband has been searching for a new favorite pho spot since his old go-to hasn't been the same lately. I love how welcoming and cool the interior is--it creates a really nice atmosphere. The food was great! My husband said it tasted more like kathiew (the Cambodian version of pho) than traditional Vietnamese pho, but he still enjoyed it and said he'd be back. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but to me, it's worth it when the food is this good. The service was also excellent--our server was attentive and friendly. We're already planning to come back next month to celebrate my husband's birthday and bring the whole family along to try it out! read more

I grabbed takeout from here last month when I was on a work trip in Stockton, this place was close to my hotel and I was craving Pho. I ordered the Special Combination Pho Dac Biet Nho $14 and the Egg Rolls Cha Gio $9. The food was good, the only thing I do warn for those getting takeout is to make sure you have a way to reheat the broth. My hotel was directly across the street but by the time I got there the broth wasn't hot enough to cook the meat that they give you. Not the restaurant's fault, since it's obviously best served if you dine-in. I'm just glad that my hotel room did have a microwave for me to use. Overall, a good place to get Vietnamese food. read more

This is "THE" Pho! One of the best pho I've ever had because of the Filet Mignon. The meats here are really good (not rough and overcooked). Soup base is decent. Vietnamese coffee is great! The only down side is the size. I ordered size large pho but there were no enough noodles and meats, feels like it's a regular size. The service is good. Interior design is nice. They also offer boba. read more

I love their food. I either get their Pho, or their spicy sandwich. Definitely recommend.

Their Kumquat Soda is the bomb! So is the deep fried chicken combo, though I'd prefer a brown gravy instead of the Asian sauce. Only 4 stars as they need to fix the doors to their restrooms as they're stuck, hard for those senior citizens to open. Just an FYI. read more

I seen this place in the plaza & stopped by here some Pho. The restaurant is nice, spacious, and clean. They have paper covering the tables to stay clean & utensils come out in a plastic bag. I ordered the well done steak Pho, I think #5. Everything was perfect! The broth was so good once I added all the veggies/spices/sauces. I LOVE noodles so the combination of everything makes for a great meal. Plus, it's fall/winter time so Pho it will be! read more

The food the service the place all of it is amazing!! I highly recommend the sandwiches and the soups

When you walk in, you immediately smell the scent of what smells like good pho. Was seated immediately and ordered the Pho #4: Pho Tai Bo Vein and Bo Ne as well as an avocado smoothie. They were having a promotion going on where they were giving out white grape tea for free but it just tasted like a regular green tea to me, not too sweet which I appreciated but also nothing special. [Avocado smoothie] was delicious!! [Pho] had a strong clove/star anise flavor which overpowered the broth, this place only has lemons but I would have rather had lime because I had to use a ton of lemons to balance the clove/star anise flavor out, whereas if I had lime I would have done more with less. Overall pho was just OK, noodles were perfectly al-dente and meat was decent. I would not come here to order the pho again but I know some of my Vietnamese coworkers enjoy the pho here and have returned. The [Bo Ne] did not come out in a sizzling plate, meat and eggs were already cooked on it and when it came out it was slightly warm, not even hot. Meat was too chewy and was beef stew meat instead of steak. The bread was definitely better than any of the baguettes I've had in Stockton but still does not compare to bread from San Jose where I'm from. Bo Ne comes with soup or salad, we chose soup which was just pho broth that again had too strong of a clove/star anise flavor. Overall I would only return to possibly buy the baguettes if they have the option to sell just the bread so I could make my own banh mi sandwiches at home or order another avocado smoothie. read more

Clean interior, smells great when you walk in. The prices aren't too bad, & overall food & drink were good. I got a #4 & a combo banh mi with extra veggies. The pho broth is a LITTLE sweet but still yummy. I added a whole bunch of their chili oil but it didn't make it spicy at all idk I'd just skip that & drown it in Sriracha instead. I like how it didn't change the flavor of the soup but just made it spicy. The banh mi was soooo goooddddd!!! I loved it- from the bread to the filling 10/10 The strawberry lemonade tastes like pink starburst. Yummy My only complaint is the old plate of veggies they gave me for my pho lmao the bean sprout, the leaves, the lemons all looked like they been sitting in the sun fr but whateva I enjoyed my food.
