My house had literally zero insulation in the walls and I was hesitant to add any due to mixed reviews, but I trusted Joseph and he delivered. Now I don't hear as much noise and the rooms feel a lot warmer. Then he did the attic by first cleaning it, then sealing it and filling it up to spec with quality insulation. My house used to have cold spots and heater would kick on every 20 minutes. Now there are no cold spots and the house stays warmer a lot longer and again much quieter from external noise. I would highly recommend his services.

They sent someone the next morning for an assessment and got us scheduled right away! In the interim, they gave us recommendations to deter the rats, which worked. There was an issue with a short circuit because a rat chewed through the insulation that we didn't notice until the weekend, but Carlos responded immediately and came over to fix the issue. We are so grateful to Carlos and the Attic Crew for helping us with rats in the home, helping us feel more confident about keeping them out for the foreseeable years, and for all of their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise! Would definitely recommend!

They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I have pets and toddlers and they took my concerns about chemical disinfects seriously and offered several options to make sure I was comfortable with what was used in our home. They really seem to take pride in their work and enjoyed sharing before and after pictures to demonstrate all the improvements they made to our crawl space. I could not be happier with my choice to hire them, and plan to work with them again when I'm ready to replace my attic insulation.

We purchased our home many years ago and didn't realize how much of a mess the attic truly was until Universal Insulation completed an assessment in preparation for a possible heat pump installation next year. We're so grateful to have found a company we could trust to do things the right way. During my correspondence with Marko, Marko arranged for an assessment to be conducted by Nicholas. From the initial assessment, Nicholas was incredibly patient in addressing all our concerns and questions -- especially since we are very "hands on" homeowners. Once the contract was signed, Ann promptly scheduled us for the next available appointment and provided clear, detailed instructions on how to prepare before their arrival. The meticulous process began with removing the old insulation and debris, vacuuming the attic floor, and sanitizing the space. The next step was ensuring the attic was structurally sound and ready for new insulation. Because of the care and attention to detail that Marko, Miguel, and Nicholas put into every part of the job, we ended up with a dry, well insulated, properly ventilated, and easily accessible attic. If you're looking for an excellent insulation company, I highly recommend the team at Universal Insulation, Inc. -- they are truly competent professionals who take pride in doing things the right way.

Great experience--highly recommend!…read more We reached out to EM along with a couple of other companies to inspect our attic and crawl space, and they were the clear winner. We wanted to replace our old insulation because of rat droppings and also improve the temperature difference between our first and second floors, since our upstairs would get much hotter during the summer. Sebastian performed the inspection and was our main point of contact throughout the project. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The estimate was very fair, and he took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. We ended up replacing all of our attic insulation, installing a radiant barrier, replacing some of the ductwork, and adding a moisture barrier in the crawl space. On the day of the installation, a large crew arrived right on time. They did an excellent job protecting our home and keeping everything clean while they worked, and they completed the entire project in a single day. It's been about a month since the work was finished, and we've definitely noticed a difference. Our upstairs no longer gets nearly as hot as it used to, the house holds its temperature better, and our AC seems to run more efficiently. Overall, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend EM to anyone looking for attic or crawl space insulation work.
