Stay as far away from this company as possible. They are the biggest fraudsters I have ever come…read moreacross. Bought a car from them that was in "perfect" condition according to them and drove it home with issue after issue by the next day. They claimed accident free (since it wasn't listed on carfax) but in reality it was in an accident and they won't do a thing to fix it. Ahmed is a shady business man that only wants your money no matter the lies he has to tell. (Check BBB on how one ex-employee says they "fix cars" that they have sold.) This car needs at least $3,500 in repairs and when letting him know one final time to handle it or we will be taking the next step to get this taken care of, he proceeds to tell us...we didn't buy the car from his company we bought it from Motors 88 Inc. So on top of the shady sale, he misrepresented who we bought the car from. We will be taking every action possible to shut him down. Starting with the attorney general, the BBB, every review site possible, and making contact with an associate who is a news reporter. Ahmed you seriously tried screwing with the wrong people. How about you run an honest business instead of a business that takes advantage of people! Biggest CROOK ever!!

Paid $1900.00 for car and NOW $1700.00 in repairs. When bought they said total check out and 2 owner car was in excellent shape. NOT!!! now a $3600.00 dollar car. PLEASE STAY AWAY. Dealer said he wished there was something they could do for me but returning any money back was not possible. P.S bought the car exactly one week ago.

So many auto places in this area. You should avoid this one at all costs. Unless you like being…read moreover charged and taken advantage of. I brought my car into Andover Auto Care because I see them on my way to work. I recently moved into the area and needed to find a good garage in my new area. I noticed they had an oil change special. I made an appointment and asked them if they could check out the front end as it has been vibrating. I asked if they could shake the tires once its up to check for ball joints / tie rods that could have gone bad. They said no problem, we do numerous checks on each vehicle any how. I go to pick up my car and I am faced with a 75$ bill! They indicated that they "had time" into it and had to charge something. I asked him why they did not tell me this up front. He had no answer. The problem ended up being loose lugnuts from getting new tires a few weeks back and I had alloy wheels. Its not the money, its the principal of deceit. Avoid this place at all costs before they stick it to you too.

Ripped off just check ripoff reports.com and The BBB for more reviews of how they rip you…read more The Serviceman Inproperly installed the part in question and caused the car to be taken to a dealership. Found to be faulty install from Dealership. Had Andover Auto Care test and replace a Ignition Control module. After the repair the alternator went out still in there parking lot. Andover Auto told me to buy one they would put one in for me. They put one in and when I got home and had a Mechanic friend look at it and it was inproperly installed. Autozone confirmed this. Second problem was that the cars stalled randomly since. I took the Car to Dealership on 3/14/2011 to get a diag done and they found that the ICM ( Ignition Control module) wires were not seated and need to be re connected to solve the problem they are spring locked so they don't just come loose. I am retired and don't put on many miles so this had low miles .
