My wife was waiting to be helped with shipping a package since they are a 3rd party shipper for Fed Ex. The experience was a nightmare. First off, she was asked to wait 10 minutes. While she was waiting she was skipped by 4 people. The same person who told her to wait AYANA took 4 people ahead. Then a man told her she needed to buy their tape so they can taper her small box. The box contained 4T (toddler) sneakers. You can imagine how small the box is. I wish I could remember his name. My wife had to look for tape and they were out. The man then took 20 minutes to find tape stock to sell to my wife. They finally printed the label and you'd think they were ready to ship. But no..they claimed Fed ex couldnt accept the package. All in all about 45 minutes were wasted. Thats what I call great customer service.....these people aee horrible.

I was really pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of this small, no-frills pharmacy located at Kingston/Fulton in the heart of BedStuy. The pharamcist was really sweet, explained things very clearly to me, and aside from helping me with my prescriptions (free antibiotics when you can't afford them?! this is what medical care should look like!), he directed me to some over the counter medication to help my cough. I only waited TEN minutes to have my prescriptions filled - incredible. I definitely recommend this pharmacy. Along with the fact that they work with the BFC, they are polite and kind, and very basic. When I told the doctor that I already had at home the cough medicine he recommended (Mucinex - SERIOUSLY effective stuff), he didn't try to sell me anything else or upsell me or anything like that - he just told me good, he hoped I felt better soon.
