Alexa was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my options and even made suggestions that improved the look of the gutters for very little additional cost. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up everything afterward. The area around my house was spotless. Recently we needed to replace our gutters and found Resolution Gutter in a Yelp search. We made an…read moreappointment to get an estimate and at the scheduled time Alexa and Juan came to our house to do a walk-through and discuss what we wanted. Alexa showed us a sheet of paper with color options for the aluminum material while Juan took measurements. Then Alexa gave us a quote on the spot, which was very reasonable. Once we gave the go-ahead, we got on their calendar, but we needed to do the job in two phases because we were also having the house painted. So Alexa said they could send a crew on one date to remove the old gutters, then come back after painting was done to install the new ones -- two visits, included in a single price. We also asked for sample swatches of three colors to understand how they would look on the aluminum material next to our new paint colors before deciding so Alexa dropped those swatches off at our house another day. The actual removal and installs happened very smoothly and quickly, done by highly experienced crews who worked efficiently and carefully to avoid any damage to the house or the fresh paint job. But a couple days after the install was done, my husband noticed a couple small items that needed fixing, so we contacted Alexa who said they would send a crew to fix them -- and they did so promptly. Throughout this project, whenever we had a special request, Alexa replied "No problem, we can do that for you" and it was handled. No extra charges, no delays, no drama...just 100% dedication to the customer, which is why I am 100% satisfied with Resolution Gutter. 10/10 would recommend.

Quality. That is the best word to describe Saber Roofing. This review is long overdue as we had…read moreRyan and team replace our 29 yr old roof late last year (Nov/Dec 25'). But it's also a testament that after almost a year in, we've had no issues whatsoever. From the site survey to Final inspection by the City, Ryan and team was there every step of the way. I'm not going to attempt to repeat what's already been said in all the 5 star reviews (which are all correct, but also repetitive). I am offering an alternative view if skepticism remains. The ultimate reason why we chose Saber Roofing, over other quotes that were at or below his quote, was because of the negative reviews. Stay with me here. When you have a multi-decade longstanding business, it is statistically impossible to maintain 100% satisfaction. If you want to understand trustworthiness or how the inner workings of a company is run at a glance, one must look at how the unsatisfied customers were dealt and treated. In all recent cases, you will see each and every claim was handled with compassion and respect with an intent to understand the issue, correct and better themselves going forward. That, IMO, is the hallmark of a great business to deal with. After starting the job, they solidified that hypothesis as I observed the attitudes & dispositions of those working in the "trenches" (or roof in this case). Everyday that the team showed up, all carried great smiles with positive team banter and a general sense of happiness being on site. This only happens when employees are treated well and with respect. We have dealt with numerous home projects in the past and can tell you this is a rarity. Will Saber Roofing be the lowest bid in your search? Probably not. Will they provide you the best quality and service? You bet.

I contacted several roofing and gutter companies to get estimates for a few projects. I am very…read morehappy that I chose Saber Roofing for plenty of reasons. 1) The owner, Ryan, met with me to discuss the work and was very thorough and helpful in answering all my questions. 2) Important details were covered including adding a rain chain in a location where a downspout would have been unsightly (picture attached). Among the details, the rain chain is made of copper while the gutter is made of aluminum. Having these two metals come in contact could compromise the aluminum over time. So, Saber installed the copper rain chain with a protective barrier. 3) Their client service and sales director, Jake, was super helpful and extremely responsive to all my questions. 4) The crew was very efficient, provided high quality workmanship, and left the site spotless. 5) The gutter guards that were installed provide a really fine barrier to prevent even small debris from entering my gutters, but are easy to rinse so that fine particles can be washed through the gutters. 6) The two downspouts that were installed were matched to the color of our trim. Other companies offer limited colors or simply white downspouts, but Saber offers a wide variety. 7) Their pricing is very competitive. From end to end, this was a great experience and I highly recommend Saber Roofing.

There was no haggling, no hidden fees, and absolutely no nickel-and-diming, which was refreshing in this kind of project.
