The car they sent me had an *EXPIRED SEAT IMPROPERLY INSTALLED.* The car seat was four years out of date. The driver's point of view on the expiration and improper installation was "not my problem." The dispatchers point of view was "not my problem." Who's problem is it then? Mine apparently, who had to put my infant child's safety at risk to take my prepaid rush hour car over an hour from JFK to Connecticut. A child's safety while in their vehicle should be of upmost importance to a car service. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN.

They bait you with low rates on their quote tool and prompt you to make an account, but you can never log in to your newly created account (hope you didn't use a sensitive password), and you can't contact them. When I tried calling, someone picked up after a time, held the line, but was silent. When I called back, they picked up and hung up. Maybe they themselves are the victim of a cyber-attack? In any case, stay away.
