I've had good experiences eating lunch here, and always appreciate I can get Mexican Coca-Cola in a chilled, 1/2-liter glass bottle and made with real cane sugar from MX, not high-fructose corn syrup I am reading a few reviews that some folks have experienced food that did not seem fresh or even meat that had actually turned, but not me. Maybe the secret is that eat an early lunch around 11ish early in the week (Tuesday or Wednesday), and not a late night weekend dinner. But I'll keep my four-star rating until I'm less than pleased! read more

I am a big Mexican food person. The margaritas 1 we got to keep the shaker which ended up being 2.5 margs so that price was nice for that: 2: the green chili they smoothed it in had very good flavor I ended up buying some to go. 3: reccomend the chili rellano. 4: yes it's next to a gas station but it is worth the stop. 5: are you out hiking and have a dog?? Their patio is dog friendly and they brought a dog bowl without asking! read more

I have been in Colorado for 30 years, and this is the BEST Mexican food I have ever had, hand down! I can't believe that I live 15 minutes away and I just discovered this little gem right off Hwy 285. If I lived in Denver, I would definitely make the 45 minute drive up the hill. The ambiance, service, friendliness, and most importantly the FOOD are all top notch. Originally from California, I consider myself something of a Mexican food snob. I can say without consideration that this rivals any Mexican food I have had anywhere (including Mexico!). read more

Amazing food!!. Our server was very friendly and kind. Such a great little find! When back in Colorado, I would definitely stop in! read more

Mexico Lindo - Mexican Near Me - Morrison, Colorado

The best machacas in the Denver area! I am an aficionado of machacas, and theirs is the best. I repeat: the best machacas in the Denver area! My wife absolutely raved about the enchiladas she had. This place is the real deal. Extremely cool people running the restaurant, too. Very classy. read more

Food and service is great. Family owned and managed. The margaritas are always delicious

Friendly and attentive service, extensive menu and tasty dishes. Don't let the proximity to the gas station deter you, its worth a visit. I had the black bean soup and a guacamole tostada with salsa. All very tasty, but a little on the pricey side, which is not unusual for dining in the mountain towns. My only wish would be for a bigger selection of vegetarian entrees. read more

So amazing - better than the old place that used to be here. Excellent margaritas and food - authentic from the Nayarit area of Mexico. Alberto is the owner and so kind. Highly recommend you stop in for anything on the menu Dash large menu with a variety of options. You can't go wrong! read more

Mexico Lindo - Combination Chile relleno and enchilada with green Chile. - Mexican Near Me - Morrison, Colorado

The refried beans are delicious! I would come here just for them! Portions are generous.

Great service and a delightful lunch. the healthy options were appreciated as were the starters of bean dip and homemade salsa.

Truly authentic delicious Mexican food and amazing service. 100% the best Tacos I've had outside Mexico. Personally I spent 18 months traveling in Mexico, and these tacos were somewhere near the top. The flavor was perfect, portion sizes spot on, and most important: Friendly service! Prices were reasonable as well. This isn't a "tex-mex" place, this is legit Mexican food. Home made tortillas. Great spicy salsa. Seems like new owners (?) are working on some exterior building upgrades so the exterior patio will be even nicer in the future. With that being said: They were super dog friendly which was perfect for our road-trip dinner stop-over. Humans had Tacos and Mole Chicken Enchiladas, and authentic home made Horchata - dogs finished their own dinner they brought along. Will 100% visit next time we come up/down the mountain. FYI: Do not let the fact that this place is attached to a gas station deter you! read more

Delicious breakfast burritos! Very cheap, convenient, and quick. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the gas station.

Incredible food. I live outside Conifer and we have a few restaurant gems and this is one. Such amazing Mexican food. This place isn't just good for the area, but one of the best Mexican food restaurants in Colorado imo. It was good under the previous owners, but it is absolutely amazing under the new owners. I've been in probably a dozen times and every experience is delicious. Ceviche is very good and margs are great. read more

Driving back from Kenosha trail and decided to check out this place since it was on the way back and it had 5 stars. Honestly it was okay... nothing special about the food or drinks, my Jamaica tasted watered down and I got the pollo asada burrito and there was barely any chicken in it just just mainly rice, beans and veggies... not exactly what I was expecting. Waitress was nice. read more

Don't be fooled by the outward appearance of this restaurant next to a gas station! it is really very good! the margaritas are great, the food is delicious, and the staff and owner could not be more hospitable. We love going to this restaurant! read more

A great addition to our mountain community! Authentic dishes that are fantastic. The service is exceptional with a genuine feel. They were happy to accommodate a food allergy and went out of their way to provide additional options. I can't say enough good things about this mountain gem. I will definitely be a regular. read more

Heard great reviews so I thought we'd give it a try. First of all...very friendly staff and GREAT chips and salsa. The bean dip that they bring with the chips had a very funky taste that I didn't care for however. The Chile relleno was pretty good, but I found the chicken burrito pretty bland and they charged $6.45 to smother it in green Chile. I don't think I've ever been to a Mexican restaurant that charges for smothering a burrito or if they do, they have the cost for it listed on the menu. If I had known it was a $6.45 up charge I would have ordered something different. The green Chile was mediocre at best. Also, it took an extremely long time to get our food. The best thing about this restaurant was the chips and salsa and the friendly staff, but I won't be back. read more

Excellent authentic food and service! They offer a delicious bean and salsa with chips appetizer to start every service. Huge improvement over the last management change a year or so ago. Wonderful family run business. read more

My new favorite place for authentic Mexican food. Never a disappointment highly recommended My new favorite place for authentic Mexican food. Never a disappointment highly recommended. Fresh home made corn tortillas. So yummy . Grandkids love the food and they are picky. read more

Nothing in the food had a look of freshness to it. The refried beans are lumpy instead of smooth and grey to light beige and milky looking. I finally just ordered a couple of mole chicken enchiladas to go with no sides. We open it up to see a rectangular foil tub filled with a glossy dark gravy with sesame seeds and melted cheese. I took one bite and it was the best I had ever had in an enchilada. I ran down and my skeptical son actually trusted their perfection enough to to a bite that like mine, came out easily in a perfect square onto his fork. I watched grinning as he had a love at first bite moment of bliss. I'd like to know what they'd charge for an order of ten to go and nothing else yet. Also how the beef compares. Ambiance needs more finess, good music, and staff great. Prices too high. read more

Great little Mexican restaurant next to the gas stop. Good food, pleasant service. Kid friendly. Nice decor in restaurant and cleanliness in bathrooms show pride of ownership. We had lunch with our kids and didn't order any adult beverages, but it has a small, full bar too. Definitely recommend. read more

Great food, great service and amazing staff. Best Mexican you can get in the foothills.

Pretty awesome lil hidden gem. I had the Mole over my chorizo enchilada topped with eggs and it was so good! The mole is on the sweeter side which is perfect for me! The Horchata was so delicious as well, perfect for a hot summer day after a 10 mile MTN bike ride! Check this place out. read more

Best Mexican food I have ever had in Colorado. Recommend 10/10. Family is super nice and hospitable

The food was absolutely delicious. Service was excellent, the staff anticipated our needs and the food was served hot and plentiful. Spicing was to order and special dietary needs were no problem. We went after church with 7 friends and were all very pleased with our selections and the place was so clean and welcoming. We all agreed that we would be back and that we would let our friends in on this fine Mexican restaurant so near to Windy Point/Conifer. The bean dip, salsa and complimentary warm from the oven corn tortilla chips were so good, too! read more

The food was sooooo good and the service was excellent. Will definitely be going again next time we are in town

Excellent authentic Mexican food, huge portions and super friendly owners from Mexico. We absolutely enjoyed our meals and can't wait to come back to try their homemade mole sauce. Best Mexican restaurant in Conifer IMHO! read more

This food is absolutely amazing! I would give it six stars if I could! We ordered takeout over the phone...these people were so kind and went above and beyond to make our meal perfect. We ordered Mojitos which were delicious! They helped us out to the car with all the packages which was so nice! I could tell they are hard workers and take pride in their restaurant...trust me-they have much to be proud of!!! I highly recommend this place!!! read more

New owners who make everything from scratch. I had mole enchiladas, and the mole was really good. Super helpful waiter too

Its location isn't obvious next to the Stop for Gas, but it is worth seeking out! This has become our go-to Mexican restaurant. The food is excellent. The house margaritas are top notch (especially 2 for 1 during happy hour!) The wait staff treats you like family and the owner, Alberto, is often roaming the restaurant checking on his guests. Skip the chains and come here for some really good Mexican food!! read more

Four adults went there for dinner. We ordered four different entrees and all of us thought our food was delicious. The owner came to the table to greet us and ask if we liked everything. That was a month ago. The decor is simple, cute, old Mexico style. The food is authentic. They have a bar when you first walk in. We are talking about getting together again for dinner and we all want to go back to Mexico Lindo! It's only about 5 mins or so north of Conifer on 285. New favorite of the 3 Mexican restaurants in Conifer. read more

Really delicious authentic Mexican food. Really enjoyed everything, which for me is unique.
