This spot certainly delivers on food quality, friendliness, and value. I should start by saying the staff here is very welcoming. We've visited a handful of times now and each time has been very pleasant. I probably waited more than 10 minutes for water refill once, and to the server's credit, it was peak dinner time. We haven't had a bad dish here but the carne asada and chimichangas are two of our "go-tos". The carne has always been seasoned and cooked perfectly. I've been scarred by overcooked, almost burnt carne asada in the past and I certainly prefer not to relive that experience. The margaritas are also delicious with a heavy handed pour if you know what I mean. Mexico Lindo is the perfect combination of yummy family dinner and cocktails after work vibes.

We did not have to wait long for our waitress to take our order or for our food to arrive. Great tasting food. The chicken was amazing. Had a great smoke flavor. Great portions. My daughter and I shared the half chicken plate with a side of loaded mashed potatoes and an extra side of the honey brussel sprouts. To die for by the way. My husband had the sample platter. So much food we had to take some home with us. Plenty of parking and the food was very fresh, especially since we arrived there at 8:30 and it closes at 9:00. We also had their new shrimp wrapped with wontons and chili sauce appetizer. It was also amazing. The only sad thing is our waitress did not tell us her name so I can't give her a shout out. Easy access on and off the freeway. Highly recommend if you're ever in Miles City.

My little veg heads ordered a customized potato bean bowl which we asked to include just iceberg lettuce, refried beans (which are vegetarian), and crispy fried potato rounds. No meat. It did take it a bit to covey what we were exactly looking for since it's not a traditional menu item, but the ingredients looked fresh, the price was right and it was large enough for two littles to split so it was worth the effort. It was very well liked and looked delicious! Kinda wished I had gotten one sand fairy for myself. The meal did have to be walked out to us by the adorable young, kind cashier. I'm assuming it was because it wasn't standard. No biggie. I mention this unique order for any other veg-heads out there who may just drive past this place otherwise. I should note that the rice and refried beans minus cheese are actually vegan! We also ordered a perfectly prickly pear soda which was so refreshing and delicious!
