Ordered 4 items, received 2. Filled out survey to trigger TJ to resolve issue. Not contact after 3 days. Tried corporate office, clearly they are afraid to talk to customers as it is impossible to get a real person on the phone. Out of a $21.00 ticket they shorted me half my order or $7.00 Taco John Miles City sucks. read more

really dirty place. Staff uniforms were filthy. Lettuce was brown and soggy. Taco shells were also soggy and nasty. Regional manager should visit and take care of business. read more

The food was typical taco johns, so pretty fire. Everything was served hot and fresh. The inside of the store could use a bit of a face lift, but it was clean so not much to complain about there. The thing that set this place apart was the exemplary service! The order taker was super nice and went above and beyond! read more

They didn't want to serve me his manager had to come out and tell him, then his manners were condescending smmfh

The wife and I Winter about 8 o'clock PM. The individuals taking the orders. Was kind of rude. We got the sense we were not wanted there to order.. God our food looks like a second greater made it. The staff look lizzing haven't taken the shower in a week. All in all I would suggest to go somewhere else. read more

I had the most uninspiring (code for worst) taco ever at this location. I cannot recommend someone to eat here while there are a number of fast food options. A Taco Bell would blow this place out of the water. Parking and access were fine. The restrooms were in the entry. The ladies room was not clean and the toilet paper was sitting on top of the dispenser. The paper towel dispenser was working. The guy who took our order was busy talking to someone coming through the drive through so I could not tell when I was supposed to give him my order. He was not friendly and seemed put out at having to take my order. The only drink option was water and tea, the CO2 was broken. So back to the taco. It was a flavorless hard shell with 'meat' that was more of a puree that anything resembling taco meat, the cheese was a tiny shred style and not a lot of it, and a lot of shredded lettuce. No tomato. Anyway, don't eat here and if you do, the Potato Oles were okay. read more

3.5 Stars. Taco John's, the local fast food taco joint in these parts provided a quick, filling, decent meal to go. My little veg heads ordered a customized potato bean bowl which we asked to include just iceberg lettuce, refried beans (which are vegetarian), and crispy fried potato rounds. No meat. Their bowls come topped with heaping mounds of guac, sour cream, shredded cheddar and diced tomatoes. It did take it a bit to covey what we were exactly looking for since it's not a traditional menu item, but the ingredients looked fresh, the price was right and it was large enough for two littles to split so it was worth the effort. It was very well liked and looked delicious! Kinda wished I had gotten one sand fairy for myself. The meal did have to be walked out to us by the adorable young, kind cashier. I'm assuming it was because it wasn't standard. No biggie. I mention this unique order for any other veg-heads out there who may just drive past this place otherwise. I should note that the rice and refried beans minus cheese are actually vegan! We also ordered a perfectly prickly pear soda which was so refreshing and delicious! Not to mention, a gorgeous color too. read more

The Tacos Were Great .Staff is attentive and superb . Only complaint was the confusion with the valet parking. read more

First, after they gave my order to someone else, they tried to simply place a grilled taco back in the bag after the incorrect customers received my order and proceeded to take said taco out (thereby touching my food). When I questioned this the worker asked, "oh, did you want a new one since they touched it?" Really?! You have to ask? This needs to be addressed as all employees seemed to lack friendliness and overall effort at performing their job as I would expect if I were their manager. Not only would I prefer Taco Bell, but this particular location fails at their attempt to provide friendly and efficient service and quality food at low prices. For the amount they charge I expect much better quality, and they lacked friendliness and common decency. read more

This is a good place to go if you're constipated. The food is second rate. This is NOT a place to take someone you are trying to impress.

I usually enjoy Taco John's , but this experience was the worst. I always order chips and cheese....I ordered them here and they were so salty I could not eat them. My husband ordered the potatoes ole....they were extremely salty as well. We just threw them all out. Told the girl at the register and her response was, " that is how they are supposed to be " If that is the case, then all of the other Taco John's across this country are serving them wrong. The staff were all very young and spent the entire time gossiping with each other. No attention to the guests. Other than one young dark haired boy who was cleaning tables, cleaning the surfaces around the salsa station and drink station. He was the only employee visibly earning his pay. They should put that busy and hard working young man in charge. The employees at this location all need a refresher course in customer service and food quality consistency! read more

Super gross, literally infested with flies right now and they're crawling all over the food. They have a screen door but obviously it's not helping. DONT eat here. read more

Clean, efficient, and well-managed. Taco Johns vary wildly in quality, but this is one of the good ones. They even had set out Dum-dum suckers for kids. The epitomy of wholesomeness, like the farmgirls that work there. read more

Really impressed. The staff are clean, the building is always clean. It is recently remodelled and has outdoor seating as well, They serve breakfast and have a drive through. The drive through is a little slow and there is a curb to keep your car away from the building that can be tricky in order to reach your food. The have a suprusing attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness that I really notice. read more

Not good. Had a taco and it was soggy. Left the bottom of the bag wet. Had the boneless wings and there wasn't any sauce on them. Oles were cold. Not impressed and won't be going back there. read more

Just had the fish tacos and they were great. The sauce added a nice bite to them. They packed a lot into each taco.

The first red flag is that this place is called Taco "Johns." Second, the beans came straight out of a can, the rice is bland. I recommend a top ramen over a meal here. Same quality but at least one tastes half decent. read more
