Hello everyone! So we ate here when traveling back home after a swim meet for my kiddos and well, it wasn't like I remember. The table was not clean and it kind of gave us the ick. The food came out fresh which was good but the wait was almost 10 minutes before someone would help us. The food took quite sometime considering there was like only 4 people in here. A kid who was supposed to be working was walking out with his friends and started vaping inside of the restaurant!! The workers did nothing and just let this dude go. Highly recommend the Dave's double.the staff are nice too.they go light on the toppings.

They were out of forks but didn't tell me..I I told them I couldn't eat salad with a spoon..manager said " I happen to know that spoons are not hard to find! I told her I couldn't go shopping for one before I eat my salad...hahahaha..they are rude and not the sharpest tool in the shed read more

I love Wendy's! Except this one! Ugh. Maybe the food is good, but after the cashier completely ignored all of us in line I chose to leave as I was there to get food to go and in a hurry. If your busy, acknowledge your customers at the very least! read more

Went through the drive through and the employees were strangely bossy and short with me. Wouldn't have complained but my top buns were so dry they crackled into crumbs like a fine French bread. Yuck read more

This Wendy's is site #00005471. We like to go inside to order our food to go. The crew behind the counter seemed a bit discombobulated with each other. Ordered the Asian Chicken Salad. (Upon getting back to our Motel, no fork). The wife said it was excellent, even though she had to eat it with her fingers. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Mostly dry and flavorless. Fries were cold and limp (the ones that were not burnt to a crisp) No napkins. The dog seemed to enjoy her plain burger. Total came to $14.17. Gave the young man $14.27. No change. I guess the till will be on the positive side tonight! The soda machine was insanely awesome! If that soda machine could have taken the order and filled it, this would be a 5 star review. I never knew there were that many flavors of Coke Zero. I wanted to take it home, and probably could have without the crew working even noticing. Although, the 4 lid holders only had small and large lids. No lids that fit my medium beverage. Yes, I know this is fast food. But come on people, we can do better as a species. Yes, I know I should have opened the bags and/or asked if a fork and/or napkins were in the bag, but come on people, we can do better as a species. Stopped by while travelling as we don't have Wendy's where I live. We were so darn disappointed. The workers didn't help us for about 15 minutes... Flies were everywhere, and we all felt sick after eating there. I wouldn't be surprised if we had food poisoning. The cleanliness is not as good as it's supposed to be. read more

We thought the other reviewers on Yelp were exaggerating or just out of date. They weren't. We've been going to Wendy's for 40 years, and this is one of the worst ever. Folks were friendly enough, but management is obviously careless. Dining area was cluttered, tables sticky; when we brought it to the attention of the workers (they were standing around chatting and we were the only ones in the store) they declined to pick up the napkins and debris, saying they'd clean it in an hour or so when they closed up. (This was 7 PM.) Further, they were out of menu items. I ordered a potato, they were out; ok, how about a strawberry salad? They were out. And the receipt printer didn't work either, so we got a scrawled post-it note. Just no excuse for this. read more

It was terrible, we went through last night and I asked for the 10 chicken nuggets as a meal she didn't tell me they didn't have large fries and didn't ask me if I wanted medium either and she didn't give me my receipt I pulled to the next window and the gentleman told me about the drinks. We pulled around and we looked in our bags and there were no fries, I tried to go in but both doors were locked, so I got back in line behind several vehicles and noticed that there was a van in front of us that had gone through before also, I told the girl at the window and she said to pull up to the second window so I did and I told him we didn't get any fries and our other food was probably cold from sitting in line again so then he was really rude and so I told him to take the food back and give me my money back he said you don't have a receipt I said no she didn't give me one then he yelled at me that I didn't want my receipt, i said that's not true he said yes it is. I told him I wouldn't be returning to purchase anything more he said good I hope you don't. He then closed the window and laughed at me, i have worked my entire life in fast food and he was not a good manager at all. No unfavorable review here. We ate inside after 7:00 pm, so past what would be dinner rush. The seating area was clean. The food hot and good tasting. Husband had the Taco Salad - generous and filling. He likes the chili that goes on it. I had a sour cream and chive baked potato and half a Harvest salad. Both filling and good. read more

The drive thru was slow but my nuggets were to die for. My lemonade had an excellent ice to lemonade ratio and my fries were hot, crisp, and salted perfectly. This is a message to the gentleman who handed me my feast - although you told me to have a good evening and wished you to see me again, I am sorry to say we won't have our bodies and souls cross paths again. I did not have the heart to tell you in person, and as a friend I failed you for that, but I wish you the best of luck for the rest of your life. You're a gentleman and a scholar. read more

This place has amazing fast, organized and very friendly staff. When I entered the store 1/3/20, about 12:50pm. I found it totally full of students from the bus outside. Decided that was too long to wait. Went through the drive thru and had my fresh sandwich in about 5 minutes and with lots of smiles. So appreciate the great attitudes. I just ordered meals for my family. The sign on the door said masks required. Employees had masks hanging off their faces, pulled down or were not wearing them at all. I ordered a summer strawberry salad. I watched as the employee prepped at one station, walked the salad to the fridge and then walked the salad to the back room? and then walked over to what looked like a dirty cutting board and cut the chicken. I opened the salad and everything looked okay except the berries. I wish I had a picture. They had all the stems attached and one looked like it had a bite taken out of it. Employees didn't have hair tied back and it was dirty in the lobby. I won't be going back. Some of my family's food was cold. read more

Ok.....I'll start with the fact that I realize this crew doesn't give two licks about customer service because this is a one stop town on the way to everywhere else and they will never see 99% of their customer base again. That being said, absolutely the filthiest food 'establishment' I have ever been in. Let me repeat that once again- absolutely the filthiest 'establishment' ever. Customer Service- essentially one of the only things setting most restaurants apart these days is the caliber of customer service- Dusti has a miserable mark on this area. Very rude and short with my wife, who was asking for some very simple clarification on a menu item. She then went on to say that she 'had a long day'. As a customer, honestly I don't want to hear this, especially coming from someone that I cannot empathize with because of her level of customer experience. Yelling orders to the back of the kitchen (about 10 feet away), and telling her crew (I'm assuming she is a shift lead) that these are the only clean trays in the entire place. Again, something I don't want to hear as a customer. Moving on......2 flies buzzing around the dining area, as well as overall filth and an unclean feel. 22 minutes later, they have about a dozen people in line now, with said line moving impossibly slow, she yells my name for our order. She then tells me if anything is cold or wrong to bring it back up to the front. Seriously. Not joking. A food clerk said this, with a straight face. I was waiting for someone to come out and say 'Gotcha, you're on Candid Camera' Horrible experience, and I'll be on the phone with Wendy's corporate as soon as this review is done, as well as the Health Department. read more

I work in North Dakota and live in Idaho so I drive through a couple times a month and Miles City is one of my gas stops and I always stop in to Wendy's. I always get a extra hamburger patty for my dog that rides with me. And it's to the point where his mouth drools when he sees a Wendy's. But this last time right when I pulled up to the second window of the drive through the manager saw my dog then walked back then came back with a small thing of chicken nuggets and handed them to me saying "for the pup". For me that's just one more reason to love Wendy's over every other fast food restaurant. And on top of that I've never had a problem and the food is always great and the staff is always friendly. read more

We were hungry and tired of pizza, so we tried the worst Wendy's we have ever had. Spicy chicken was dry and the grilled chicken was rubber, we both had chili fries and they were soggy and watered down chili! This town needs a KFC! read more

We came into Wendy's on June 20 around 7:30p and we left around 8pm. If we ate in the restaurant the timing wouldn't have been bad, but our order was to go. Drew our cashier was a very nice kid. He kept apologizing for the wait. And the manager even said he'd make it up to us. Ten minutes into the wait I sent my husband and our one year old to the car. Our little man was getting fussy. Twenty minutes into the wait, I hear Drew ask the back how much longer it would take and how did they not know about the one order. One guy raises his hand and says that he knew, like it's an honor for not doing his job. One of the line cooks kept coming up to the counter to talk with other guests again not wanting to do her job. If you're looking for fast food, go somewhere else. read more

Drive through gal named Kayla was rude, before I was even done with my order she told me to pull up to the window when I went to the windows I tried correcting my order and she nodded while talking to another person then my total was 7.56 I handed her 8 and she handed me back 1$ folded in hand between her fingers, did not even look at me. I looked over my receipt and she did not even correct my order like she was supposed to I was still missing my small fry! I got a total of 5 items and she couldn't handle this and maybe out a smile on her face or something. I told the lady at the next window she had a hard time listening and my order was not correct and she promptly fixed it, I suggest they teach 'kayla' how to do her job nicely if they want people to return! miles city, we can do better than this!! read more

I have never had a worse bit of customer service in my life. I stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes while the workers continued to do what they may consider work. This included the manager, David. He fielded our complaint call and didn't care either. This entire lot of employees should be fired. I write this from McDonalds and have my order in less time then it took for me to write this. read more
