How are they allowed to close 30mins before the listed time? Awful workers, upper management should come in .

Worst McDonald's in the country, incompetent workers keep telling each person in the drive thru to wait almost 5 mins each. Ridiculous, place needs retraining or new workers completely. Insane read more

Workers in the morning are very fast and polite. Afternoon workers are very slow. That was the longest I've ever waited at a McDonald's.

Went to the Macdonalds in Miles for the last time today, seems like every time we go there the orders are never right. Ordered a filet of fish combo to day and got what I ordered except there was no tartar sauce on the filet and it was cold so I am now done with eating at Macdonalds any longer as it seems everyone we have gone to does the same thing and it is not cheap to eat there any longer. read more

I'd give this place three stars because the food did not take long both times I've been here. In fact, service was very fast. The reason I'm giving two stars is because I was so turned off by the female manager with short hair. She was not only short and rude to me but also to her coworkers. The young lady taking my order at the front you could tell was new and unsure of items but she was very sweet. I will take slow service and nice employees over fast service and rude employees ANYDAY. read more

Food was freshly made but the whole 20 mins we sat there eating this lady was just sitting there staring, which made things a little uncomfortable. Talk about awkward. Idk... I mean, maybe she was on her break? Watching the Disney channel?! Ha weird. read more

McDonald's - a fast food restaurant at night - Fast Food Near Me - Miles City, Montana

Hot, crispy fries, good chicken sandwich for me. My group ate in the dining room and the presentation of the group's meals was great! Best McDonalds I have been to in a while. read more

Its McDonald's the bar shouldn't be that high! However don't expect to get fed in a timely manner here! I waited 17 minutes for a mobile order that was placed and paid for approximately 5 min before my arrival. So 22 min in all ! That being said if you're goi g to make you're customers wait at least bring them fresh food! I ordered a double quarter pounder combo large. The fries were half full and half cooked meaning Raw! Stay with me now !! The quarter pounder was filled with those dried onions not the sliced fresh ones as at every other Locations! The customer service here is on par with a short bus ride! As to say the employees wear crash helmets for there own safety. This store has a serious lack of management, and time management skills!! The community would be better served if they close this location! read more

Fast. Hot. Has those stupid kiosks, which I hate more than anything in the world. We paid $2 for two mcchickens. Good price. read more

Messed up my egg on my sandwiches on both and manager got mad at me for asking a new one. I don't think that I was being rude I asked nicely and I don't think they should get mad at me for their mess ups read more

I went through McDonald's, about a week ago. I was impressed with the order itself, Order was correct, I actually got my food , in a timely, manner, and it was hot, french fries were fresh. However, still the employees are, just not friendly. When going to other restaurants, I have noticed that they are actually working on that issue,I'm very saddened by this, McDonald's is my favorite, this why Mc Donalds is getting some of the reviews they are getting. Customers don't like to be feel like there a number, they like to be treated like human beings. Are you going to open the dining room at any time? I do realize it's not your fault that the dining room is closed, however, I'm hoping that things will get better soon. read more

Slow motion drive-thru. About 5 minutes per car. Edit,, longer than 5 minutes. This is my first review from the drive-thru. read more

For the owner of this McDonald's location, the workers are not clean and not polite , ordered coffee and when they was about to put coffee lid , they put the lid on the table cleaning towel and they just took it from there and put it on the coffee, told them to replace the lid and one of them was quietly angry , talking some racist words on the back. Which is very rude! For that men who was changing ice on the soda machine and who was trying to support that rude coworker lady, if you enough men and if you have balls tell your stupid racist words on the person's face !!! When looked at you , you was acting like a innocent little girl who was lost in the forest ! Be men don't be likes last scary women in this world, next time watch your mouth ! Because of costumes you get your salary, don't show your attitude! The owner of this location you should take care about there attitude and service ! read more

We walked over from our Motel 6 to find perhaps the cleanest and most trendy looking McDonalds I've ever seen. The service was quick, the food was decent. Nothing spectacular, but it was tasty It hit the spot for us after our long drive. We liked the ice cream, it had good consistency read more

The service at this location is piss poor at best. For three months now the owner of the store has not been able to get the orange juice machine working. That pretty much says all that needs to be said about this location. read more

Since my drive through here last year this location had massively improved. The bathroom is much cleaner and my fries were PERFECT!!! Considering this location is just off a freeway and there's quite a distance between it and any other I as a traveler am appreciative of the attempts to be better. Two thumbs up read more

Friendly service however extremely slow drive through. Between five and ten minutes per car in line. I don't do fast food often but this has got to be the slowest ever slow food drive through. read more

This has got to be the slowest McDonald's on the planet! Seriously. If you don't have an hour to kill don't bother. The parking lot is completely torn up so they've got you trapped the second you drive in. read more

Went through drive-through Thursday night at about 8:45pm. Ordered Grand Mac, Fries and a Water. Took 17 minutes from getting in line to paying at the window! Line in front of me and a long line developed in back. Back at motel discovered that Grand Mac was cold pink in center and just the edges were edible. Fries were okay. Young Lady at the window was very frantic and didn't say a thing. Pretty much a waste of money and time... read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I mean give me a break its freaking McDonald's.

After a twenty minute wait I got my sausage egg my mcmuffin and it was un cooked. The drive through was around the building and half the people working were just standing. Around read more

You would figure after my last review of this place that I wouldn't go there anymore but sometimes you can't help it it's McDonald's lol but since my last review twice it is taken 30 to 45 minutes to get the food after their ordering yesterday at lunch time the same thing happened that 3 weeks ago at lunch time placed my order at 12:11 p.m. and did not get my food until 12:45 of course that was during the lunch rush but you can go anywhere else almost every other McDonald's or other fast food joints and they know how to operate during lunch rush I have years of working in McDonald's myself and I know how things operate for the most part and I know it is possible for everybody who goes inside or through the drive-thru to be able to get their food in at least five minutes and of course I probably will visit this McDonald's again as it's the only one in our small little town but it's almost like something has to be done if the management can't delegate can't pay attention to what the customer flow is at the moment then hopefully they can learn or we can all dread whatever job they may have next sorry for the formatting I'm speaking this into my phone as I am kind of pissed off at the moment lol read more

McDonald's needs to get new staff they Completely ignored me and my husband when we went to the drive-through and even though there's two people already at the ordering food and they wanted to get out faster so they didn't want to take our order I will never go there again if this happens again it's bull crap All the other fast food places do not do that what makes them think that they can do that they stay open intel it's time to close not 30 minutes before closing read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. It is the slowest McDonald's I have ever seen. You want to stop there because you think it's going to be quick on your pit stop, but it's not. You could go anywhere else and it would be faster. read more

This is the most awful fast food place I have been in my life! They are so slow. I use to come here twice a year (during an annual trip). The one time we waited for 55 minutes for fries and a milk shake!!!!!!!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just a rough day for them or new workers or something. The next time I went there was a 20 minute wait. The most recent time (the last time I'll ever go) we waited 35 minutes for our breakfast! While we were waiting I over heard another costumer say "they are always slow here." When the worker gave people their food she had to say every time "sorry for the wait." When we finally got our food we checked to see if they got everything right. Surprise: They didn't! We were missing 2 items. We addressed this to two workers. They grabbed our food and threw it in the bag and they were very rude about it. I will never go to this location again and my one family member will never eat at ANY McDonalds again! This location is a disgrace to the McDonalds franchise. read more

This must be the slowest McDonalds in the country. Cashiers are friendly, but managers need a lesson in customer service.
