I enjoyed their shrimp with chips decent price your ice cream was delicious and their pretzels were very tasty. Unfortunate service was lackadaisical not unkind just didn't seem to wanna be there but did their job. .... But that's it so at least the food was good. read more

I quite enjoyed this place! We had some really good veggie burgers here and the patties are black bean with a hint of cayenne for some additional flavor. The woman warned us that they might be a bit spicy, but I found them to be mild. Maybe a matter of palate. You've been warned. ;-) Fries, heck yeah! "Excuse me... I believe I ordered the large-- hello!!" They're good. Prices are quite good, the food is fresh and people were nice enough to let us hang around for a bit after closing time (and I didn't even realize that it was after 7, oops). At first it looks like a closed down DQ but I wanted ice cream and decided to give it a try. Good food, good service. On top of the things you'd usually expect (hamburgers, Hot Dogs, "blizzards") they also have shaved ice and rolled ice. So glad we stopped here before reading the prior reviews. This place had good food, great staff, and very reasonable prices. The staff is so nice and sweet. They spoke to me as I waited and made sure that my order was correct. Everything is made to order so it took about 10 minutes to get my order. They also make their own pretzels there and they're delicious!!!! So, so yummy!!!! The burgers, veggie burger, and fries were also good. They have a large ice-cream selection that we plan to try on our next visit. We will definitely be eating here again on our vacation. read more

We were trying this out for the first time and the wife had a 1/3 pound bacon combo meal with a medium drink, I had a 6pc chicken strips with a large sweet ice tea! For starters the entire meal was terrible in all ways! The burger was dried out, fries were mushy & bland, the chicken strips looked like fish strips(thin & long) and had to drown them in sauce just get them down, yuck!!!! We could not finish any of it and threw it away. If you want to waste your money and have terrible food eat here!!!!! read more

More like Re-Heat. No mistaking the ding of the microwave in the kitchen moments before your food comes out. Ordered 2 burgers that were obviously cooked at an earlier point in time. Chicken strips were okay, fries were okay. We ended up not finishing our meal after realizing we paid a premium for microwave food. I'm guessing the grill was broken or maybe it's only used during the dinner hour. Either way, this place is not worth coming back. read more

Amazing food and always the best service. Locally owned and operated. Best pretzels :) yes, the food takes a little longer to cook but that is because they make it when you order . I don't mind waiting a few minutes and paying a little extra for the great service and yummy food. Unfortunately Glendive doesn't like anything new and they try to run businesses out of town and then complain when there is no where to go. read more

It's been very hot recently. So, My boyfriend, a friend of ours, and myself went into Re-Treat for a sweet ice-cream treat! I ordered a Strawberry- Banana Parfait. The young man behind the counter said, "That's the worst thing to order." I recently found out that he'd meant that he didn't like making it. But the comment, none the less, was inappropriate. I saw no marked manager, in fact, behind the counter there was no one over the age of what appeared to be 16. So I went home, and I posted to a public forum (public to our community) and the owner threatened me with a lawsuit! The owner also admitted that the burgers were not hot enough to melt the cheese so they have to stick it in a "booster oven" (which, from a costumers point of view, appears to be a microwave). A few people complained of sad excuses for orders, melted ice-cream, and rude employees. Be careful what you order if you go there. If you complain, the owner may threaten to sue you on charges of libel. read more

Bar none, the best burger and fries around, all cooked to order, so it is all very fresh. Plus, the soft pretzels are fresh and hand rolled... to die for. Definitely would recommend to anybody looking to go out for lunch or dinner. Wide variety of ice cream treats and other deserts for after the meal too!
