When it comes to the order timing, there were five of us, and it was at least twenty minutes between the first dish and the last. I should have timed it to confirm! I ordered soft-shell crab and Cajun French fries. The crab arrived hot and delicious, but the fries were disappointingly cold and only regular seasoned, rather than the Cajun flavor I expected. I should mention that our dinners were served over a span of at least twenty minutes, if not longer. Mine arrived first, but my wife's and daughter's meals took much longer to come out, and they both ordered boiled shrimp. It's puzzling why those would take so long.
