The food is always delicious, and the red snapper is our absolute favorite. It never disappoints! What truly makes this restaurant special is the owner. He takes the time to sit with every table, making guests feel welcome and appreciated. He also shares a house drink that is absolutely delightful and adds a unique personal touch to the experience. If you're looking for amazing food and exceptional hospitality, Brasilia is a must-visit

A big disappointment when we first arrived. We had made a reservation for four at 7, but they…read moredidn't have any tables for us. So we were seated in their barroom in the corner, surrounded by all sorts of things that the restaurant had piled on other tables that were not put away in storage as yet., such as piles of paper napkins in their plastic wrappers that came from the restaurant store, and an unused griddle, and ledgers on another table. We were assured by the owner's wife that we would not be forgotten with the churrasco service. We weren't. That was good but we still felt uncomfortable as if we were imposing, to be seated where we were, as a complete afterthought despite making a reservation on their website a few days ago. The buffet: The sides were not replenished and a lot of them were quite dried out. Many empty platters. The churrasco service: Beef sausage was good, not overcooked. Spicy beef sausage was very good. Skirt steak was cold, charred and very dry. Beef bacon was dry. Picanha was cold, tough and dry. Lamb was tender and correctly seasoned. Pineapple was not even grilled. It was covered with a thin layer of cinnamon as if to simulate grilled char on it. It was very disappointing. Filet mignon was warm, somewhat tender, but extremely salty. It was already in small pieces and these scraps were seemed to have been hurriedly removed off the skewers and repositioned prior to serving us. The dessert table had many empty platters. Probably the best things that were left on there was the watermelon and a lonely mandarin orange that I rescued. The owner came by to ask us if we would join him in a glass of alcohol with passionfruit juice, but we declined, not because it wasn't good. From our memory when we were there before, that passionfruit drink that we had in the past on our last patronage at this restaurant, about a year ago, was spectacular. Be aware that Check comes with an added 20% gratuity tax on it. Will we ever return? You bet we won't, and we don't recommend it. It has gone beyond downhill.

The hibachi cooker spent the entire time on his cell phone while scratching his neck, face & arms asking continuously, "spicy , not spicy." The stir fry was overcooked. Our waitress did not wait. We had to clean our tables due to the plates piling up. We were not asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks the entire time we were there. She walked past us with a scowl on her face like we had stolen from her. She never introduced herself to the table. The food was okay but not worth the price. We waited 15 minutes for the check, she never brought it. We walked to the front and I asked the manager for the check and he directed me to the young lady at the register. Out of nowhere, our NON-waitress threw the check on the counter. All we could do was look at her. The entire time we were at this establishment, there was no interaction with the waitress because she never came to the table. I normally leave a 20%-30% tip but today it was Zero. Needless to say, I will not patronize this restaurant again. I had to give the restaurant 1 star because there wasn't a box for zero.

The food was honestly really good -- but there is a lot this place needs to fix before I can fully recommend it. The first thing that hit me when I walked in was the smell. And not in a good way. It smelled like a sewer. Not what you want when you are about to sit down and eat. It lingered the entire time we were there and was really hard to get past. The front of the restaurant looks okay at first glance. But once you sit down you start noticing things. The tables are wobbly and clearly rigged up with makeshift fixes. Extension cords are running visibly across the floor which looks bad and feels unsafe. The menus and sauce bottles were sticky -- like they had not been wiped down in a long time. Little things like that add up fast. I caught a glimpse of the back of the house and it looked grimy and dirty. That is a problem at any restaurant, but especially at a place where you are cooking your own food right at the table. The staff were not very welcoming either. They were hard to find when you needed something and did not seem very interested in making sure you were having a good time. Now here is the thing -- the food was actually fresh and delicious. The broth was flavorful and the ingredients were good quality. That part genuinely impressed me. But for the price they are charging? The total package is just not there yet. Good food can only carry a restaurant so far. They need to clean things up -- literally -- before I come back. UPDATE: One more thing worth mentioning that I think is really important. Shabu Day is strictly all you can eat -- and that is the only option they offer. For most people that is fine. But for anyone with a medical condition that limits how much they can eat, this format is a serious problem. You are being charged full all you can eat prices for food you physically cannot consume in that quantity. That is not fair and it is not inclusive. A lot of restaurants in this space offer a la carte or smaller portion options for exactly this reason. Shabu Day should do the same. It is a simple change that would make a big difference for a lot of people and would show that they actually care about all of their customers -- not just the ones who can eat the most. Clean things up, fix the smell, train your staff to be more welcoming, and give people a fair way to order. The foundation is there. Now build on it.

But this trip we were staying at the casino for my birthday! As a Caesars rewards Diamond Plus member I get great perks for free rooms and free play. While at the casino for three days/nights in a row I mainly played blackjack and craps with my family and friends. Then Bre found me at the baccarat tables in the high limits room. I had already made fast friends with the best dealer, Joseph. He found my baccarat strategy reckless! Mainly because I would not pay attention to the board or trends. I only wanted to bet Banker! We had the best time and I'm so glad he was working the three nights we were there. We had the best time. The slots are tight. The casino is small. The food options are limited. If you want breakfast, you have to leave the casino to find an egg! But if you're like me and love to gamble and have the best time, win or lose, this is a great option for gambling fun!!!

I was taking an Uber from the airport to my hotel at the Hyatt at the Arch and saw the Horseshoe. I had no idea there was a Caesars property right here. I had originally planned to visit Horseshoe on the IL IN border, while I was in Chicago to use some of my F&B, but I ended up liking Chicago so much that I never made it there. So discovering this property was a very pleasant surprise. I was warned by both the concierge and some locals not to walk over. It's an easy, flat 10-minute walk, but apparently the area away from the stadium can be a little sketchy. So I decided to Uber over instead. I was expecting the worst and, honestly, was surprised by how nice the property was. The casino floor obviously isn't Vegas-sized, which is what I'm used to, but it is still a pretty good-sized casino. More importantly, it was clean, updated, and really pleasant. Definitely much nicer than I was expecting. WOW! I also liked some of the little perks. Drinks at the bar were only $4.50, typical ree coffee and soda at the dispensers. The property is attached to the Four Seasons, and I was even able to use a comp at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. (Definitely overpriced, but hey, a comp is a comp!) I also checked out the pool deck. With the muggy, hot July weather, I was surprised it wasn't busier because it's actually a beautiful space. Even if you don't use the pool, it's worth checking out. Overall, I would absolutely return. In fact, I'd consider staying here next time, assuming the rooms are not the typical rundown Caesars property rooms or if I can get a good deal at the Four Seasons, which is always top-notch. One thing I still don't understand is why Four Seasons would have a property connected to Harrah's/Caesars, but that's a question for another day!

Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet isn't bad!…read more We have always went to Hokkaido, but now, since we live in West County, we looked for a closer spot. HG&SB popped up and was only a 3 minute drive, so we decided to check them out. The atmosphere is clean, but a bit dated. There is about 30 tables & 15 booths. The booths were a bit ripped but very comfortable. There was a decent amount of food options. Some American food, some Chinese food, and a Dessert bar. Everything was pretty hot and seemed fresh. Things ranged from yummy (mapo tofu) to mediocre (crab rangoon - almost no filling). The worst part of the experience was the service. The man who sat us was rude and rushed, even throwing the bill on the table when we barely started dining. The ladies who cleared our table were super friendly, though. We would still return despite the gruff service and rather steep price of $19 per person, because it seemed clean and the food didn't seem suspect unlike some places I've been to.

The black pepper chicken was good. But had too much black pepper. There is plenty of parking.
