    Order unnecessary tests. incompetent medical and office staff. I went there once. would not recommend to others.

I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. You are the one who made the rules and said that the privacy fence is a privilege and your office says it too. In fact you have it in your hand book. You haven't solved any problems for me to write a good review. I told you I would not put a good review in until I see changes. No changes on your end at all. Don't come on here and lie. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here. I will end with that. Anything you say after this I will come back with facts. Let's leave it alone and just make it to next August. We are not breaking rules and taking care of the property with love and care. So I should have no problem getting my deposit back when we move! I already handed over my documents to a professional. But beware and please read the full lease before you sign it. Especially the eviction clause where you will pay all fees, court costs, attorney fees, broker fees, and 250.00 per hour plus the additional 1000.00... Yes this is all in the lease. And you will be responsible for buying your own ac / heat filters and are responsible for mowing and fertilizing your own yard. Who gets a apartment to do all that. That's the main reason for a apartment is to avoid all that ...AND not to mention the amount of renters coverage requested goes above the norm....BUT good luck to those who choose to rent from them......

First month rent was January and the tenant has not paid thier portion of housing voucher and it is 3 weeks late !!! On her first month she is late! Well all county still deducted thier 50% fee and 10% fee on the first month rent. So they got 60% even though 100% still isn't received. Double dipping and all the reps give wrong info and thier statements have wrong numbers and they even had the property address wrong on the lease! I told them upfront I use our specific venders but they still sent thier own AC guy to charge me a service call and ignored everything I told them upfront . They don't reply to my emails or text when I call them out. I regret doing business with them.

    8/2025: Updated Review for Pure Property Management…read more I've decided to update my review, as the new manager at Pure Property Management, Johnny, has been absolutely fabulous. I should have reached out before posting my original review, but I was unwilling to speak with the previous female manager due to her consistently rude and dismissive attitude. Johnny, on the other hand, has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful -- a total game-changer. While there are still a few issues where I wasn't fully satisfied with the resolution, most of my concerns were addressed in a way that I feel good about. I finally submitted a service request for my A/C, and I was surprised to see it was addressed promptly, despite their usual requirement of providing three available dates. So far, the A/C seems to be working correctly now. That said, it's not 100 degrees outside today -- so only time will tell how well it performs under real heat. Also, I was frustrated about the unexpected fees that were added after I signed my lease renewal. To my surprise, Johnny was able to adjust the fees based on what I didn't need -- something I didn't even know was possible. That flexibility made a big difference and helped rebuild some trust. Again, I want to emphasize -- Johnny is FABULOUS, and since he took over, my experience with Pure Property Management has significantly improved. 7/2025: Review for Pure Property Management I have been a tenant at a property managed by Pure Property Management, and it has been by far the worst experience I've had with any property management company. 1. Inconvenient Repair Scheduling: When you need something repaired, they require you to provide three days that you're available to be home -- not just one. As someone who works a full-time job, this is extremely difficult. Most people need to request time off work at least two weeks in advance. I don't want to use three vacation days just to find out they only needed one. If repairs are being scheduled in advance, they should be able to accommodate a single requested day. 2. Surprise Fees After Signing: Another major issue: after signing your lease or renewal, they suddenly hit you with unexpected fees. While the individual charges may not exceed $150, the fact that they don't disclose them before you sign is misleading. You're locked in, and only then do they inform you of these added costs -- a shady business practice in my opinion. 3. A/C Issues That Never Get Fully Fixed: My air conditioner does not cool below 78°F from noon to around 9 PM, making summers unbearable and my electric bill skyrocket. Each time I put in a request, a tech comes out, cleans the coils, and says it's fixed -- but the problem keeps coming back. Nothing ever actually gets resolved. I had a gut feeling I shouldn't renew my lease, and I regret not listening to it. Save yourself the stress and money -- I highly recommend avoiding any property managed by Pure Property Management.
