I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. I'm beyond impressed and extremely grateful. If you're looking for the best property management company in DFW, Westrom Group is it. Highly, highly recommend.

I am done with renting from a company that tells you that the privacy fence is a privilege and they…read morerefuse to fix it. The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. You are the one who made the rules and said that the privacy fence is a privilege and your office says it too. In fact you have it in your hand book. You haven't solved any problems for me to write a good review. I told you I would not put a good review in until I see changes. No changes on your end at all. Don't come on here and lie. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here. I will end with that. Anything you say after this I will come back with facts. Let's leave it alone and just make it to next August. We are not breaking rules and taking care of the property with love and care. So I should have no problem getting my deposit back when we move! I already handed over my documents to a professional. Don't do it. Our first year with them was ok, and then the second year, after their contract ended…read morewith us, they really let us down as a military family. We really entrusted them to care for our home while we were away and whoever they put in our home. They turned around and acted like they were doing us a favor to check on our home when we would get HOA letters about the yard, or nonpayment by the tenets and/or to stay on the tenets that they vetted and qualified to live in our home. From month one, almost a year ago, we never got a payment on time yet they took their property management fees as soon as any money would come in. No guidance on the 'what's' and 'hows' of what to do in this type of situation or the process except to say evict them and then turn around and send us screen shots of the tenets excuses and payment plans. No calls or texts back when we reached out for any information on what they were doing to rectify the situation. Poor communication, if any, other than maybe a text after the fact to give an excuse of why they aren't answering, calling back or whatever. There was always an excuse for themselves and never any accountability. Water was turned off for nonpayment because they never went to check on a busted sprinkler and the bill doubled for 2 months. After I said I wasn't going to pay that $800 water bill until they got caught up, she said it was 'illegal' for us to not pay the bill because it was an all bills paid contract, despite the fact the tenets had not yet once fulfilled their part of the contract by paying on time EVER. They obviously didn't care to work for us and are only for themselves. After we fired them, they didn't give us our deposit for the current tenants until a week later and after our new property manager got involved. SUPER Shady! We are now with LeapDFW.

This company is now owned by Evernest. Stay FAR away from them. They've managed 2 of my properties…read morefor the past 3 years, and by my best estimate, I'll have lost about $13K because of them. The first $10K was because they let some lady with apparently high credit score and rental history rent the place. She ended up not paying rent for 6 months and then when she left, she stole my refrigerator, stove, and oven. I hired a lawyer and a private investigator. The lawyer and the PI determined she used a false identity. The PI told me that she used the identification information of a Hispanic male! That tells you how inattentive Metroplex (now Evernest) is. They just accept what the tenant tells them without verifying. So I not only incurred lost rent and extensive damages to a brand new home, but I also had to pay for a lawyers and a PI. All unnecessary and all because of this company's incompetence. The next $3K is happening now. I have a pending vacancy in a property and I have been emailing for weeks asking why it hasn't been listed and not getting responses. I tried calling the # on their website and it goes to a dead line. Everytime I call an employee directly, it goes straight to voicemail without even ringing. I finally found out yesterday that they now have a policy of not marketing the property until it is vacant and repaired. Really? So I have to lose money just so things can be convenient for you? They also couldn't list it anyways because they don't have non-watermarked photos to use. Really? After 3 years? They also said that if the home needed minimal repairs, they would need 2 weeks to fix. 2 weeks? That's unacceptable. That's because they want to do it in house and I have to get in line so they can profit off of the repairs. just imagine if it needs more than minimal repairs. I have just yanked the business from them and shifted over to Cole Property Management Services. Cole is going to start marketing right away, while the existing tenant is still there. That's how it should be done, with MY best interests in mind. Now I'm going to have all sorts of vacancy and lost money because of these guy's incompetence. I don't know how they put their pants on in the morning without struggling. I am so disgusted and upset that I can't see straight.

Simply put.....this property management company are a bunch of thieves. If they ever decide to go…read moreback in business, don't hire them to manage your property. Good luck trying to get receipts for repairs as proof for services rendered.
