Experienced a Day Party at this venue and it was super spacious with different vendors available. I ordered a custom made pizza from El Jefe's pop up and it was hearty. It was priced efficiently for a whole pizza. They had a variety of toppings to add to their curated list to give it a custom feel. Surprised to see a full list of non-alcoholic options and I loved it. Was able to order from a QR code that is unique to each table and the waiter appeared promptly. They also had a records shop where you can buy used and new vinyls. Would go back time after time.

I've visited Metrobar a couple of times for events and had great times. You can visit the bar outside or inside of the train car. They have a pizza set up inside so there's a food option. I love the open tab/QR code situation they have. Lost a star because on my last visit, a bartender overcharged me by $10 for a drink. I didn't notice until afterwards but that was my fault for moving too fast. Needless, to say I didn't order another that day. Overall, I think it's a pretty dope spot for events all times of the year.

Inside Metrobar there is El Jefe Woodside Pizza. I tried it when watching a World Cup game and I was impressed. Unfortunately, the size was not as big as I expected but it was good. Definitely goes well with a beer. I look forward to trying it again when I go back.

Hello spring! Visited this really unique bar that's inside a metro rail car yesterday. It's much bigger than I expected with outdoor seating with firepits. I love that they feature local spirits. I had a vodka cocktail with District Made! Prices were fair. The service was great. There's was only one bartender but he was very moving fast and was very engaging. The DJ was great. Definitely visiting again. We parked in the nearby garage but there's also metered parking available.

Metrobar is one of those spots that feels like a hidden DC gem. The drinks are STRONG like two cocktails-and-you're good strong and the whole place has that gritty, dive bar energy without trying too hard. The converted Metro car setup makes it feel uniquely DC, and the crowd is always laid back and fun. Definitely not a fancy cocktail lounge vibe.

What a cute concept! I've heard about Metrobar but finally went recently. During the cooler evenings, there are heaters for the outside seatings, and inside the car is just as toasty. Ordering is a little weird. You can order drinks from the bar or scan the QR code. However, when using the QR code, the drinks come from outside, not made by the bartender in the metro car. There's also food on side where you can go outside and order or you can scan the food QR code. However, ordering from the QR code, you have to pick up the food a little ways down from the bar. Now that the concept is more understood, it'll be easier for me to order more appropriately.

We had never been to this place even though we live half a mile from here. One of our friends recommended this place. Unfortunately, it was so packed that we hardly got to enjoy the location. We didn't realize it was the finals of the women's soccer league and the spirits were playing in it. It was packed with the fans. They have a couple of food truck options - Jamaican and pizzas. I ordered the Jamaican food and my friend ordered the pizza. Unfortunately, the Jamaican truck ran out of most of their meat options. I ordered their chickpeas and rice and patty. It was alright. Pizza was very good. Nice thin slices with lots of flavor. We will go back on a calmer evening and try it out again.

This place is really cool and unique. It's mostly an outdoor bar, but it has a stage and it has an actual metro car where you can hang out. This is in a really cool area of town and there's lots going on. You can see bands here or just get a drink with friends in the sunshine. It's a lot of fun!

Cool experience here, after hearing about it from various friends we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. I tried the Calamansi Bee's Knees and it was really good, with tons of flavor. Service was good, no complaints there. Our bartender was really knowledgable and accommodating our questions. The prices are decent and average for DC. I'd love to check it out during an event or with a larger group.

A really rad spot to grab a drink and socialize. This is a place I will usually stop in before or after I catch a movie at the movie theater across the street. I love the vibe and the setup. You can chill with a cocktail or beer in the metro cars. Always good service and prices that are comparable to other locations in DC of the same caliber. Even better at night with the fire pits.

I visited metro and to see DJ Double A. The mission of metro bar is to connect people with DC culture through entertaining, collaborative, arts-driven, and authentic experiences. The vibe is nice on a summer day. I recommend bringing a fan because there is outdoor seating. The music is loud and they have cool games to play that are laid out on the tables. It's the perfect place to met if you want to hangout with a group of people and not all be on the same tab. The staff are nice and mocktail I enjoyed was very refreshing.

I caught a bug and my Big Spoon made me get out of the house. He wanted to try Metrobar DC. I've been several times since it's close to the Alamo, he was late to the party and it's not often that he is. (Usually I am) Food trucks are usually plentiful but the day we went, only one was available so we tried it. Service was great as it was a weekday, no lines, not many people. Ambiance is SUPER chill! My Honey loved it so, we are sold! Definitely coming again in the summer when it's more vibey!

Metrobar is such a fun bar. There's are huge amounts of space and different areas to sit. It's such a fun atmosphere. The drink menu was very diverse and I love the creativity they have with naming the drinks. I like that they have different food trucks that come there. The bartenders were very friendly and my drinks definitely didn't taste weak. I would definitely got back.

We arrived around 2:45 p.m., so it was nice and quiet with plenty of seating. By the time we left around 4:45, the crowd had definitely started rolling in, so if you're looking for a more relaxed vibe, earlier is the move. Since we'd just eaten, we kept it simple with a few rounds of cocktails and an order of chips and guacamole. The guac was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. It tasted like it had just been made, and the chips were the perfect vehicle for it. Now let's talk about these drinks! First, I ordered an espresso martini, and shout out to Lucha Rosa for already making it with tequila because that's exactly how I like mine. No special requests needed! I also tried the Lucha Rosa Margarita, and whew...it was SO bomb. It was as pretty as it was delicious, which is always a win. The service was great from start to finish. There wasn't a hostess at the stand when we walked in, so we grabbed seats at the bar. She greeted us shortly after, and our bartender was friendly, attentive, and happy to answer our questions about the cocktail menu. His recommendations did not disappoint. Pricing felt comparable to other rooftop bars in the area, maybe just a touch higher, but nothing unexpected for the location and atmosphere. Speaking of atmosphere...the rooftop is gorgeous. The indoor and outdoor spaces are both beautifully designed. It was blazing hot and sunny during our visit, so we happily stayed inside enjoying the air conditioning, but I'd love to come back on a cooler evening to enjoy the outdoor space. Lucha Rosa is definitely worth adding to your happy hour or rooftop rotation. Great cocktails, fresh guac, friendly service, and a beautiful space? That's a solid combo.

I got the Lucha Rosa signature drink and then a Paloma. Both were great, they were strong but the taste of alcohol wasn't unbearable at all. That's the mix I like. The service is good too with the bartenders attending to you pretty regularly. Their food isn't impressive at all though so I'd recommend eating elsewhere after ge a drink in the sun here. We got beef and chicken tacos which weren't great but filled us up since we were starving.

I ordered the SW Salad ($16.50) with a steak add on ($9.00) at medium temp. I also ordered a cup of Clam Chowder ($5.95) as an appetizer. Chowder came out pretty much right on top of my salad, but no big deal. Chowder was decent taste, but only found one clam. Ok whatever. Salad came out looking like a side salad on a large plate with five slices of rare, tough steak. It was so rare, that it was extremely hard to cut through, but again, who was I going to talk to about it. No wait staff would even look my way. I couldn't even get a refill on my water and there is no place in the app to order a glass of water...so that's that. Unfortunately it was just an extremely bad experience for $40. I'll be looking for dinner somewhere else tomorrow night.

The RPG was a bit heavy on the mayo, next time would ask for less mayo but it was still delicious as a char su pork fan. This hit the mark. The fish sandwich was tangy and spicy which made it delicious. It was a bit messy and the bun didn't hold up great but that didn't detract from the flavors.
