Where do I even start? If I had 25 stars to give I would. We came in town to help my parents, who live in Hunt, Texas, and were victims of the flood on the Fourth of July. The owner Josh and his family stayed up two nights in a row well past midnight to wash every single item of clothing of my parents. They have spent the past few days driving up and down the river, collecting clothing from people affected by the flood, driving it back to Boerne and washing and folding it for free. Somehow, they managed to get every single stain out of my parents clothes and deliver it folded and clean to their hotel room at one in the morning. His family run operation is a light in the darkness and a beacon of hope for all humanity. We just can't say enough great things about this business and its owners! read more

I do not often need to use a laundry mat. But when I do...I hope to avoid this one. I came here when I first moved into the area. It needed a little bit of help then. Now a year and a half later, still needs help. The washer cost me $4. It put out some water turned the clothes over and stopped. It counted down the time. My load was half wet and a mess. It did not even spin it out. I had to leave and find more change then find another washer. There is no attendant on duty so there was not a way to get the money back. The selection of washers & dryers are handy & I feel the prices are reasonable for the amount of energy being used. Payment methods are easy to manage. Workers are friendly & funny. They also offer popcorn which is a neat pastime. read more

Change machine took my $5 bill and never gave me change. Sent an email to the business and received a phone call next day stating a check would be sent out in the mail. Machines a great(a little expensive) and do a good job with washing. A phone number to call would make it five stars. read more

Wash here, dry somewhere else!! Oh that's right, there is nowhere else! Dryers are huge rip off! $6.00 to dry 2 loads!! And most of the clothes still damp!! Place could use some serious competition!! read more

This is a super nice laundromat. The place was so nice & clean. All the washers & dryers were in working order. The restrooms were also clean & nice. The price for washing & drying were a fair price. We are full time RVers & we use laundry's quite a bit! This was exceptionally nice!! read more

I had a whole list of things todo today and laundry wash a pretty important one! I got there about 9:30 to start my loads. I had 4 loads of mixed clothes, a couple towels and a few blankets. Loaded everything thing up; no big deal. When I came back to transfer to the dryer all my clothes were sopping wet and the bottom of the washer was full of water!!! So I'm stuck with 4 loads that are flooding the floor and will potentially get my car soaked! Thankfully the donut shop next door gave me some trash bags to prevent leaking in my car! I've tried calling the number in file and there has not been a response. I have also emailed with pictures. read more

My washing machine is out and I've had to head to the laundromat. I work in San Antonio and live in Boerne. So, I've been to a very new and sharp looking laundromat in San Antonio as well as Metro Wash in Boerne. Metro Wash is hands down a more consistently better laundromat. It's consistently cleaner even though the other one has an attendant on staff. The machines are well kept and seem to get my clothes cleaner. I had a problem with one a few weeks ago and my issue was handled promptly and in the nicest of ways. read more

Floors very dirty, clock needs a battery, machines need cleaning, bathroom out of order, the other bathroom is reasonably clean; I rarely use this place and only if I'm short on time. It's been always dirty whenever I've been in here. This place makes a trip to San Antonio, to wash clothes, worthwhile. read more

Not bad for a laundromat. The machines always seem to be in good working order. It trends to be a bit dirty (lint balls on the floor and some random trash on the countertops, but in good condition overall. There place has A/C, but once the dryers get going it gets pretty hot and humid inside. There's a little coin-op car for the toddlers and a countertop video game (think classier version of the bar top ganges at your local pub). Wash loads are $2.00 a pop and dryers are $0.25/3 minutes. read more
