No complaints or issues she went straight to work and even asked if she should move on to the next area that was not asked but bc she had extra time. I went to review the other area and everything was done to exceed my expectations. Our last cleaner was given 3 rooms to clean and said it was impossible in the 4 hours. Ana did all areas asked and wiped other surfaces. She is heaven sent. I have been working extra lately, getting by my daughter to move back to college and helping my elderly and disabled parents organize and clean as well. Dust, dirt, and debris were still visible in multiple rooms, and basic cleaning tasks appeared rushed or overlooked. What was even more disappointing was the owner's response when I brought these concerns to their attention. Rather than taking responsibility and willingly offering to return and make it right the owner refused to come back until I removed the negative Google review of which I refused to even consider until the job had been rectified.
