I had called prior before dropping off my items and spoke to the owners, this is a family run business. I dropped off two items - a leather blazer and leather skirt. Quote was given $55 a piece, a little pricey, but it's rare that I get these pieces cleaned. Total time took a little over 2 weeks- did get a phone call earlier to note a stain that had come up in the process. When I got home, I did notice a tiny stain on my skirt.... Note there's an extra charge if paying by credit- they do accept cash or Venmo.

I called them in the early afternoon, brought my clothes in and they had it for me that evening delivered to my hotel! They were amazing. They did a great job. My clothes was clean and folded neatly. They were so sweet when I went in there and totally understood the bind I was in and helped me out. I would 100% use them if I was local every time!

Because this laundromat is next to a Chevron station and a car wash, parking can get congested I'm…read moresure. Although there were a lot of viable washers in use I didn't have to wait more than 10-15 minutes for the washer (I'd placed my detergent container on top of) to vacate. The manager was all over the place sweeping and tending to keeping the place nice and neat. She's very approachable and is bilingual. Most of the ppl I observed helped others coming in with their laundry by passing their wheeled baskets on to them, especially the women. There are a couple of picnic tables to sit at while you wait and there is a dispenser by the bill changer and bathroom door full of detergent and dryer sheets. There's a breezeway between the laundromat and the chevron that has soda and snack machines and all were full and in working order. All in all a very pleasant experience at Eagle Laundry in Pleasanton Texas

I came by on a Monday and it was perfect because it wasn't too busy. All the machines that I needed to use for available for my large items, such as comforters. Restrooms are clean and so is the facility. They even have a wash and fold option for a reasonable price (pick up only).

I was told to wait for the machine to drain but after over 3 hours it didn't drain any water out. Then I was told just leave my name and number (I do not live in this state) The manager offered no solution (she was on the phone with the staff and thought it was funny) Manager refused to give me the owners name and/or phone number and told me id just have to come back, she couldn't tell me when to come back, wouldn't call a repair person even though it was caused by their broken equipment that did the same thing last week (according to the manager) do i have to go to small claims court in this town to get my property back? The lack of accountability and problem-solving from this place is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on how they handled this situation.

My laundry was taken out by an employee and I tried to stop , explaining that I was still using that dryer! She told me that this lady had been waiting for a dryer for a while. I understood and tried explaining that I still had a washer going and was slowly adding clothes to it . I had set an alarm on my phone through the app . Yet, the wifi is slow and my alarm never went off!!!! If the employee bothered to look at my phone , she would see that I had been adding time to that big dryer! AND... that it had just stopped one freaking minute before I walked to her unloading my towels and blankets! To make matters worse !!! I had offered the lady that was waiting a dryer that I had taken clothes out of and still had minutes. Mind you I've only been here twice and usually the employees will walk around and ask customers if that dryer/ washer is theirs. But not this Sunday ! I had to leave with towels and blankets still wet bc employee took them out 1 freaking minute after it stopped! Wow , thanks a lot ! And for anyone wanting to do laundry here, understand that you have to use their WIFI to use app! But be warned, it is SLOW !
