I called Kunz because Yancey is ready but was told from the receptionist that Kenny whoever that is stated there was some confusion with the water company and he wanted us to call someone else to do the job. Don't hire these people. They don't want to work. Look for someone else. I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me not give them a star. In reality they deserve no stars. Bad business and the worse customer service. The receptionist sounded like she was asleep every time I called.

Kunz was recommended and now seems to have a truck parked in my driveway waiting for something else to go wrong. The two man crew showed up quickly each time and did very good, speedy repairs. None of the three repairs cost over $100.00. Plumbing can be a very messy affair but the Kunz plumbers all seemed to make an effort to keep the mess to a minimum and clean up any mess that was made. I hope I do not have to update this review any time soon. While I like the Kunz plumbers, I have seen enough of them this year.

They have come out and done some work for me before when I accidentally hit my neighbors water line with my lawn mower they came out and fix it right away at a reasonable price. He listened and stated that the guy was new and so they will retrain him and offered to refund me my quote fee. Thank you for correcting that and perhaps in the future I will do business with you as your managers seem attentive and empathetic. So had Daylan come out to check out my water heater as it had gone out. He looks at it and basically said it's done for (I was expecting that). I had already priced what one would cost at Lowe's or Home Depot ($700). He said he told me that there was a quote but it will cost a fee. I don't remember him telling me that at all (he says he did). He doesn't tell me how much this "fee" is. With a water heater and installation was going to be $3k, with installation and I provide the water heater $2k. I was no way going to pay for that much. Tell me why this guy hits me with a $248 quote fee! If this guy was an honest person, he'd tell me the fee up front that way I could've declined. But he took advantage of my panicked state. Please stay away, as a matter of fact, my brother could help you do repairs for far cheaper than this business. Will never call this business again.
