We were told from Kunz that it would be 90 bucks an hour and we could save money by digging a trench. He stated that he could be here on Thursday which was 2 weeks ago. No one ever showed. We tried to dig to find the existing line but couldn't find it. I called Kunz because Yancey is ready but was told from the receptionist that Kenny whoever that is stated there was some confusion with the water company and he wanted us to call someone else to do the job. Don't hire these people. They don't want to work. Look for someone else. I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me not give them a star. In reality they deserve no stars. Bad business and the worse customer service. The receptionist sounded like she was asleep every time I called.

Kunz was recommended and now seems to have a truck parked in my driveway waiting for something else to go wrong. The two man crew showed up quickly each time and did very good, speedy repairs. None of the three repairs cost over $100.00. Plumbing can be a very messy affair but the Kunz plumbers all seemed to make an effort to keep the mess to a minimum and clean up any mess that was made. I hope I do not have to update this review any time soon. While I like the Kunz plumbers, I have seen enough of them this year.

I was unable to be present while the plumber was there, but he kept me fully updated by text and did not seem to dillydally. I 100% recommend this company if you live in the area. They were a little busy and had another job that they had to be on but they went on ahead and took care of it for me anyways, I appreciated that very much. Is little things like that that distinguish a company that values its customers in the big things and the little things that matter. They have come out and done some work for me before when I accidentally hit my neighbors water line with my lawn mower they came out and fix it right away at a reasonable price. We called Elmer for a quote to replace our sink water valves and to hook up my new drain. They quoted almost $700. We called Quarter Moon and they were honest about the valves not needing to be replaced and fixed everything else for a fraction of the price. I will always go back to Quarter Moon.
