We were told from Kunz that it would be 90 bucks an hour and we could save money by digging a trench. He stated that he could be here on Thursday which was 2 weeks ago. No one ever showed. We tried to dig to find the existing line but couldn't find it. I called Kunz because Yancey is ready but was told from the receptionist that Kenny whoever that is stated there was some confusion with the water company and he wanted us to call someone else to do the job. Don't hire these people. They don't want to work. Look for someone else. I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me not give them a star. In reality they deserve no stars. Bad business and the worse customer service. The receptionist sounded like she was asleep every time I called.

Three major plumbing disasters in three months. I am about as happy with this as if somebody kicked…read moremy dog. Kunz was recommended and now seems to have a truck parked in my driveway waiting for something else to go wrong. The two man crew showed up quickly each time and did very good, speedy repairs. None of the three repairs cost over $100.00. Plumbing can be a very messy affair but the Kunz plumbers all seemed to make an effort to keep the mess to a minimum and clean up any mess that was made. I hope I do not have to update this review any time soon. While I like the Kunz plumbers, I have seen enough of them this year.

I was unable to be present while the plumber was there, but he kept me fully updated by text and did not seem to dillydally. I 100% recommend this company if you live in the area. They have come out and done some work for me before when I accidentally hit my neighbors water line with my lawn mower they came out and fix it right away at a reasonable price. Does not list any fees involved with services or on site inspections for quotes. When I asked to speak to the manager, the woman's answering said she was the manager and felt uncomfortable. Discussing estimates over the phone and would need a technician to visit my home first. Pay , the trip charge?Because only the technician's new, what the services cost. Clearly a very poor customer service interaction.
