We had our 26 year old HVAC replaced last week. Westley was patient with us as we needed time to decide what type of unit we needed/ wanted and who we wanted to do the install. We chose to go with will fix it for a few reasons, including the finance options that were available. Once we decided to go with them, they installed the next day. **UPDATE ** The dispatcher told me that my concern would be escalated and a member from management would call me in 72 hours. A week has passed and no one has called me, On 6/15/26, I get a message from this company telling me to send them a message! Come on man, you have my info and this company still won't call me to talk about their fake promises and unethical practices when it comes to taking care of customers. Straight garbage! I called at 4:30pm for emergency service to fix my toilet after the flush valve and flapper went bad. I was given an appointment window of 6:00pm - 10:00pm. After my appointment was confirmed, I received an email and a text telling me my appointment details. I waited until 9:30pm to call customer service since no one had come yet. I was told that the dispatcher sent me a text at 6:20pm stating that they had no available technicians. I never received a text from them stating that no techs were available. This company should have called and told me over the phone vice trying to text me. I spent my entire evening waiting on a technician that was never going to show, I could have called another company during this time. This company advertises 24/7 emergency service repair day or night which is a complete lie. I told the dispatcher to cancel my request and I would take my business elsewhere. I requested to have a supervisor call me but was told it would be up to 72 hours to hear back from this business. Updating my review. Company is still snake oil. The low rating suits the low value of their work. I got work done by them a couple months ago, it was supposed to be a 675 dollar auguring fee. They sociomaniuplated me into having them get a larger auger to auger from the street. They said they would cut off a grand WHAT A DEAL! It took them weeks to actually do said auguring and installing of a new pipe. I was stuck with a giant hole in my yard for weeks before they did ANYTHING. Nothing was fixed. I inquired about it as to why, and they said they would need to do EVEN MORE DIGGING to install MORE PIPE and it would cost us the 'low low price' of 25 THOUSAND DOLLARS. I told them we don't have that, and told them another company fixed our issue for an entire year with a 300 dollar indoor auger, and they had no answer for that. What followed was weeks of them sending guys to my door, freaking out my dogs and causing untold noise in my home as a result of the cacophony of barking. My dogs are normally quiet but doorbells and door knocking freaks them out. We work from home, we NEED a quiet environment, too much noise can COST US OUR JOBS and thusly OUR HOUSE in the middle of TEXAS 100 DEGREE SUMMER and you have done this FOR MONTHS. I am not even the one that paid for this stupid service, a third party did. I have informed their customer service line who to talk to, I have spoken to their workers on who to talk to, I have left messages to their management on who to talk to. AND STILL THEY COME TO BOTHER ME. I AM NOT GIVING YOU A CENT, TALK TO THEM AND LEAVE MY FAMILY ALONE. I should have checked Yelp before calling this place. They came up on Google. Had a terrible interaction with them. I initially reached out and scheduled an appointment for five days away. I got a text every single day confirming my appt (I guess this was the only positive), then the day of the actual service I received a random text message saying that no one would be coming out and did I want to reschedule for over 30 days from now. When I called about this someone over the phone told me that it doesn't show that my appt is canceled so I should still anticipate they will show up. They also mentioned they would reach out and have dispatch call me so that I can speak to someone. No one ever called and no one ever came and no one ever reached out about the reschedule again. I made an appointment on a Saturday for someone to come out the next day between 8 am - noon and I called to confirm someone waOur A/C went out on Saturday afternoon, and we were given an appointment for Sunday between 8 a.m. and noon. By 3 p.m., no one had shown up, so I called again and was assured someone would still come out. Then at 5 p.m., they called to reschedule. In the Texas heat, this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. When they finally came out on Monday, we were quoted $1,300 for a repair that involved cutting part of a pipe. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion. Another company fixed the issue without cutting anything and charged us only $800. Based on our experience, it seemed like the technicians either misdiagnosed the problem or were recommending unnecessary work. We will not be using this company again. So disappointed! read more

1-Star Review About a year ago, my HVAC system kept shutting off randomly. "We Will Fix It" came out and replaced an old floating safety switch -- the device that's supposed to shut off the A/C if the condensation drain line starts to flood. For about 10-11 months after that, everything seemed fine. Then one day, I noticed water dripping from the ceiling. It turns out the new safety switch had been wired incorrectly, so it never shut off the A/C when the drain line flooded, completely defeating its purpose. As a result, my ceiling has leaked multiple times, leaving a large water stain and likely hidden damage inside the ceiling. I've called "We Will Fix It" multiple times -- several before the warranty expired and several after. Each time, I'm told that management will call me back. No one ever has. The representative says my concerns are "noted," but I've been waiting for months without a single follow-up. This issue was caused by their mistake, and I've made it clear that they should fix both the wiring error and the damage it caused. So far, nothing. The repair wasn't cheap, and now I'll probably have to pay to repair the ceiling myself. I'd like to see how "We Will Fix It" handles this situation after this review. Stay tuned... read more

I called early in the morning to confirm an appointment and never received service even after signing up for the subscription. I missed the call from the service worker so my appointment was cancelled. I would not recommend this company. When I first contacted them about a new AC system, I was very clear on a couple of things: energy efficiency and getting RID of the hot and cold zones in my house. You know the problem.. some bedrooms were noticeably hotter than others. It was suggested the lack of cold air returns was the culprit as we didn't want to leave all the bedroom doors hanging open (cats). I was told "we can take care of that"! 4 years later, they STILL haven't been able to fix the hot and cold zones!..added more insulation. Added a radiant barrier. Added solar powered attic fans. If anything, the hot bedrooms are HOTTER. And the master bedroom is like ICE (too cold for summer, zero heat in the winter, literally). They did NO pressure checks. No measurements of air volume or what would be needed to deliver the same cfm in every room... This has been a complaint since day one of tge install. Wish I could go back to the first year and take advantage of the 'satisfaction money back guarantee' (they avoided my calls, on purpose I suspect to get past the guarantee) as I would easily take them up on it now, and they could write me a check for the 42k I dropped and they can come and get their Carrier system and shove it up their behinds, and I'd take that money and go with a mini-split in each room. Watch out for these clowns. I.M.O., they do not know what they are doing. If they want to actually come and make it right, fine. I will edit my review. I had Will Fix It install my entire HVAC unit in June 2022. The duct work was not properly sealed. Fast forward to today. Mold has grown inside the walls of the unit. The capacitor is rusting as well as other metals in the unit. I've been suffering from allergies and severe headaches so I decided to have someone come clean my ducts. That's when they discovered all the Mold. I had to replace all the ducts. I contacted Will Fix It and they sent a service technician and charged me 99.00 to show them their work. i purchased & had a new heating & air conditioning unit installed thu Will Fix It last month. My new unit is just over a month old. A week ago, I noticed the heat was not working. I called them & they got a tech out the same day. The tech "fixed" the issue. i thought this was great, until....during the cold front that TX recieved, my heat once again was not working. I called them yesterday. They scheduled a tech to come out between 8am & 12pm. Not ideal, but I understand they are probably busier than usual during this cold front. alas, I patiently wait until morning so someone could fix my heat. I bought a new Carrier less than a year old. I had to call a few times for servicing as the AC is not cooling well the two bedrooms on the two opposite side. Now the machine is leaking and they put a black putting to fix it but now the machine is dripping in water from the ceiling and the platform is all wet and the closet wall has mold reaching the door jams. Just this past week, I have had them scheduled to come out 5 times (bc their ductwork patchwork blows out within hours of "repair"), with 3 no shows. Be aware of this company !!! We had a water leak and had to shut off the water at the main. Called Thursday and was put on the schedule for 2-4 the next day. Was contacted at 4:45pm Friday, the day of the appointment, informing us that they will not make it after all. After I pled for them to send a plumber out, they sent a technician out at 7pm, only to tell us he did not have the right tools for the job. He said he would come back 10am the next day. Arrives late at 1:30pm and after an hour stated that he has to leave because he has plans for that night. He said he could put me back in the schedule for sometime after Monday. He said he would need a crew of a couple of guys for 8-10 hours to find the leak. I would need to prepay for this at $350 per hour. This would also mean 4+ days without water. Totally unacceptable. I was extremely upset so I started digging in the yard to find the leak myself. It took me 20 minutes to locate it and then to expose the area. During this time the technician just stood by and watched me do it myself. Pretty sad a 58 year old man puts this young guy to shame. Yep, I was sore for a while afterwards and needed the assistance of some Tylenol but gotta do what you gotta do to get water back on. Photo credit to my wife. After I exposed the leak, he told me he did not have the right parts to make the fix. It's 1/2" pipe, pretty common materials and should be on his truck. The next day a different technician came out and made the repair. I agreed on the price of $540 even though I did part of the work but I was just wanting to get past this experience. Also did not want to stiff the company so I took the higher ground. I called the following day 3 times to talk to a Manager or the QC person but of course, no response. I did get one missed call but when I called right back seconds later, guess what ? Voice mail. Not sure who the go to plumbers are in town but I know who are not. read more

I am honestly shocked at the extent of poor service and the sad part is that their customer service reps were equally shocked at how poor of service or lack thereof my family received. Our AC went out and my wife, 3 small children and I woke up to a hot house (87 degrees). Called "Will Fix it" in the morning and they assured me that since we had 3 small children they would prioritize our need and definitely take care of us no later than 2pm. We never received a call from dispatch or a tech. Well x6 follow up calls from us and 10 hours later (now 8pm) we have YET to hear from dispatch or tech or a manager which was promised to us multiple times. Each time we called, the service reps were equally appalled at the lack of contact and even they were unable to get dispatch on the line.... We will NEVER EVER use "Will Fix it" for ANYTHING and we will absolutely make sure that nobody we know ever uses them either. We got ahold of Beyer Air Conditioning this evening and their dispatch contacted us in less than 2 minutes after we got off the phone with them and guaranteed a response. Unfortunately I had an extremely bad experience recently with Will Fix It. Thought I had done things right, researched, looked at different co's for new AC & insulation installation. AC was installed but then next morning we did not have hot water & stove not working. Found out after handyman came out that gas was not turned back on. So this required a 2nd call, they did come out same day & turned gas back on. I had to ask them when they were going to do insulation install, scheduled it for following Wed bet 10a & 2p. Called them at 1pm to check & was told they couldn't do it because city had to do inspection. Not sure why they scheduled the install if they couldn't do it until city came out. Inspector came out 2 days later & found 11 corrections that were needed, inside & out. They came out & did corrections. They called me on Mon, said need to schedule f/u inspection, scheduled for Thurs bet 8a & 5p. Called AC co & they confirmed it is scheduled for today, have not heard from inspector but they will call me. I called the city to confirm & I'm told they do not have inspection scheduled for today. Called AC co back & now I'm told "someone removed it", someone canceled it", "don't know what happened". I was going to use them to check our water heater but at this point I don't trust their services. I hope I can find someone to come out and do routine checkup. I wish I had an option for zero stars. We called over a month ago to get our AC serviced. They gave us an appointment for the following Friday. They did not show up. We called and they re-scheduled us for Sunday, which we thought was odd. They did not show up. When we called them, they apologized and said they don't do that type of call on Sundays. We were finally able to re-schedule. We called over a week ago and they scheduled us for today from 12:00-4:00 pm. They just called us and told us they were not going to make it and offered to re-schedule us for the end of May. This makes 3 days of wasted time for us. I guess our time is not as valuable. I have to say, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. For the past two years, I have experienced ongoing issues with my AC unit, which is only three years old. Two months ago, I arranged for a technician to address the cooling problem. He informed me that the coolant was low, and after paying over $900, I found myself in the same situation just two months later, with my house at 85 degrees. A different technician claimed we had a leak, estimating a repair cost of $2600. However, after speaking with the owner, I learned that both the part and labor were covered under warranty, and an appointment was rescheduled for the next day. Here we are three days later, with multiple reschedules and no communication to confirm my availability--my AC remains unfixed. I've made numerous calls requesting to speak with a manager, only to be told each time that they would have someone email me. Days have gone by without a response, despite my persistent follow-ups. The level of frustration is beyond belief, and still, my AC issue remains unresolved. After posting the review above, I received a callback stating that someone would come out to fix the A/C this week. However, no one has arrived to replace the part. I have called numerous times requesting to speak with management, but every representative refuses to put someone from management on the line. I even called with the homeowner, an elderly man, on the line, but they still declined to assist us. They promised that someone would call me back, but no one has. This has been by far the worst experience, and we're not even in the hottest months yet. Over the years, "Will Fix It Repair" has declined.  Despite investing in radiant barriers and a $12K+ HVAC system, my unit has never worked properly--12+ service attempts later, it still struggles with high humidity alerts and fails to maintain a comfortable climate. A Carrier-certified third party found that I was sold an oversized 5-ton system instead of the correct 4-ton unit, leading to ongoing issues. I've submitted their findings and requested corrective action, including compensation for diagnostic expenses. This level of oversight is unacceptable. I hope "Will Fix It" Repair takes responsibility and provides a resolution. read more

I contracted with Will Fix it to replace the HVAC system in my home, I had rooms that wouldn't not cool and rooms that were freezing cold, in the summer and reverse in the winter. The crew showed up at the date and time scheduled and replaced the system, showed us how the rooms were temp wise promised if they differ by more than a few degrees they would be right out and make it right. sounded great, A few months later the system shut down, I called will fix it and they sent a Tech right away (next day), The Tech put Tape on a door/panel due to it wasn't closing properly. Once again, the system shut down, Tech came out "switch was loose", This time he stated problem with screws, he put "larger screws with plumbers' sealant to tighten them up" Third Time; Tech's response "drain lines too short, instead of replacing them however he chose to zip tie the line to the drain pan using the weight of the drain pan to pull down the line allowing the condensation to drain. I called will fix it numerous times' because zip tie to fix a $15000.00 hvac system instead of replacing the " too short" lines no. I couldn't get past the person answering the phone and no one would return my calls, I then called Home Depot, (Will fix it was selling through home depot), they called will fix it and then informed me I would be getting a call from will fix it and there would be someone out to inspect the work neither happened. I again made an appointment will fix it sent out a "supervisor"/tech he did replace the plumbing and followed it down finding a clog also added additional sensors great. week later another leak. Leak from drain pan that someone had installed cracked and used epoxy to "fix" the crack, was told 50 days to get the new drain pan, A 66 year old man with a hip replacement having to climb up into the attack every three days to empty a plastic drain pan after the first month I called was told would receive a return call once again never happened, The last phone call was a week ago I called was told instead of fifty days it is Fifty Business Days, (I did not know delivery trucks or planes did not work on weekends), they were "going to contact management", however for the outcome as normal I did not get a call from anyone. Will Fix it will send a Tech out to your home quickly, that's great, however it seems to be the quality of their work that comes into question (at least in my case), and the lack of concern from there management. I have no resolution at least it is warrantied' (with will fix it), I also keep a $240. Maintenace plan with them the reason being when you call the very first question they ask is "when was the last time it was serviced". Would I recommend Will Fix it, NO, go to any other Company but them, I now have a $15000. headache, and by the way the rooms, are the same some hot some cold. read more

I usually check reviews before contacting a company for any kind of service. However, while shopping at Home Depot I was offered this complete tune up and service for my AC unit. Unfortunately this Will Fixit Company has a problem with their scheduling. I was contacted by text message for a particular time period but because we don't answer our phone to unknown numbers they never showed up. Yet I called to verify that we would be home all day. I also told them to contact us by text message. They did but apparently when I called again, several times, I was told no one reads the messages. I re scheduled for later that evening and no one showed up. The next morning I called once again to schedule another appointment. No one ever reached out nor returned my request to talk to management. I finally cancelled out of frustration. Finally I read their reviews and they have a pile of negative reviews. Don't ever call Will Fix it. They diagnosed my AC needed a new compressor that was under warranty. With the warranty and added Freon my estimate was $3,000.
