Easily the nicest, most respectful HVAC company I've ever encountered!! I spoke to at least 3 prior to being referred to Mr. Wilson. They are not the most affordable, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. I had my 13+ year old HVAC finally die on me about a month ago during the 100°+ sweltering days. I called them and within 2 hours the technician came out to diagnose the problem, discovered it was time to replace the system, but temporarily fixed it until we could agree on price, model & install date. 2 weeks later, the city permit was pulled, they had their electrician & plumber out, and the entire system was replaced. Exactly on time, as expected & friendly. They laid mats down while walking inside to not get dirt anywhere on my floors, they wore masks, informed me of exactly what to expect, who to expect on site, etc. Booth was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through all the options for systems, design, pricing, etc. I cannot recommend them enough!! read more

There are certain things you take for granted until they are out of your life. Once removed, you realize just how much those comforts mean to you...like air conditioning on a warm day. I am miserable. A recently shattered leg bone has me feeling poorly. Couple that discomfort with a home air conditioning unit which decided to die on us a mere five plus years after spending premium dollars having it installed. So, I'm a hot mess. We used the app Nextdoor to ask our fellow neighbors for recommendations for a trusted a/c professional. A number of satisfied customers in our neighborhood suggested Mr. Wilson Heating & Air. It was a Saturday morning when I phoned...and they answered on the weekend!!! Mr. Wilson bless his heart was just returning from a conference out of town and was probably looking forward to relaxing a bit to relieve the jet lag of travel. Still, I spoke to his wife who promised to send him right over to us to look at our situation. Mr. Wilson himself took a generous amount of time to look at our system and confirm what we feared and revealed the don't always get what you paid for news regarding our out of commission air conditioner . Our system which we paid a premium for over 5 years ago was a mismatch of pieces with the one that holds the freon being the older more expensive type of freon using unit. Great *said with sarcasm*. It is a lesson learned to make sure to use licensed professionals and make sure to ask the questions of professional licenses, unit functionality, city permits and such. All heating and air businesses are not equal. We now know. Mr. Wilson gave a portion of his Saturday to diagnose our issue and provide options on a day I'm certain he would have preferred spending with his family. I think that goes above and beyond in this time of life. We received great service from a caring air conditioning professional. Yes, I'm very satisfied with Mr. Wilson Heating and Air. Great service. Knowledgeable and affordable. Our indoor AC unit was icing over and dripping water into the filter as it thawed. We called Mr. Wilson's and the lady who answered the phone was friendly. They got a technician out to us within 24 hours. Eric came out and was super helpful and taught us a lot about HVAC systems. We ended up just having our mainline clogged so it was causing some minor issues. We ended up signing up for their preventative service plan. Highly professional highly recommended. read more

My rental property manager sent me an estimate for a/c repairs from one of many a/c companies they use. After they called my preferred service provider, Mr. Wilson A/C, and I got their estimate, I discovered that the original estimate was for work that would not address why the a/c was not cooling. It was due to a leak in the evaporator core not the condenser as the previous repairer suggested. Daniel, the tech for Mr. Wilson has serviced my own residence, he is very professional knows his stuff and explains everything in an understandable way for non technical homeowners. Wanted to post a review... 4 stars.. why? If the original installation on our AC unit had been done 100% correctly, we would not have had a leak resulting in several housecalls and ultimately a ceiling/drywall re-do, but they took responsibility for the mistake and didn't charge extra to fix it. read more

Nice people, good service. I had a new complete system installed. Jason came to bid the job and was prompt and thorough, answering all my questions. After shopping around, I selected this company and they did a great job. The techs were again prompt and thorough and the price was competitive. My only issue was that they took Christmas decorations down from the attic so they could install the inside unit and didn't put them back up there. They sent a person to look at my a/c which I knew was installed 5 years ago and had no issues. Of course they found that I needed a new attic drain pan which is galvanized steel and will outlive me. Even took a picture to show water was collecting in it ( which is what it is for ). That pan and an overflow detector, which cost me $14.99 on Amazon, they would install for a mere $650. The pan sells for $89 @ Home Depot. As far as replacing my entire a/c the cheapest stage 1 would cost $6509, but think of the savings. It would pay for itself in 30 years. read more
