My AC went out, and I noticed that there are AC services rated higher than Felix Air Services but what caught my eye is one of the reviews where the customer said another A/C company told her she needed a whole new system but when she called Felix Air Services, he said she didn't need a new system. Highly recommend Felix Air Services for anything HVAC related. I have been using them for a few years now and am always impressed with them. Not only is everyone I have dealt with super nice, they get the job done quickly! I had a warranty issue with my AC unit, they took care of the warranty stuff and had my AC operational the same day they started the work. Most notable was the time my AC went out 1 day before I was set to host Christmas Eve and Christmas. It turned out it was a simple fuse issue but they were out withing a few hours of me calling and had the issue fixed within a few minutes. Amazing customer service as always, Felix himself came out here within the time frame given and was able to detect the problem right away. First visit it was a simple dirty filter that I myself didn't know it was supposed to be replaced every other month. Ha silly me. Second visit was my motor needed to be replaced, I honestly taught it would take days to have it fixed but Jerry and Tony managed to come back later that day and fix it!! My old AC unit broke and needed complete replacement this summer. After comparing offers, decided to go with them. What a wonderful experience from beginning to end and post service. They are humble, competent, and deliver on their promises. Unit installed with care and detailed attention. Replaced many items beyond my expectations to ensure a first rate experience. Even called the city inspectors and gave us the complete paperwork to submit the rebate. A complete thorough first rate job. Even though they are a small firm, they are just as good, if not better than a larger one. Their customer service is tops as the owner methodically checks on the work at hand. WONDERFUL Company with fantastic work ethic. VERY dependable, reliable and trustworthy. They talked me thru EVERYTHING they were doing. They showed me what they found - bad parts, new parts, parts replaced and had no problem giving me options. They were NEVER pushy and made me feel comfortable from the very first phone call and interaction with them. Their prices were extremely reasonable and they did not try to sell me more than I needed. My house had been freezing for a week while I waited on a "bigger, well known company" to reply to me concerning financing on a unit that I really didn't need but that they had convinced me was the only way to fix my furnace. First off, when I called, the phone was answered by the top guy, not a machine or office person. Next he tells you he will be over in an hour and he actually shows up--on time! Goes right to work and checks out your situation. We decided our system was too old and inefficient and an upgrade was in order. As hot as it is here in San Antonio we were concerned about being without AC for many days. Not so. Jerry had his crew out the next day and they worked until the job was up and running--same day. Our new Trane unit is quiet, efficient, and way cooler the the old unit. As if that was not enough, he showed us how to get a rebate from CPS and took the time to walk us through the application process and set up our ten year equipment warrantee. I purchased my home just two years ago and soon realized the ducts in my attic were in terrible shape. Many were torn and I patched it with tape but it's been on my bucket list to replace them. To big of a job to do my own I looked around and found Felix Air Services. The company rated very high on Angie's list and everything was positive. He came out and gave me a free estimate which was very fair. The work was done fast and efficient. Everything is very cleanly done. The crew was professional and knowledgeable. It just looks great and I can really tell there is a difference inside my home. The peace of mind knowing I have improved this system feels great. Ready for summer over here!
