So I had to take a second to express me and my husbands gratitude towards amazing air Solutions. While we were visiting my parents in San Antonio we were at the grocery store and this gentleman was standing in front of us in line wearing an amazing air Solutions shirt so I made some small talk with him and come to find out it was Roy the owner. My parents have been struggling with a bad unit for the past 4 years and we had thrown over $6000 in repairs over the last two years. As Roy and me were talking I had told him about our situation and he waited for us outside. Roy had expressed his frustration and told me about other companies in the area doing the same thing to clients and some of the things he had seen. He really was empathetic towards our situation. Being that we live in California, it is very hard to find somebody to trust so far away. This was on a Wednesday and me and my wife had to fly out Friday evening. Roy put everything on hold and personally came out to my parents home that night to look at their unit. After looking at it, he explained to me that it was over 17 years old and reluctantly let me know that the repairs we had spent so much money on we're just Band-Aids and the unit should have been replaced years ago! My frustration is not one person ever gave us a price or recommended that we changed the unit It's almost like they just wanted to milk my parents dry. Not only did Roy give us options that day, what really blew my mind was we chose an option and his crew was there the next morning installing the unit by Friday afternoon I was able to cut amazing air Solutions a check and the new unit was blowing ice cold air. My parents have a 10 year guarantee on their unit that includes maintenance so they do not have to worry about changing filters or any upkeep. It's crazy how life puts you in front of the right people at the right time me and my wife are relieved to have one less thing to worry about. Thank you, amazing air Solutions and your entire crew for making us a priority and taking care of my parents and thank you Roy for reminding me what good customer service looks like. I wish you guys came to California because I would have you guys do my unit too. Lets start with my experience with this company, the AC died i my house, i had to go to work as I'm on probationary period and cant take a day off, my wife made a quick research and found this company with very good reviews. They showed up immediately, very professional, very respectful and caring, they inspected the AC and made recommendation for fixing, and gave alternative to finance a new AC for good price as they have an offer for May only. They did not push for the new AC, offered both services in the same manner, answered all the questions my wife and I had for both solutions, Roy is very knowledgeable and respectful, we felt comfortable with process and decided to finance a new SC system, it was hot and we had no cooling and I have two kids, those guys worked like bees to get us the AC as soon as possible, sure enough the next they worked hard to get it up and running. On top of that they went ahead and fixed minor issues for free without us asking them for it, Ric went ahead and fixed some pipes and extended the outdoor pipe away from the foundation. I couldn't have asked for a better service! I had Roy come clean my system because the company that installed it (Elmer's One Hour) was just too pricy. He did a great job, but a month later my electric bill went even higher than before ($400 for a one story house). Roy came that very next week (would have been sooner had it not rained all week) and found the problem. It turned out that my fan in the indoor unit wasn't shutting off and was constantly running which meant I was wasting energy and money! He told me what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost, he also told me to check with the company who installed it in case it was still under warranty (such an honest guy). Thankfully/unfortunately it was under a 10 yr parts/labor warranty, so they're coming by in a week (2 weeks after the problem was found) to take a look and fix it for a $50 service fee. I say that it is unfortunate because I really wanted to have Roy fix my system, he was even going to be able to fix the very next day (a week ago from today)! So though I will be saving money with the warranty, I really wish I could have gone with Roy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him, he's honest and very reasonable. Two thumbs way up! read more

My AC unit decided to stop cooling Tuesday night, I called my aunt who referred Roy to me and I am glad that she did, the company's name says it all "Amazing Air Solution" Roy and his crew are truly AMAZING. Called Roy Wednesday morning an hour later he had one of his technicians (Thomas) at my house. Thomas who was very professional and helpful got to work right away. Turns out our unit was leaking freon for quite a while, Roy diagnosed that I needed a New AC unit. We talked about all my options and his opinion on what's best for our home. Price was very reasonable and the best part was Roy had the system installed in one day. I had bought Airtron maintenance program to come out twice a year to serve the AC unit, they had just come been over in May to supposedly serve the AC unit and they did not even go to the attic where Thomas found the problem with the freon. At the end of the day, I am just so happy that there is still honest,trustworthy and reliable people like Roy and his crew. I have given them 5 stars plus one. I have used this company for all of my AC/Heating needs. They are very professional and honest every single time! I have had my inside unit replaced and Roy made sure my family was comfortable over the weekend before we could get the unit installed! My most recent experience was a check up on the entire system for the summer time. Thomas was on time and checked everything. I was given a complete description of what was checked and the readings of the system. This is where his honesty comes into play, I was recently told there was mold in one of the casing above the unit by an air vent cleaning company and I asked him to check it out and possibly give me an estimate to sanitize it. Of course, the other company was horribly expensive and after Thomas checked it out informed me there was no mold on the inside that could get through the vents. Roy, Joe and I think Rick (sorry if I got that wrong!) were great. Roy and I met and discussed options and timing and after a proposal and a few questions , we had the unit I desired and he said was good for the space I had to cool. They arrived when they said they would and did the job on time with a lot of attention to protecting my house and also insuring the right parts were used on all aspects. Roy has a follow up inspection planned to insure correct loadings and operation after some time running. Very happy with his desire to do he job right without fail. Woke up to a very warm house on Sunday morning (at the end of July no less). Looked up A/C repair online and found Amazing Air with a 5 star rating. They were the 3rd company I actually called, but this time someone answered. Roy made me feel like he really cared and would take of my problem (on a Sunday!). At 3:00 am, I realized AC was not cooling. After checking the circuit breaker and outside unit, there was definitely something wrong as the fan would not come on.
