I now have a huge crack across my living room floor the front of my house is cracking and noticed several cracks in my ceiling forming. called management and was told I would get a call back the next day and they would send someone out to look. They charged a horrible amount to tear up my house leave me to clean it and try to figure out how to pay for the repairs to all the walls they tore up. paid extra for another home inspector to come out and now my bill is over $40,000.00 just to get my home back to the way it was. on top of all of that I will have to hire someone to fix my foundation and put the dirt they dug out back, fix my foundation and walls. I must say the guys that were tearing up everything were very polite. A single broken pipe under my house will have cost me almost as much as we paid for the house. feeling very taken advantage of for sure!
