Let me share my personal experience with Metro Towing. I had a flat tire yesterday, (June 23rd), the point where my tire came off it's rim. It was pretty bad and I almost had a panic attack. Every towing company I called gave me an ETA of 1 to 3 hours and if they where to pick me up and drop me off at a tire shop, it would have been too late to buy a tire and I would have slept in my car until the next day. Talk about having a shh-eee-tea day. When I called Metro, the lady on the phone gave me an estimated time of arrival of 30 minutes. (Anxiety lowered).....Gave me an estimated price, (Anxiety level normalizing), and not only did the lady on the phone was sympathetic, she cut me a deal.....not by a lot, but considering my options I thought it was very nice of her to do that for me. I waited for the 30 minutes and to my surprise......I saw Metro Towing arriving to my location as stated on the phone. If it wasn't for my Xbox injury........I would have done back flips. Mr. Valentine came to the rescue. The level of professionalism and being just an amazing dude, this guy deserves a standing ovation. Mr. Valentine took his time assessing the vehicle, making sure he was able to pick up the vehicle at a perfect vantage point, being delicate to strapping on the vehicle and making sure the vehicle was secured.....if that's not top notch, 5 star presidential service, then I don't know how to tell the difference between 5 star service and above and beyond service. I'm telling you, Mr. Valentine is the guy you want to help you out. He told me what he was doing every step of the way and didn't bull-ish anything. That's what I liked about the guy. We shared some storied on the way to the tire shop and I got to tell you, as intimidating as he looks, he's just a pretty cool guy all the way around. I was very pleased with the service and with Mr. Valentine. Hats off to the company especially to that gentleman, Mr. Valentine. I may have had a rough day, but because Metro Towing was there for me and the level of professionalism Mr. Valentine showed me, I highly recommend Metro to whoever needs help out there. And Ohhhhhh My god when the Driver came boy did he smell I mean Literally he had such a bad Sweat odor it was unbearable when driving in the truck with him luckily I had one of those Air Fresheners in my pocket came to good use. So When I was alone in the Mercedes Benz Dealership I called for another Tow Truck Company and metro was assigned to me and I thought for sure I was going to wait yet again another 2 Hours and nooooooo I Waited for at least 1/2 hour. I Saw Matt Tow truck pull over and Matt Jumped out of his Truck and Quickly Introduced himself to me and He Saved the day. He tried his best to jumpstart my car and to no Avail it did not work it was not his fault it turned out that my car needed a new Battery and the Gas Pump was in Need of Replacing. Matt New I was in Distress so He Offered me a ride to the Nearest hotel in the Freezing Cold and He even offered to pay for a one Night Stay at the Best Western Hotel But I was very Humbled by his kind Gesture and Declined. Matt is the True Example of Human Kindness and I'm Honored to have met such a person with a huge heart. In That Day and time was Fortunate he came when he did thanks Matt for coming to my Rescue. Metro Towing service is very professional with the most modern contact and communication system I have experience with. Lately, I needed to towing my car to an auto repair shop far away, and I thought it would take them over 1 1/2 hours to get there, but they arrived at way earlier than I expected, as soon as the tow is scheduled, they have always send me updates on what happening next via text, they came on time to pickup my car and did a great job onsite. The driver (Rashed) was very professional, he did not just come to pickup the car, but he also make sure if the car really has problem before he take it to the shop, I think it make sense, because you don't want to tow your car to a repair shop when the car could be fixed right on the spot, this might save you money. He also make sure to call me to double check the repair shop name and address while waiting in front of the shop to drop off my car, this is also important because you don't want to drop off your car at the wrong repair shop right? Also, their towing truck looked great, this confirmed that they are a serious business. I have seem towing truck that look like it could fall apart with my car on it, but this company truck looks solid, capable of any hard towing situation. So overall, I think their professional service is a blessing, they have great experience, their communication's tech is very spot on, and the closing of the service is alway with a followup call to double check every step of the services they are delivering. Our truck just shut herself down (our alternator had gone out) the Friday before Christmas while traveling five hours away from home. We were forced to pull off the 4-lane I-580 highway on to the left hand shoulder at the top of a steep grade. Called our roadside service for a tow truck. When Metro Towing Company called to confirm our location, we told them there were four of us so we'd need a quad/jump cab truck. They gave us an hour ETA. After three phone calls to our cell phone because the driver was unable to find us, the tow truck finally shows up an hour & half later in a three seat-belted truck with TWO men/workers in it! Driver says to my husband "I was unsure how many people you had with you." When my husband asked how he had planned to get us & our truck to our final location, the driver said "oh my buddy will ride in your truck on the flatbed" One, it's illegal. Two, that's beyond unacceptable. And three, there still wouldn't be enough room for the four of us plus the driver! Then the guy says "well you (my husband) can come with us. We will take the truck & send someone to pick up your family". Let me remind you, we were in the middle of NO WHERE! There was no way in hell me and my kids were gonna stand on the side of a highway and WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO PICK US UP! AYFKM?? My husband told these guys to take a hike and we had to wait for another tow company, who I might add was WONDERFUL. All Star Towing (Tracy, Ca). Metro Tow was so completely unprofessional and rude! Big shout out to Alex and Metro Towing for helping us out when our tire blew out on I-580. We called our roadside assistance and they said it would be 40 minutes, which was scary being on the side of the freeway. They connected us with Alex and Metro Towing, who said he could cut that time in half to 20 mins, and ended up coming in 15. He was able to use iPhone location sharing services, so useful when there's not an easy address where your car is broken down. He came, wearing a mask very professionally, and was very calm and friendly, great traits in a crisis. He examined our flat tire, and our spare, trapped under our camping gear. Knowing the area well, he decided the safest thing was to load us on his truck and and take us 1/4 mile down the road to a rest area. This was such a relief as we had a freaked out toddler in the car, who was VERY excited to go on a "roller coaster" loaded on top of the tow truck. It was a blessing and a great relief to not have to take him out of his car seat on the freeway. Alex found a safe spot at the rest area, we let our toddler out to run and have a snack, and he quickly and efficiently replaced our tire with the spare. Can't recommend Alex highly enough - you never want your car to break down, but if it does, you can only hope you get someone as professional, experienced, friendly, and efficient as Alex. My motorcycle chain broke and I was in need of a Tow . Out of all of the three times I needed a Tow everything went very smooth. But this time things weren't looking smooth at all. When Ramzi (the tow truck driver) arrived and assessed the situation and noticed since my motorcycle chain was broke and jammed in between two metal components the tires would not move so that's a huge problem. So instead of having to get a commercial tow that would have been $500 Ramzi went above and beyond to make sure that didn't happen to me . And sure enough he did just that . He managed to get my motorcycle up on the Tow and towed it to my house. Not only that Ramzi to extra careful steps to insure my bike was takin care of . The little things . Triple checking making sure every tie down was secure for the bike and also helping me get it into my garage. If everyone worked this way and looked out for one another like Ramzi did for me the world would run smooth and kindness and caring for one another would be at an all time high. So to the manager(s) of Metro Towing I want to say you have an absolutely great employee in Ramzi that will go above and beyond for his customers. I cannot thank Ramzi enough for what he did. Wow. Fantastic service. Pleasantly surprised to have my emergency road service call answered with a 10 minute period by the fine efforts of Metro Towing. I placed my call through my insurance company who contracted with Metro Tow. I was given a ETA of 30 minutes. I received a call from RASHED within 10 minutes and he and his assistant appeared on the scene ready to assist. I received an immediate battery jump, fixed the car issue, and I was on my way within 2 minutes from their arrival. I asked where the tow truck was because he showed up in his sedan and Rashed said he was in the area driving by, heard the call, and rather then have me wait, he showed up on the scene to diagnose the issue, used his jumper cables box and saved me from having to wait any longer. That is excellent customer relations and caring about the customer to get me up and going And not just have me waiting any longer than necessary. We would like to recognize the wonderful service experience we had with Alex from Metro Towing. We got a flat tire on the I580-W highway near Tracy on a long return trip from LA. We used Geico Emergency Road Service who assigned Metro Towing as our service provider to help us through this. Geico gave us a 30 minute time-frame for the towing service to reach us. We were apprehensive about a long wait in the high afternoon heat but we were pleasantly surprised to see the flashing lights of Alex's two truck in our rearview mirror within 15 minutes. Alex worked with us on replacing our spare tire which looked fine at first. We soon found out that it was under inflated once the car was lowered from the jack. Alex immedietly helped us by towing us to the nearest gas station and filling up our spare tire. We are grateful to Alex and Metro Towing for going the extra mile to get us happily on our way home after a long journey. My children were ecstatic to have one last ride on top of a tow truck. Alex is kind, courteous and professional. He is a great asset to Metro Towing's service family. read more

Bottom line: Alan saved the day with his tow truck! TLDR: Oops, this took awhile to post. Last winter our car broke down in Tracy. After trying and trying to get a tow (AAA kept saying they were sending one, but didn't), we ended up renting a truck to finish towing the stuff we needed to tow and leaving our SUV on the side of the road. We were just going to head home to the Bay Area and deal with it in the morning, yet on our way back towards the bay area, we caught someone trying to steal the car! They ran off (with our catalytic converter we would later find out), and we knew we had to try to get it towed somewhere. We called AAA with no luck (again), and the sheriff (again....he at least stayed there with us in case someone showed back up but couldn't find us a tow), we started directly calling tow companies. Metro was the only one that answered and said they would send someone (it was near midnight at this point). After a long and frustrating day, Alan showed up and saved the day and we just wanted to say how grateful we were. read more

Metro Towing was awesome! To make a long story short my car was in a not at fault accident and I was unable to take it to the shop right away. And a different tow company was supposed to come pick up my, However they did not and instead they had me waiting for two hours with no response no reply and every time I called it was another excuse. I called my insurance company to cancel the toe and get a different tow service which they did and it ended up being a Metro Towing. And in 20 minutes my car was picked up and dropped off at the shop! I would like to think my driver Alex who is incredibly professional and prompt.As soon as the total was dispatched and received he called me to let me know he was on his way and that he would take care of everything and not to worry and even apologized for my previous experience that day with a different title company. I will definitely be using an Metro Towing again even if it's out of pocket these guys are absolutely worth it and I recommend everybody to use them when and where possible!! read more

I wanted to thank metro towing for being so accommodating. I was in an accident with my 5 week old son. My car wouldn't reverse after and needed to be towed. My insurance ( Geico) had set up two other tow trucks to come transport my vehicle. one never showed the other came and left because he was unable to put my car in reverse due to the damage and his truck did not have a lift. I was not informed, he just drove off. After waiting from around 2pm until about 7pm for a truck I was extremely frustrated my insurance then contacted metro towing who took care of us. The driver Waseem, offered to pick my keys up from me at my home and then go pick up my car from the location and transport it. This allowed me to go home after waiting all these hours. He showed up on time, kept me informed throughout his journey to MBZ service in Dublin CA from here in South San Francisco. My BMW X5 wouldn't start after I filled up gas at Costco in Manteca. I knew it was the battery so I opened the app for my insurance for road side assistance & was prompted that the tower won't be on site until 40 mins later. I was blocking the other incoming members wanting to fill gas & had to hand signal all the cars lined up behind me to move to the next slot. I called the towing service & asked if it would really take that long for the tow truck to arrive & was told that the wait time is 40 mins. 5 minutes after I hung up, the app signaled that the tow truck driver has arrived & the driver is looking for me. The assistant from Costco who was at the station directed him to my stalked vehicle. As soon as Samad, the yow truck driver, hooked up his jumpstart machine into my ride, the engine started & we were good to go. Thank you, Samad, for coming earlier than the scheduled arrival time as it was sweltering hot inside my ride & I had my daughter & niece with me that time. read more

Metro Towing and Ramzi were a huge help in getting my newly bought 1929 custom hot rod transported from Tracy to Pleasanton. We had some difficulties coordinating a pick-up time with the seller, and they were very accommodating when I had to move our appointment time three different times. Ramzi arrived and was nothing but professional, and knew exactly how to secure the car properly (over sized rear tires and all) to avoid any damage during the tow. When he got to my house and we unloaded it, the car wouldn't start (typical hot rod). Ramzi hung around to help us try and get it started, but when we finally gave up trying, he jumped right to the back and helped push it up our driveway and safely into the garage. I've dealt with many tow companies over the years, but Ramzi had to be the nicest and most helpful driver I've come across. I would definitely recommend Metro Towing to anyone looking for custom car transportation, and I'll always request Ramzi if I have the option! read more

On Friday October 12 driving back from Colusa Casino heading home to Tracy on Highway 5 right past Lodi & entering Stockton with my elderly mother ,and sis in law, a warning came on my dash saying low tire, within a few minutes, BOOM, my SUV was swerving and I said a prayer and made it to the fast lane's emergency lane safely. It was a scary time. A CHP officer came by and said it was not safe there for us & drove us to the big shopping center on 8 mile road. My brother came and picked up my mom while me and my sis in law waited for a tow truck. It took less than an hour and Hector showed up. He was so sweet. We got in his truck and headed to my vehicle. Within minutes ,my SUV was on the bed of his truck and we were headed to Firestone in Tracy. On the way there , Hector calmed us down and we had a wonderful conversation. My car battery died and needed a complete replacement, so my insurance sent over Nasir. His mannerism, professionalism, and kindness is unmatched. He came to replace my battery with a very positive attitude and went above and beyond to help me. He cleaned the corrosion from the old car battery and put the new one in in no time! Nasir is extremely kind and made sure that everything was better. For someone who knows nothing about car parts and was very upset over the dead battery, I am so happy that Nasir was sent to fix it. He explained everything he was doing and assured me that everything would be okay. I am so happy that my insurance sent him over. His professionalism and kindness is a reflection of the company he works for. I asked Nasir for his card before he left because I will only call this company for help if I ever need a towing service or anything relating. Summer time hot temps and our truck overheated. We pulled over, waited for it to cool off, but it wouldn't re-start. Our shop recommended Metro Towing and made the initial call. After a minute or two someone from Metro called us to check if we were OK and that they had a driver en-route. Five minutes later Andre from Metro called, asked if we were safe, made sure he had the right directions and let us know he'd be there in 10-15. Ten minutes later he pulled-up. We weren't in the best spot, so he asked "are you able to start the vehicle, and roll it back a bit, if you can't it's no problem". I was able to start it this time, so asked him to follow us, he agreed, we made it one exit... Andre quickly and safely pulled in-front, got us out, loaded the truck up and drove us to our shop. Getting a tow is never fun, however with Andre at Metro, everything turned out as good as they could have. Could not have asked for more. read more

If I could give ten stars, I would! I broke down in my company tractor on Monday. With other tow companies in the past, the estimated arrival time was not even close to accurate. This time, with Metro, the driver arrived a few minutes earlier than expected. Najeeb was quick to get my vehicle hooked up and in short order we were headed back to my station. My tractor was stalled on the freeway shoulder and he was cautious, careful with the vehicle and he knew what he was doing! When we were driving he was careful and safe, constantly aware of his surroundings. We shared a great conversation and he quickly disconnected his truck. Not that I want to break down again, but if I can call Metro, there is no doubt, they are my first call! Thank you, Najeeb, for making my breakdown as short of a wait as could be expected! I want to thank Metro Towing for their kind and courteous assistance. The driver was beyond helpful and a truly compassionate human. He was very polite and considerate of my situation too. I was all the way up in Bethel Island and I know first hand how hard it is to get a tow company out to remote locations much less for the minimal payment they receive from our insurance companies. So I wanted to make sure I could, at the very least, share my great experience with others so that they can hopefully reap the benefits of their great customer service and be called upon by others needing their services. If you are in need of a tow and in the Tracy and surrounding areas, I highly recommend them.
