I had my kid and my gf with me on our way back from Reno around 930pm. I was 80 miles from home called Geico and learned they only cover 20 miles of our tow. They got us hooked up with a company that let us know it would be 2 hours to get to us and $10 per mile and could only take 1 person... Little rough to see that one through so I had to decline. Geico got me linked with Metro Towing and they worked with me on price and thought ok and the passenger situation, he let me know they would work it out. Sam got there in 30-40 min. He was super proficient and fast. He had to fill the gas tank and even with that time included, we were on the freeway in no less than 10 min. He bought my son a powerade. My girlfriend was on a roll and cracking jokes and he had a great sense of humor. Im not one to give positive reviews unless they are earned. And I've gotta say, overall, they made a bad situation actually very painless and that to me was huge. Metro Towing - 5 stars. But to wrap of this review, Sam and Metro were incredible, they're in my contacts, and will use them if I am in any situation with a broken down vehicle. read more

Samadi really saved me last night! My car ran into a problem when I went back home from vacation, end up with my family stuck in the car in the midnight with no AC. He arrived soon after requested the assistance service, and has been super nice and professional! The vehicle had a problem with parking brake, he carefully hooked it onto the towing truck and prevented free rolling. I also had some trouble when opening the front trunk, Samadi figured out and solved it quickly. I really appreciated Samadi's help. With his professional work, I got to head back home in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Metro Towing if you ever need a towing service, but I hope the same thing never happens to you in the midnight, unless you have Samadi shows up like a marvel hero and saves you! read more

Eric came to my location on 07-13-21 to tow a 2012 Cadillac to the dealership from Stockton to Modesto due to a recall. I was so upset because I just bought it two months ago and have had a couple of issues with the car. Eric arrived on time and he was so friendly and understanding. My car broke down near i680 off of bernal and i was literally in a bad spot to the right shoulder. I called my insurance provider Geico for a tow and informed them that i was in a dangerous spot. They said Metro Towing from Livermore was coming within 30 min. They should up exactly on time and they took care of my and my vehilce within minutes to get us out of the danger zone. The driver name Rashed, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us some tips of how to better take care of our car and make sure its wel maintained because it could have been much worse than what it was. Called a couple of heavy duty towing companies in the Livermore/Tracy area and they all were an hour wait time plus very expensive quotes. I came across Metro Towing and they were who I was looking for. A company who would charge less, had a quick response time, and kept the customer in the loop throughout the whole process. I was told driver would be there within 30-45 min and he showed up in 35 min. They charged a reasonable price and I was amazed at the customer experience from the very beginning all the way towards the end. I appreciate the quickness of the dispatcher to find a driver within 30mins and being late in the weekend evening I know the prices are expensive and for that company was honest and reasonable from the freeway off ramp to my home .. the company had a set price .. I will use them again .. I had called like 4-5 companies no answer before this one answered.. my situation started with a flat tire in a town 15 miles from my house and we were running last minute errands to finish up for the party!! after contacting my insurance and was told a 60 min wait for roadside assistance, i then attempted to change tire myself to find out i didn't have the jack tool!! well, tow truck guy nasir showed up a lil early and had the best attitude, lifted my spirits a lil and put my spare on quickly,. i totally recommend metro towing and will request their service from now on,. thank you and hooe this helps a little read more

I needed my car towed to the dealership and call my Allstate Roadside. They set me up with Metro Towing. My Tow truck driver from Metro Towing was Samadi and I must say I was really happy with his prompt arrival and his professionalism. Allstate roadside gave me an ETA of over an hour but Mr. Samadi arrived way under the time and took really good care of me and got the vehicle back in a prompt time and kept me informed throughout. I got a flat on the way home from work after a 13hr shift. Not having a spare, my insurance sent over Sarey from Metro Towing who arrived promptly with a clean truck. I drive an Infiniti Q50 which sits very low to the ground and Sarey knew exactly what needed to be done in order to get my vehicle onto the flatbed safely without damaging the bumper. I had the chance of meeting Allen, our tow truck driver. I was having transmission problem out in Lathrop, and need my Dodge towed to a Hayward auto shop. He was professional and informative, and a really great guy! Never met him before, but it was like talking to a long time friend. He called me when he was at the specified drop off site, and informed where he will park the car for the auto shop, and dropped off the key in the drop off slot. Musa from Metro Towing helped us out yesterday after my son was involved in an accident. Time frame was 30 mins, I believe he arrived within 15-20 minutes. Musa was very helpful with where we wanted our car dropped and also offered to help us skip a step by taking our car directly to a lot for inspection. I've had the pleasue of having the same driver, Ramzi, twice now and couldn't have asked for anyone better! He's professional, personable, friendly, and expedient! You're never in a good situation when you have to get towed, but Ramzi is always there to be that beacon of positivity! We needed a tow 2 weeks ago and another tow company came and was very rude and drove off. We called AAA back and they sent another to company, Metro Towing. Rasheed was the driver and he was very polite and knowledgeable. Our car needed to go on the flat bed and he had no trouble putting it on. There was not much room in the cab, but my husband and I were able to sit in the cab with him. He was very helpful and courteous. I would totally recommend him to anyone needing a tow. read more

They walked the vehicle to make sure there was no damage prior to hooking up and had me check after they hooked it up to make sure no damage occurred. Got into a car accident in the middle of the road my car was stuck there. Called 911 and they let me know to call a tow truck cause they needed the car out the road asap. They charged me 4 hours to hook up my truck and trailer and tow it literally 37 miles one way from their door to destination, EVEN THOUGH IT ONLY TOOK 2 1/2 HOURS. I spoke to the owner Sammy who was less than accommodating, go figure, and had to call 3 times to even pay my bill.
