After an estimate of 120 to 135 minute wait I had to wait over three hours for the tow truck to even arrive. (I am PREGNANT and waiting by the way). Once the tow truck arrived the man was hostile over the phone and rude, THEN there was a problem with my vehicle being taken to the wrong place (a residence instead of a car dealership.) When I called to clear up the issue, representative Angelina was extremely rude over the phone and spoke to me as if I was a child that didn't understand what she was saying to me.
