The sapphire face was damaged at Metro when I sent it in for band repair. Look at the M for area damaged.

I sent my Michele watch to be repaired - the ceramic band was broken. They returned it stating that parts were unavailable and the face was cracked- no mention of what happened and have completely ignored my request for information or repair. I sent my watch to them for a warranty repair - I should have paid to have it repaired at a local jeweler. If you value your timepiece- dont send it to them, even if it's a "free" repair.

Metro Service Center $45 Band Replacement. Less then 1 yr after replacement,
Tony J.

I took my watch in to the Fossil store to replace the band sometime in 07/2014. The staff did their job and sent it in to Metro Service Center. I didn't receive an order number so, thank goodness it made it back from TX. It came back to me looking very sharp and I was pleased because they not only replaced the band but the crystal. crown and case. All for $45. My watch has lasted the test of time for 5 yrs before I needed a repair. Unfortunately, this new band doesn't look like it will last as long. A year has not gone by and the band is already loosing its cooler. It looks like the result of an inferior quality replacement part.

The links to attach the band to the face were completely stripped and bent.

My stainless steel watchband broke on my Fossil. I went everywhere to get it fixed and "Nope, can't fix that." I finally called the manufacturer and they suggested Metro Service Center. For $45 I got a brand new band and got to save my most favorite watch from the trash. Thank you Metro Service Center!

I thought the second hand is supposed to be stuck to the other ones not floating around the watch and the service guy was BM031
Rodney Charles S.

5/11/18: I'm updating this review. Mr. Morales completed my watch repair, and it works fine. The…read morefinal problem turned out to be that he took an unusually long time to do the work. If you're not in a hurry, I'd recommend him. ********************************************************************************** The store is owned by David Morales even though its corporate name is Raquel Jewelry, Inc. Based on other recommendations on Nextdoor, I stopped in before Thanksgiving to ask if he worked on Bulova watches. He said he primarily works on expensive watched like Rolex, but that he works on any brand. So a day or so later, I brought in the Bulova watch that my dad gave me about 1954, and asked that he repair it so that it would run again. Prior to that, I had check on ebay to see the approximate value. It is $25.00. Mr. Morales' assistant said that the price to clean and get it running would be $100.00. Because the watch is somewhat a keepsake, I said OK. He said it would take about 10 days. I have now been back in the three times to see if it was ready, and each time I've gotten a cock and bull story. Today, the assistant said they had sent it off to Bulova to check their work. I asked when it was sent. He said the first of February. I asked when they expected it to be returned. He said about two weeks....they would call me. I told him, as Mr. Morales listened on, that I wanted him to call Bulova and tell them that if they could not get it back in two weeks, to send it back unchecked now, and that I would pay Raquel the $100 fee, whether it was repaired or not. He said, "We'll call you." So the watch has been there, as of now, for 2 1/2 months for a job that was promised to be completed in 2 weeks. They don't initiate calls to update you. You have to call them. I don't know how this is going to turn out, but if you are planning on using them for watch servicing, you might want to consider my experience.

I had put the necklace in a bag and tied it so the chain wouldn't get tangled. It took her a minute to untie the bag. The worker huffed and walked away while she struggled. They told her 1-2 days, but never called. She went back over a week later. They couldn't find the order. When they finally did, they were rude again. The work didn't cost much. However it was done with very little attention to detail. A total of five links were fused together and the repair is clearly evident. No customer service, poor workmanship, and inconvenient hours. The only redeeming quality is that it was cheap.
