When they got to the new home, it was about half the time to unload, hook up appliances, and rearrange furniture I requested a couple of times. I spoke with multiple moving companies, at least 5 before Adam, and knew the second I connected with him that their company and team was different. Adam took the time to visit with me at my home and inspected my belongings BEFORE quoting me, none of the blind 2-minute quoting a lot of other companies offer. He also spent a good hour talking with me about my circumstances, wants, and needs without any kind of expressed commitment from me..and that meant so much to me. I was a…read morerepeat customer of this moving company and am extremely disappointed with how our recent move was handled. The movers themselves were very kind and clearly doing their best. This review is not directed at them. The issue was poor management and lack of proper staffing for the job. During booking, I specifically explained that we had an extremely large and heavy dresser weighing several hundred pounds and was assured that a two-person crew would be enough. It quickly became obvious during the move that the workers were exhausted and overwhelmed, so I requested a third mover be added midway through. At one point, I asked management not to pressure or disrupt the movers because they were already stressed and trying their best. Instead, management immediately called them during the move, which noticeably increased the pressure and caused them to begin rushing. Shortly afterward, our brand new wooden floors were scratched and our $1,400 dog crate was broken. I understand accidents can happen, but this situation felt avoidable and directly related to poor management decisions and improper staffing. The entire experience became extremely uncomfortable and stressful for everyone involved. Again, the movers themselves were polite and hardworking, but because of the damages to our home and belongings, I cannot say the experience was worth the cost or that I would use this company again.

PRICE GOUGE - Adds RIDICULOUS trumped up fees that are not in the contract. They have generic contract without any totals on it except the cost for that agreement we initially made. However, they charged me an addition $500 extra. and wouldnt take my most valuable items off the truck until I paid. Threatened me with storage fees and drove off with my valuables for 12 hours forcing me to pay the trumped up charges. When they returned, they would not deliver the heavy items into the home. The police had to them move it upstairs. CUSTOMER SERVICE - The people who do return your a call eventually are skilled scammers, and professional liars. One of the movers who is the owner of the fraudulent business denies accountability. POOR MOVING WORK ETHIC - Movers was an hour and thirty minutes late. Complained they were tired the whole time becuase this was there 5 move. They took smoke breaks, and was very, very slow. One guy stood around and waited for orders from the lead mover who is the owner. One bedroom apartment took TWO trips because they didnt pack the truck up. I later learned this was part of the time scam. I do NOT have a lot of items that would taken 6 hours to move. The mover gave me a generic receipt that looks a waiter could of written up in restaurants. In my opinion, don't think this company should be in buisnesd and should have their licenses to move people revoked. Location: This company is web based. For the $1700 I paid I didn't even get my entire house moved and am having to move the rest of my house myself and be aware if your outside a certain area they tack on a hefty fee. Also some of the furniture they moved was turned upside down or on its end and internals were a mess. We also had a cheap shoe rack that got bent up and had to be thrown away and we still can't find some of our cords and remotes, so we ended up purchasing replacements for those things.
